Body
• Tubular frame design utilizing 1-1/2” sq. stainless
steel tubing on four corners joined together with 1” sq.
stainless steel tubing and 1” square hot rolled tubing.
• 20 gauge galvanized body trimmed with 22 gauge
stainless steel to form front, back, and end panels.
• Two removable access panels fabricated of 18 gauge 304
#4 stainless steel. One louvered panel provides easy
access to refrigeration compartment and one solid panel
provides access to mechanical compartment.
Refrigeration System
• Recirculation air refrigeration system is self contained
with built in condenser fan motor. The refrigeration
system is easily removable using simple tools and weighs
70 lbs. Temperature is preset at the factory to hold
prepackaged foods at a minimum of 40oF. The air ow
system allows the lids to be off during the serving period.
Lift-Off Lids
• Lightweight aluminum honeycomb design with high
pressure laminate on upper and lower surfaces. Trimmed
with 20 gauge stainless steel 304 #4. Lids are lift off,
removable design.
Casters
• Plate type 3” swivel non-marking wheels with brakes all
NSF approved.

Heating System
• 2700 watt thermostatically controlled convected air
heating system. Front removable access panel fabricated
of 18 gauge 304 #4 stainless steel to provide easy
access to the mechanical compartment. The air ow
system allows the lids to be off during the serving period
and will maintain prepackaged foods at a minimum of
160oF.
Electrical Requirement
• 220 Volt/60 Hz/Single Phase 20 Amp circuit. 6’ cord
with a Nema 14-20P plug requiring a Nema 14-20R
receptacle. Actual amp draw for cold side is 8 amps.
Actual amp draw for hot side is 6 amps.
Colors
• All NSF approved high pressure laminate colors are
available, i.e., Formica® and Wilsonart®. Additional
charge for stainless steel and/or premium laminates.

• Flush mount electrical installation must not
exceed 4 inches, including plug.
