Sehr geehrter Kunde, vielen Dank, dass Sie sich für eines unserer Qualitätsproduk­te entschieden haben. Im Folgenden werden wir Ihnen die Funktionen und die Handhabung unseres Gerätes erklären. Bitte nehmen Sie sich die Zeit, lesen die Anleitung in Ruhe durch und benutzen Sie das Gerät in der beschriebenen Form. Beachten Sie alle enthalten Sicherheits- und Bedienungs­hinweise. 1. Allgemeines
Ungeziefer wie Mäuse, Ratten, Ameisen oder Silberfische haben nichts im Wohnbereich oder in Lagerräumen, wie Dachböden, Garagen oder Kellern zu suchen. Um die Tiere umweltfreundlich von diesen Orten zu verscheuchen, gibt es unsere Mäuse-Ameisen-Abwehr Dual, die Ultraschalltöne im Frequenzbereich von 35.000 – 70.000 Herz aussendet. Die hohen Töne werden vom Tier zunächst unbewusst wahrge­nommen, sind aber auf Dauer sehr unangenehm und die Tie­re suchen sich einen ruhigeren, angenehmeren Aufenthalts­ort. Die Tiere fühlen sich nicht verscheucht und die Töne sind unbedenklich. Denken Sie an Ihre Umwelt – Fallen und Gift im Wohnraum sind weder gut für Tiere noch für Kleinkinder. Das Gerät sendet die Ultraschallwellen dauerhaft durch zwei Lautsprecher in einem Winkel von bis zu 180° aus. Der hoch­frequente Ton wechselt ständig zwischen 35.000 und 70.000 Hz um einen Gewöhnungseffekt zu vermeiden. Das Geräusch ist nicht schädlich für die Tiere. Der Wirkungserfolg kann je nach Tier mehrere Tage auf sich warten lassen.

5. Hinweise zur Wirkungsweise
Setzen Sie die Geräte optimalerweise schon präventiv ein, Mäuse, Ameisen und anderes Ungeziefer von vornherein ab­zuwehren ist einfacher als bereits vorhandene Tiere zu ver­treiben. Die Gardigo Mäuse-Ameisen-Abwehr Dual verhindert nicht den Aufenthalt von Tieren, andere Orte jedoch werden den Tieren angenehmer erscheinen. Sie beginnen sich ver­mehrt dort aufzuhalten. Das Gerät arbeitet mit wechselnden Ultraschallwellen, welche in diesem Frequenzbereich für Mäu­se, Ameisen und anderes Ungeziefer störend wirkt. Wie gut sich die Schallwellen ausbreiten, hängt mit den räumlichen Gegebenheiten zusammen. Der Wechsel der Frequenzen ver­hindert einen Gewöhnungseffekt. Merken die Tiere, dass der unangenehme Ton anhält, werden sie an einen anderen Ort umziehen. Bis dieser Effekt eintritt, können einige Tage bis Wochen vergehen. Zunächst werden Sie evtl. sogar erhöhte Aktivität feststellen, da die Tiere aus ihren Verstecken getrie­ben werden. Während der Vertreibung lassen die Ungeziefer unweigerlich Ihre Eier und Larven zurück, welche nicht von den Schallwellen erreicht werden. Sie reifen aus, schlüpfen und werden wieder von der Mäuse-Ameisen-Abwehr Dual vertrie­ben. Nach ca. 5 – 6 Wochen sollten alle Tiere, Larven und Eier verschwunden sein. Das Gerät sollte dauerhaft mind. 1 Jahr in Betrieb sein, um die Wirkung nicht zu unterbrechen.

