Service Note: It is NOT necessary TO RAISE the griddle assembly to service or replace a thermostat. While grasping the
capillary line as close as possible to front edge of griddle plate, carefullly pull outward on the capillary and slide the thermostat bulb out of the clamp assembly (item 66) on bottom of plate. When re-assembling the thermostat bulb, ensure to push the bulb into the clamp assembly until it comes to a stop.
