• 24" (610mm) deep grilling surface

• Available with thermostats or Hi-Lo Valves

• Chrome plated thermostat guards

• 33,333 BTU for every 12" of griddle width

• 5 griddle widths Available - 24" (610mm) through
72" (1829mm)

Optional Features:

Specifi cation:

Heavy duty gas griddles available in fi ve (5) widths;
24", 36", 48", 60", and 72". High performance,
high volume production with even, consistent, controlled
temperatures. 3/4" (19mm) thick griddle plate.

Garland has designed this heavy-duty griddle to give you
the features required for high-volume operations. Individual
thermostats for each foot of griddle width and maximum
heat input per square inch of grilling surface.  e heavy­duty thermostat system and superior burner design ensures
a griddle with a completely even heat pattern, accurate
temperature control and recovery that can’t be killed.

Optional CS24 Series Stands:

Floor Stands: Heavy-duty stands of open design with
seamless welded square tube legs. Black finish Storage
shelf supplied with stands up to 48" (1219mm) wide.
Working height of all units on stands 35-1/2" (902mm)
Stand widths available in 15" (381 mm), 24" (610mm), 30"
(762mm), 36" (914mm), 48" (1219 mm), 60" (1524mm)
and 72" (1829mm). Example for G24-36G griddle, specify
compatible CS24-36 stand. For stainless steel finish, add
SS suffix to model number.
