This manual provides details of the recommended spare parts and quantities to stock the corresponding Atlas

How to Use Your Manual

This manual provides spare parts information in a tabular form, identifying Where Used and Critical level. The table consists of parts that are recommended to be stocked by Authorized Service Contractors (ASCs) and Distributors.

Parts Tables

The tables in this manual are structured as follows. Definitions for each column are provided after the table (refer to the following example):

Part Description

The Part Description column provides a detailed name for each recommended part. Information such as colors, dimensions, or other details are provided, wherever applicable.

Part Number

The Part Number column provides the current part number for each item.

Where Used

The Where Used column helps identify specific units or areas where a part is used.

Critical

The Critical column indicates how important a part is to the operation of a unit. Definitions are as follows.

ASC and Distributor

The ASC and Distributor columns indicate how many units of each part must be stocked for both ASCs and Distributors, depending on the number (100 or 500 ) of units in their service area.

Quantities shown in this manual are for initial stock-up purposes or reference quantities that are to be stocked by an ASC or Distributor are dictated by the business conditions for the area (for example, the age of the equipment, number of technicians, and distance between the ASC and Distributor).

Remanufactured Board Express

For replacements during warranty, use genuine Gasboy® boards repaired through Gasboy’s Remanufactured Board Express Service. This is approved under Gasboy’s warranty policy.
