Specifications:

Gas fajita pan heater model FPH12 with a total BTU
rating of 28,000 with stainless steel exterior and rug­ged interior construction. Engineered to save broiler
space and energy while improving safety by heat­ing pans to their optimum temperature, eliminating
the commonly used inefficient and unsafe use of a
charboiler to heat pans. Charbroilers heat pans to
excessive heat while using valuable broiler cooking
space. The fajita pan heater is easy to operate with a
single valve control. The pans are uniformly lined up
for ease of removal, and heat is spread more evenly to
heat up to 13 pans at one time. Unit can be counter or
wall mounted with the optional fajita pan heater wall
mounting bracket.

Optional Features:

 Wall mounted stainless steel shelf, legs from

the unit help secure into a locked position