• Gerät nur mit der dafür vorgesehenen Spannung betreiben.
• Zuleitungen und Spannungsführende Kabel, mit denen das Gerät verbunden ist, auf Bruchstellen oder Isolationsfehler prüfen. Bei Feststellung eines Fehlers oder bei sichtbaren Schäden darf das Gerät nicht in Betrieb genommen werden.
• Eine Reparatur oder andere Arbeiten, wie z. B. Auswech­seln einer Sicherung, etc. dürfen nur vom Fachmann durch­geführt werden.
• Es ist zu beachten, dass Bedien- oder Anschlussfehler au­ßerhalb des Einflussbereichs von Gardigo liegen und für daraus resultierende Schäden keinerlei Haftung übernom­men werden kann.
• In jedem Fall ist zu prüfen, ob das Gerät für den jeweiligen Einsatzort geeignet ist.
• Wenn das Versorgungskabel beschädigt ist, muss es zur Vermeidung von Gefahren – durch den Hersteller, seinen Service-Beauftragten oder gleichermaßen qualifizierte Personen ausgetauscht werden.
• Dieses Gerät ist nicht für den Gebrauch durch Personen (einschließlich Kindern) mit verminderten körperlichen, sensorischen oder geistigen Fähigkeiten beziehungsweise mangelnden Erfahrungen oder Kenntnissen bestimmt, so­fern sie nicht von einer für ihre Sicherheit verantwortlichen Person dabei beaufsichtigt werden oder eine diesbezügli­che Unterweisung erhalten haben.

1. General information
Pests such as mice, rats, ants and silverfish do not belong in living areas or in storage areas such as attics, garages or cellars. Our Dual Mouse and Ant Repeller emits ultrasonic sounds in the frequency range of 35.000 - 70.000 Hz to scare such pests away from these places in an environmentally friendly way. The animals perceive the high tones at first sub­consciously, but the sounds become very unpleasant in the long run and the animals look for a quieter and more pleasant habitat. The animals are not scared and the sounds are harm­less. Think of your own environment – traps and poison in the living room are harmful for animals or small children. The device continually transmits ultrasonic sound waves through two speakers at an angle of up to 180°. The high-frequency sound constantly wavers between 35.000 - 70.000 Hz so that the pests cannot get used to it. The noise is not harmful to the pests. The device brings about the desired effect in a matter of days, depending on the animal.

5. Notes on operation
The Gardigo Dual Mouse and Ant Repeller does not mean that pets cannot be kept, just that they will find it more ple­asant to be in other places. They start to stay increasingly often. The device works by emitting alternating ultrasonic sound waves, which, in this frequency range, have an annoy­ing effect on mice, ants and other pests. How well the sound waves are transmitted depends on the spatial conditions. The changing frequencies prevent pests from getting used to the sound waves. When the animals notice that the unple­asant tone continues, they will go elsewhere. This might take a few days to a few weeks. First, you may even notice increa­sed activity, because the animals are driven from their hiding places. When the pests go, they inevitably leave behind their eggs and larvae, which are not affected by the sound waves. They mature, hatch and are also repelled by the Dual Mouse and Ant Repeller. After about 5-6 weeks, all animals, larvae and eggs should be gone. The unit should be continuously used for at least 1 year, so as not to interrupt the effect.

6. Start-up procedure
Do not place the device on carpets, behind furniture, curtains or other objects since these will absorb the sound waves. Connect the charger that is included in delivery to the unit and, only after that, insert the plug into a power outlet (230 V/50 Hz). The Gardigo Dual Mouse and Ant Repeller is now ready for use. This is indicated by the glowing red LED at the front of the device. At the back of the device, you will see a red test button. Keep pressing this button while holding the unit as far away from your ear as possible. Since ultrasonic sound in this frequency range is inaudible by the human ear, you can test the speaker this way and listen to the sound as it is perceived by the pests. When you start using the device, please turn the dial completely to the left and turn it slightly to the right about twice a month. This changes the frequency interval and means that pests cannot get used to it.

