OPERATION
Before rst use
Remove packaging materials, labels and stickers from the coee grinder. Clean the coee grinder thoroughly before using for the rst time ( Cleaning).
Grinding coee
Clean the base (3), grinding chamber (2) and cover (1). Insert and turn grinding chamber (2) clockwise according to the marking to locked position (ill. a). Make sure the grinding chamber (2) is rmly locked in position. For precise measuring place the coee beans/spices into the cover (1) and then into the grinding chamber (2) (ill. added into the grinding chamber (2) (ill. b2). Make sure not to exceed maximum markings inside the cover (1) ( 12 cups) and grinding chamber (2) (MAX).
CAUTION! The blade is sharp. Handle with extreme caution! Do not attempt to override the cover interlock mechanism.
Place the cover (1) on the base (3). Make sure the notch on the cover (1) is aligned with the tab in the base (3). Turn the cover (1) clockwise according to the marking to lock it. The cover (1) will lock into position (ill. If the power cord (4) is inside the cord storage (5), remove it and extend to full length (ill. Connect the power plug (4) to a wall outlet. Press stop automatically when grinding is complete. To stop grinding press (7). Press (7) again, to restart grinding from the beginning of timed cycle. The power (9) indicator goes out. If the appliance is not working, make sure both grinding chamber (2) and cover (1)
are rmly locked in position. If the grinding result should not be satisfactory, press pulse (6) to grind the coee
beans smaller.
Remove cover (1) and grinding chamber (2) from the base (3). Pour ground coee into paper or permanent lter of your coee maker. After nishing, disconnect the power plug (4) from the wall outlet.

Tips for best results
Always store coee beans in an airtight container to keep them fresh. Grind beans immediately before brewing. Grinding times might vary by amount and neness setting. To ensure optimal grinding performance, allow the appliance to cool for at least one minute between uses.
Coee avor and strength is a personal preference. Vary the type of coee beans, amount of coee and neness of grind to nd the avor you prefer. The appliance should be cleaned between coee and spice grinding to help prevent
taste and odor transfer. This appliance is not recommended for processing fresh herbs.
CLEANING
Proper maintenance will ensure years of service from your appliance. Clean the appliance after every use. This appliance contains no user serviceable parts and requires little
maintenance. Leave servicing or repairs to qualied personnel.
WARNING: Unplug the appliance and let it cool completely before cleaning. CAUTION: Do not immerse the base (3), or the power cord with plug (4) into water or any
liquids (ill.

). Do not use abrasive pads or alcohol.
Remove cover (1) and grinding chamber (2) from the appliance for cleaning. Turn cover (1) and grinding chamber (2) counter-clockwise to remove them from the appliance. Clean cover (1) and grinding chamber (2) with warm soapy water. The cover (1) and grinding chamber (2) can also be cleaned in a dishwasher. It is recommended to
clean the cover and grinding chamber between coee grinding and spice grinding.
