• Add-A-Room (96” at the wall) and 74” in the front.

• The add-a-room model comes with two single doors that you can put on the sides you want.
• The door handles are pre-installed and allow consumers to decide whether they would prefer having the
door open to the left or to the right.
• Frame: 44 ½” wide x 74” x 2 ½” thick extruded aluminum frame, Sand colour
Sliding door: 43 ¼” wide x 71” high x 1” thick. Opening of 41”.
• Roof: 5/16” thick polycarbonate material (8 mm), colour: Smoke
• Wind panels are made from PVC material, Smoke Colour.
• The wind panels can slide all the way down to the bottom or in any of 5 positions and allow maximum air
circulation. (Other models can only open one section at a time, it represents approximately 28 inches.)
• Caps are included to hide all unsightly screws.
• If the screening or windows happen to tear, they are easily removable and replaceable.
