Electrical Requirements
120Volt/60 Hz./Single Phase 15 Amp circuit required. Cabinet equipped with a 6’ cord
with Nema 5-15P plug, which requires a Nema 5-15R receptacle.
This cabinet is designed with a cold wall refrigeration system that safely serves and
displays refrigerated foods at required temperatures. Cold wall refrigeration system with
pour urethane foam insulation. Temperature is thermostatically controlled to adjust to
desired temperature. This cabinet is available in all high pressure laminate or stainless
steel is available.

Adapter AD2 and Crock Insert

steam table pans. Crock Insert
accommodates eight crocks.

A custom variation of adapters are

Adapter 5 Well Set
Holds five standard size steam
table pans. Pan Adapters are
fabricated of 18 gauge stainless
steel, one set required per
cabinet.
TRS76 Tray Slide
Fold down and removable lift
off design. Tray slide can be
mounted to one or both sides
with two heavy duty brackets.
Fabricated of 18 gauge stainless
steel. Also available in tubular
design.
DSN76 Double Sided
Sneeze Guard
Lift off removable with the use
of simple tools. Fabricated of 1”
square stainless steel tubing.
Top, sides, and ends are covered
with 1/4” thick polycarbonate
material.