Do not place the device on your neighbour’s property or in pu­blic areas. It should only be used on your own property.
8. Safety instructions
• Only operate the device at its intended voltage.
• In case of repairs, only use original spare parts, to avoid serious damage.
• Check feed cables and conducting cables connectedto the device for breaks or insulation defects. If youfind a defect, or there is visible damage do not usethe device.
• Repairs or other works, e.g. changing a fuse, etc.may only be carried out by an appropriately trained, skilled person.
• It must be noted that operator or connecting errors lie outside the influence of Gardigo and we cannot accept any liability for resulting damages.
• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified per­sons in order to avoid a hazard.
• This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capa­bilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
• Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
• Electric appliances, packaging material etc. should be kept away from children.
• Dispose packaging and worn out material correctly and in an environmentally friendly way.
• Do only pass on the device including the operation manual.
• Subject to change of design and technical data without notice for the sake of constant product improvement.
9. Safety instructions power adapter
Attention! Please only use the supplied power ad­apter (manufacturer: Shenzhen Young hope Elect­ronics Technology co., LTD/model number: YHSW­090020M) to power your adapter!
To unplug the power adapter from the power socket, always hold its casing and never pull from the cable. Unplug the po­wer adapter from the mains in the following circumstances:
• In any dangerous situation
• If the power adapter makes an unusual noise or gives off smoke
• Before a storm and/or thunderstorm
• If the power adapter is damaged
• If the power adapter has been exposed to rain, liquids or high levels of humidity
• Before a prolonged absence, e.g. holiday
• When you wish to clean it
• The power adapter consumes electricity even in Standby mode. In order to completely disconnect the device from the mains, the power adapter must be pulled out from the power socket.
Attention! Never cover the power adapter, other­wise there is a risk of fire.
Attention! Do not attempt to open the housing of the power adapter. This could result in potentially fatal electrocution.

1. Généralités
Les animaux nuisibles comme les souris, les rats, les fourmis ou les poissons d’argent n’ont rien à faire dans les habita­tions ni les surfaces de stockage telles que les greniers, les garages ou les caves. Afin d’éloigner les animaux de ces lieux de manière écologique, il existe notre répulsif anti-souris/ anti-fourmis Dual qui émet des ultrasons dans une gamme de fréquences allant de 35.000 à 70.000 Hz. Les sons aigus sont d’abord perçus inconsciemment par les animaux mais s’avèrent très désagréables à long terme, ainsi les animaux partent à la recherche d’un endroit plus calme et plus agréa­ble. 5. Remarques relatives au fonctionnement
Le répulsif anti-souris/anti-fourmis Dual Gardigo n’empêche pas la présence d’animaux, mais les repoussent vers d’autres lieux qui leur paraîtront plus agréables. Ils commenceront alors à s’y installer davantage. L’appareil utilise des ultra­sons variables qui, dans cette gamme de fréquences, sont dérangeantes pour les souris, fourmis et autres animaux nuisibles. La propagation des ondes sonores dépend des con­ditions environnantes. La variation de fréquences empêche un effet d’accoutumance. Lorsque les animaux remarquent que le son désagréable perdure, ils vont s’installer ailleurs. Plusieurs jours, voire semaines, peuvent s’écouler avant que l’effet attendu soit visible. Vous constaterez même peut-être au début une activité accrue due au fait que les animaux sor­tent de leur cachette. Les animaux nuisibles chassés laissent inévitablement derrière eux leurs œufs et larves que les on­des sonores n’atteignent pas. Ils arriveront à maturité, vont éclore et seront à nouveau chassés par le répulsif anti-souris/ anti-fourmis Dual. Au bout de 5 à 6 semaines, tous les ani­maux, larves et œufs devraient avoir disparu. Il est conseillé de laisser l’appareil en marche en permanence pendant au moins 1 an pour ne pas interrompre l’effet recherché.

6. Mise en service
Ne mettez pas l’appareil sur un tapis, derrière un meuble, un rideau ou tout autre objet qui pourrait absorber les on­des sonores. Raccordez d’abord le bloc d’alimentation fourni à l’appareil, puis branchez la fiche secteur sur une prise de courant (230 V/50 Hz). Le répulsif anti-souris/anti-fourmis Dual Gardigo est désormais prêt à être utilisé. Vous pouvez le voir à la LED rouge allumée à l’avant de l’appareil. Au dos de l’appareil se trouve un bouton de test rouge. Appuyez sur

Ne branchez l’adaptateur secteur que dans une prise de cou­rant adaptée et facile d’accès. Ne touchez pas l’adaptateur secteur avec les mains mouillées afin d’éviter tout risque d’électrocution.
7. Remarques supplémentaires relatives à l’utilisation
N’orientez pas l’appareil en direction des terrains de vos voisins ni en direction de surfaces accessibles au public. L’appareil est destiné à être utilisé uniquement sur votre pro­pre propriété.
8. Consignes de sécurité
• N’utilisez l’appareil qu’avec la tension indiquée.
• Dans le cas de réparations, seules des pièces détachées d’origine doivent être utilisées pour exclure des dommages sérieux.

