Display
• 18 gauge tubing, 304 stainless steel #4 nish. Tubing is
welded to form two symmetrical end units that are joined
together with 1” square and 1” round tubing forming one
intermediate shelf.
• Display hood fabricated of 18 gauge 304 stainless steel
#4 nish. Front and back edges turned up to support
four each wire baskets, two on each side.
• Display is enclosed with two removable
polycarbonate ends and 4 polycarbonate doors.

Sliding Doors
Heating System
• Heating system utilizes independent upper and lower
heat sources. Upper heat source consists of a heat
tube type overhead warmer located high into the
overhead hood area. Overhead heat source has innite
control to regulate temperatures at desired levels.
• Lower heat source is a 900 watt recirculating air
system fabricated into an 18 gauge 304 stainless
steel #4 nish top. Heat system is located below
the top with two stainless steel registers protruding,
one at each end. One register supplies hot air and
one draws hot air to achieve the recirculating process.
Upper display and lower heating unit must be used in
conjunction with one another to achieve the described
recirculating process.
Electrical Requirement
• 120 Volt/60 Hz/Single Phase 20 Amp circuit. 6’
cord with a Nema 5-20P plug requiring a Nema 5-20R
receptacle. Actual amp draw 16 amps.
• On/off switch located inside cabinet i.e., D436 or
ED436.
• Four removable sliding doors, two on each side,
fabricated of 1/4” clear polycarbonate material. Each
door slides in an upper and lower channel with two
wheels mounted on the bottom of the door. Each door
has one handle attached to the front face. Doors are
lift off removable without the use of tools. Lower track
is removable with the use of simple tools.
