HOW TO USE THIS LIST
This list is divided into sections describing specific areas of the equipment. You will note that a number of the sections have
heading illustrations showing many of the parts with reference numbers for direct referral to the part in the listing. Note where the
part is used on the unit. Refer to that section of the list for specific information.
When ordering parts for gas units, indicate type of gas used — Natural, Propane or Manufactured (Note:
for Manufactured gas, specify calorif ic value, specific gravity and operating pressure read at the unit). When ordering parts for
electric units, specify Voltage and Phase on which the unit is operating.
When corresponding with the factory or your GARLAND Authorized Parts and Service Agency, you must include the following
information:
1. Model Number (including all prefix and suffix letters and numbers) and the Warranty
Serial Number.
2. Part Number, Part Name and Quantity of parts required.
3. Type of Gas used (see above) and/or Voltage and Phase on which the unit is operating.
4. Shipping instructions, if other than normal overland methods are required.
Parts may not be returned to the factory without prior written authorization from GARLAND. Authorized parts returns must be
prepaid and may be subject to a factory restocking charge.
Restocking charges will be applied against ALL parts returned as incorrect, if the sale by GARLAND resulted form a verbal order
which was not confirmed in writing.