Pour débrancher l’adaptateur secteur de la prise de courant, tenez-le toujours par son boîtier et ne tirez jamais sur le câb­le. Débranchez l’adaptateur secteur de la prise de courant dans les circonstances suivantes:
• dans toutes les situations dangereuses
• si l’adaptateur secteur émet des bruits inhabituels ou de la fumée
• avant une tempête et/ou un orage
• si l’adaptateur secteur est endommagé
• si l’adaptateur secteur a été exposé à la pluie, à des liqui­des ou à une forte humidité
• avant toute absence prolongée, par exemple si vous partez en vacances
• lorsque vous souhaitez le nettoyer
Attention ! Ne couvrez jamais l’adaptateur secteur pour éviter le déclenchement d’un incendie !

1. General
Los animales invasores como ratones, ratas, hormigas o pececillos de plata no deberían estar en el salón o zonas de almacenamiento como áticos, garajes o sótanos. Para ahuyentar los animales de estos lugares sin dañar el medio ambiente, tiene a su disposición nuestro Ahuyentador Dual para Ratones y Hormigas, que emite sonidos ultrasónicos en el rango de frecuencia de 35.000 a 70.000 Hz. El animal per­cibe primero, de forma casi inconsciente, los tonos altos. Sin embargo a lo largo estos tonos les resultarán muy desagra­dables y los animales irán en búsqueda de un paradero más tranquilo y agradable. Los animales no se sienten asustados y los tonos son inofensivos. Hay que pensar en el medio am­biente - las trampas y el veneno en la vivienda no son buenos para los animales ni para los niños pequeños. Este aparato emite las ondas ultrasónicas de forma continua a través de dos altavoces en un ángulo de hasta 180°. El tono de alta frecuencia se alterna continuamente entre 35.000 y 70.000 Hz para evitar el efecto de habituación. El ruido no es dañino para los animales. El éxito puede hacerse esperar varios días dependiendo de animal.

5. Indicaciones de funcionamiento
El Ahuyentador Dual para Ratones y Hormigas de Gardigo no evita la estancia de animales, pero otros lugares les re­sultarán más agradables. Poco a poco irán a pararse más allí. El aparato funciona con ondas ultrasónicas alternantes, que suelen ser molestas en este rango de frecuencia para ratones, hormigas y otros bichos. La buena extensión de las ondas so­noras depende de las condiciones espaciales. La alternación de frecuencias evita que los animales se acostumbren. Cu­ando los animales notan que el tono desagradable continúa, irán en búsqueda de otro paradero. Hasta que esto ocurre, pueden pasar de algunos días hasta semanas. En un princi­pio usted puede notar incluso una mayor actividad, ya que los animales son expulsados de sus escondites. Durante la expulsión los animales invasores dejarán atrás a sus huevos y larvas, que no son alcanzados por las ondas ultrasónicas. Estos maduran, nacen y serán otra vez expulsados por el Ahuyentador Dual para Ratones y Hormigas. Después de aproximadamente 5 - 6 semanas todos los animales, larvas y huevos deben haber desaparecido. Sin embargo, el dispositi­vo debe estar operativo permanentemente durante al menos 1 año, para no interrumpir el efecto.

6. Puesta en marcha
No coloque el aparato sobre alfombras, detrás de muebles, cortinas u otros objetos, ya que absorben las ondas ultrasó­nicas. Conecte el adaptador de corriente del suministro al aparato y luego conecte el enchufe a una toma de corriente (230 V/50 Hz). El Ahuyentador Dual para Ratones y Hormigas de Gardigo está ahora listo para su uso. Esto es indicado por una LED rojo encendida en la parte frontal del aparato. En la parte posterior del aparato encontrará un botón rojo de pru­eba. Mantenga el aparato lo más lejos posible de su oreja al presionar este botón. Como el tono ultrasónico en el rango de frecuencia no es perceptible al oído humano, puede probar los altavoces de esta manera y escuchar el sonido tal como es percibido por los animales. Por favor, para empezar coloque el botón giratorio completamente hacia la izquierda y cambie esta posición aproximadamente 2 veces al mes un poco a la derecha. Esto cambia el intervalo de la frecuencia y previene un efecto de habituación.
7. Más información sobre la utilización
No dirija el aparato hacia terrenos vecinos o áreas accesibles al público. El aparato solo está previsto para el uso en su pro­pia propiedad.
8. Consejos de seguridad

9. Consejos de seguridad

1. Informazioni generali
Per gli animali nocivi come topi, ratti, formiche o pesciolini d’argento non c’è niente da cercare nelle abitazioni o negli ambienti usati come deposito, per es. soffitte, garage o can­tine. Il nostro apparecchio a duplice azione contro topi e for­miche consente di eliminare tali animali da questi ambienti, in modo ecosostenibile, tramite l’emissione di ultrasuoni con una frequenza compresa tra 35.000 e 70.000 Herz. Le eleva­te tonalità degli ultrasuoni vengono percepite inizialmente dall’animale a livello inconscio, ma a lungo andare risultano molto sgradite e inducono gli animali a cercare un rifugio più tranquillo e gradevole. Gli animali non si sentono scacciati e le tonalità sono innocue. Per un atteggiamento rispettoso nei confronti del proprio ambiente è necessario evitare l’uso nelle abitazioni di trappole e veleno che sono nocivi sia per gli animali che per i bambini piccoli. L’apparecchio emette gli ultrasuoni in modo costante attraverso due altoparlanti con un angolo fino a 180°. La tonalità ad alta frequenza si alterna costantemente tra 35.000 e 70.000 Hz per evitare fenomeni di assuefazione. Il rumore non è nocivo per gli animali. A se­conda della specie di animale può essere necessario attende­re diversi giorni prima di ottenere dei risultati.

5. Informazioni sul funzionamento
L’apparecchio Gardigo a duplice azione contro topi e formi­che non si limita a evitare l’insediamento degli animali, ma li spinge verso altri posti e li induce a restarvi in misura cre­scente. L’apparecchio funziona a ultrasuoni con un ambito di frequenza che risulta fastidioso per topi, formiche e alt­ri animali nocivi. La qualità di diffusione delle onde sonore dipende dalle condizioni ambientali. Il cambiamento delle frequenze impedisce fenomeni di assuefazione. Quando gli animali avvertono la tonalità sgradevole per un periodo prolungato, si trasferiscono in un altro luogo. Il periodo che trascorre prima della comparsa di questo effetto può durare da alcuni giorni ad alcune settimane. Inizialmente è possi­bile addirittura notare un aumento dell’attività, poiché gli animali vengono spinti fuori dai loro nascondigli. Durante la fase di allontanamento gli animali lasciano inevitabilmente dietro di sé uova e larve, sulle quali le onde sonore non hanno effetto. Queste maturano, si dischiudono e vengono scaccia­te dall’apparecchio a duplice azione contro topi e formiche. Dopo circa 5 – 6 settimane dovrebbero essere spariti tutti gli animali, le larve e le uova. L’apparecchio va tenuto in funzio­ne costantemente almeno per 1 anno per non interrompere il suo effetto.

6. Messa un funzione
L’apparecchio non va messo su tappeti, dietro mobili, ten­de o altri oggetti che assorbono le onde sonore. Collegare l’alimentatore contenuto nella confezione con l’apparecchio e per l’allacciamento inserire la spina in una presa (230 V / 50 Hz). L’apparecchio Gardigo a duplice azione contro topi e for­miche è ora pronto per l’uso, come indica il LED rosso acceso sulla parte anteriore dell’apparecchio. Sulla parte posteriore si trova un pulsante rosso di prova. Quando si preme questo pulsante l’apparecchio va tenuto il più lontano possibile dalle orecchie. Poiché l’udito umano non può percepire la tonalità degli ultrasuoni nell’ambito di frequenza, è possibile in ques­to modo provare l’altoparlante e sentire la tonalità così come viene percepita dall’animale. Al momento del primo impiego girare completamente verso sinistra la manopola e cambia­re questa posizione circa 2 volte al mese girando la mano­pola leggermente verso destra. Questa manovra modifica l’intervallo di frequenza ed evita fenomeni di assuefazione.
7. Altre istruzioni d’uso
Evitare di dirigere l’apparecchio verso terreni adiacenti o aree di passaggio pubblico. Il suo uso è previsto esclusivamente nella propria proprietà.
8. Precauzioni
• Alimentare l’apparecchio esclusivamente con la tensione prevista.
• Verificare che le linee d’alimentazione ed i cavi sotto tensione, collegati all’apparecchio non mostrino punti di rottura o difetti d’isolamento. Non mettere in funzione l’apparecchio quando si osservino difetti o danni visibili.
• Eventuali usi o allacciamenti impropri dell’apparecchio esulano dall’ambito di influenza di Gardigo che declina pertanto ogni responsabilità per danni eventualmente de­rivanti da simili circostanze.
• Verificare in ogni caso che l’apparecchio sia idoneo a venire collocato nel luogo prestabilito per l’uso.
• Se il cavo di alimentazione è danneggiato, il produttore, l’agente dell’assistenza o persone analogamente qualifi­cate sono tenute a sostituirlo per evitare eventuali pericoli.
• Il prodotto non è pensato per l’uso di persone (compresi i bambini) con capacità fisiche, sensorie o mentali ridotte o con mancanza di esperienza e conoscenze, a meno che non operino sotto la supervisione e l’insegnamento relativo all’uso del prodotto di una persona responsabile della loro sicurezza.

9. Precauzioni

1. Algemeen
Ongedierte zoals muizen, ratten, mieren of zilvervisjes hebben niets te zoeken in uw woonruimtes of opslagru­imtes zoals zolders, garages of kelders. Om deze dieren op een milieuvriendelijke manier van deze plekken te verjagen, hebben wij de Muizen-mieren-afweer Dual ont­wikkeld, een apparaat dat een ultrasoon geluid afgeeft in het frequentiebereik van 35.000 – 70.000 Herz. De dieren zullen de hoge tonen in eerste instantie onbewust waar­nemen, maar op den duur als zeer onaangenaam ervaren en op zoek gaan naar een rustigere, aangenamere plek. De dieren hebben niet het gevoel verjaagd te zijn en de tonen zijn niet schadelijk. Denk aan het milieu – vallen met gif in woonruimtes zijn niet goed voor dieren, maar ook niet voor kleine kinderen. Het apparaat zendt conti­nu via twee luidsprekers een ultrasoon geluid uit in een hoek van max. 180°. De hoge toon wisselt voortdurend van frequentie tussen 35.000 en 70.000 Hz, zodat er geen gewenning kan optreden. Het geluid is niet schade­lijk voor de dieren. Het kan afhankelijk van het dier, tot een paar dagen duren voor het apparaat werkt.

5. Tips bij het gebruik
De Gardigo Muizen-mieren-afweer Dual voorkomt niet dat de dieren aanwezig zijn, maar zorgt ervoor dat de dieren an­dere locaties plezieriger vinden. Ze zullen in steeds grotere getale daar zijn. Het apparaat werkt met wisselende ge­luidsgolven in een frequentie die voor zowel muizen, mie­ren als ook ander ongedierte onaangenaam is. Hoe goed de geluidsgolven zich door de ruimte kunnen uitbreiden, hangt af van de ruimte. Door de wisselende frequentie wordt ge­wenning tegen gegaan. Zodra de dieren merken dat het onaangename geluid aanhoudt, zullen ze naar een andere plek gaan. Het kan enige dagen tot weken duren voor effect wordt bereikt. Het kan zelfs zijn dat u in het begin meer die­ren zult zien, omdat ze uit hun holletjes worden gejaagd. Als ze worden verjaagd laten de dieren hun eieren en lar­ven achter. Hierop hebben de geluidsgolven geen effect. Ze ontwikkelen zich, komen uit en moeten weer door de Muizen-mieren-afweer Dual worden verdreven. Na ca. 5 - 6 weken moeten alle dieren, larven en eieren zijn verdwenen. Het apparaat moet min. 1 jaar continu in gebruik zijn om de werking niet te onderbreken.

6. Ingebruikname
Plaats het apparaat niet op vloerkleden, achter meu­bels, gordijnen of andere voorwerpen, deze absorberen de geluidsgolven. Verbind de bij de levering inbegre­pen energievoorziening met het apparaat en steek pas daarna de stekker in het stopcontact (230 V/50 Hz). De Gardigo Muizen-mieren-afweer Dual is nu klaar voor ge­bruik. U ziet dit aan het brandende rode led-lampje op de voorkant van het apparaat. Op de achterkant van het apparaat bevindt zich een rode testknop. Houd het ap-
paraat zo ver mogelijk weg bij uw oren als u hier op drukt. Omdat de ultrasone toon in de gebruikte frequenties voor het menselijk oor niet waarneembaar zijn, kunt u het ap­paraat op uw luidspreker testen en zo horen wat het on­gedierte hoort. Stel in het begin de draaiknop helemaal naar links en pas deze instelling ca. 2x per maand iets naar rechts aan. Hierdoor wordt de frequentie-interval aangepast en gewenning voorkomen.
7. Meer tips voor het gebruik
Richt het apparaat niet op het grondstuk van de buren of openbare ruimten. Het is alleen bedoeld voor gebruik op uw eigen grondstuk.
8. Veiligheidsinstructies
• Gebruik het apparaat uitsluitend met de daarvoor voorziene spanning.
• Bij evt. reparaties mogen uitsluitend originele reser­veonderdelen worden gebruikt, om ernstige schade te vermijden.
• Toevoerleidingen en spanningvoerende kabels waar­mee het apparaat is verbonden, op breukpunten en isolatiefouten controleren. Bij vaststelling van een fout of bij zichtbare schade mag het apparaat niet in werking worden gesteld.
• Een reparatie of andere werkzaamheden, zoals bijv. het uitwisselen van een zekering enz. mag enkel worden uitgevoerd door een elektricien.
• Men dient in acht te nemen, dat bedienings- en aans­luitingsfouten buiten het invloedbereik van Gardigo liggen en dat voor daaruit resulterende schade geen aansprakelijkheid wordt overgenomen.
• In ieder geval dient te worden gecontroleerd, of het apparaat geschikt is voor de toepassingslocatie.
• Als het elektriciteitssnoer beschadigd is, moet het ter voorkoming van risico’s, door de fabrikant, diens servicedienst of iemand eenzelfde kwalificatie worden vervangen.
• Dit apparaat is niet bedoeld voor personen (waaronder kinderen) met verminderde zintuiglijke of geestelijke capaciteiten of die het aan ervaring of kennis ont­breekt, tenzij men onder toetzicht staat of instructies krijgt met betrekking tot het gebruik van het toestel, van iemand die voor hun veiligheid verantwoordelijk is.

9. Veiligheidsinstructies voedingsadapter

Trek, bij het verwijderen van de voedingsadapter uit het stopcontact, altijd aan de behuizing zelf en nooit aan de kabel. Haal de voedingsadapter altijd uit het stopcontact in de volgende omstandigheden:
• bij gevaarlijke situaties
• als de voedingsadapter een abnormaal geluid maakt of rook geeft
• voor een storm en/of onweer
• als de voedingsadapter is beschadigd
• als de voedingsadapter is blootgesteld aan regen, vlo­eistoffen of een hoge vochtigheid
• voor een langdurige afwezigheid, bijvoorbeeld een va­kantie
• als u het apparaat wilt schoonmaken

5. Pokyny k způsobu účinku
Přístroje doporučujeme nasadit již preventivnĕ, jelikož je jednodušší myši, mravence a další havĕť odradit od nastĕhování, než již nastěhovanou havěť vyhánět. Přístroj nezabraňuje zvířatům pobyt na určitém místĕ, ale jiná mís­ta se zvířatům budou zdát příjemnĕjší. Zvířata se začnou čím dál víc postiženým místům vyhýbat. Přístroj pracuje na principu střídavých ultrazvukových vln, které jsou pro zvířata velmi nepříjemné a rušivé. Jak dobře se tyto vysoké tóny rozšíří je závislé na vlastnostech prostoru kde je přístroj umístĕn. Střídání frekvencí zabrání zvyknutí si na jeden tón. Jakmile zvířata zjistí, že vysoké tóny jsou nepřetržitĕ aktivní, odstĕhují se na jiné místo. Dosažení tohoto efektu může trvat nĕkolik dní až týdnů. Zpočátku budete eventuálnĕ pozorovat dokonce zvýšenou aktivitu zvířat, protože je nepříjemné tóny vyženou z jejich úkrytů. Při vypuzování opustí zvířata bez zdráhání jejich vajíčka a larvy. Proto je nutné nechat přístroj zapnutý minimálnĕ o 4-6 týdnů déle, i když už žádné škůdce nevidíte. Preventivnĕ můžete přístroj nechat zapnutý nepřetržitĕ.
6. Uvedení do provozu
Přístroj nestavte na koberce, za nábytek, za záclony nebo jiné předmĕty, protože tyto absorbují zvukové vlny. Spoj­te síťový zdroj, které je součástí balení, s přístrojem a pak teprve zasuňte zástrčku do zásuvky (230 V/50 Hz). Nyní je Gardigo-ochrana proti myším a mravencům připravena k nasazení. To Vám potvrdí červená LED kontrolka na přední stranĕ přístroje. Na zadní stranĕ přístroje se nachází červené testovací tlačítko. Při stisknutí tohoto tlačítka držte přístroj co možná nejdále od Vašeho sluchu. Protože ultrazvukové vlny v těchto frekvencích nejsou lidským sluchem vnímány, můžete tímto vyzkoušet reproduktor a tento tón slyšet tak, jak ho vnímají škůdci. Na začátku nasazení nastavte prosím

otočný ovladač nalevo na doraz a měňte toto nastavení cca. 2x za měsíc o trochu víc doprava. Tímto změníte interval frek­vencí a zabráníte tím návyku na stejný tón.
7. Další pokyny k použití
Nesměrujte přístroj na sousední pozemky nebo veřejnĕ přístupné plochy. Přístroj je určen jen pro použití na Vašem vlastním pozemku.
8. Bezpečnostní upozornĕní
• Přístroj používejte jen s předepsaným napĕtím.
• Pokud zjistíte poškození na přístroji a nebo na kabelu, tak přístroj nepoužívejte. Odpojte ho od sítě tím, že vytáhnete zástrčku ze zásuvky.
• Oprava nebo jiné práce, jako je např. výmĕna pojistky, mo­hou být provedeny pouze odborníkem.
• Je třeba mít na paměti, že chyby připojení nebo obsluhy jsou mimo oblasti vlivu firmy Gardigo a že za z toho vyplý­vající škody nemůže být přebrána žádná odpovĕdnost.
• V každém případĕ musí být zkontrolováno, zda je přístroj vhodný pro místo kde bude používán.
• Tento přístroj není určen pro osoby (včetně dětí) se sníženými tělesnými, senzorickými nebo duševním scho­pnostmi, respektive s nedostatečnými zkušenostmi nebo znalostmi, pokud tyto osoby nejsou pod dozorem zodpovědné osoby, která zodpovídá za jejich bezpečnost a od které obdrželi patřičná poučení.
• Elektrické přístroje, obalový materiál atd. nepatří do prostorů, ve kterých se pohybují děti.
• Obaly a opotřebovaný materiál (fólie, dosloužilé výrobky) je nutné ekologicky likvidovat.
• Návod k použití dobře uschovejte a při předání výrobku třetí osobě předejte i tento návod k použití.
• Výrobce si vyhrazuje právo na zmĕny designu a technických údajů, aniž by byl povinen předem informovat spotřebitele z důvodu neustálého vývoje a vylepšování produktů.
• Pokud ucítíte neobvyklé zvuky nebo když ze síťového zdro­je vychází kouř.
• Před vichřicí a/nebo bouřkou s nebezpečím uhození blesku.
• Pokud byl síťový zdroj poškozen.
• Pokud byl síťový zdroj vystaven dešti, tekutinám nebo sil­né vlhkosti.
• Pokud jste delší dobu nepřítomni, např. na dovolené
• Pokud ho budete čistit.
• Také bĕhem Standby spotřebovává síťový zdroj elektřinu, k úplnému odpojení od sítĕ musí být síťový zdroj vytažen ze zásuvky.
Pozor! Síťový zdroj se nesmí přikrývat, mohlo by dojít k požáru!
Pozor! Nikdy se nepokoušejte sundat kryt ze síťového zdroje z důvodu nebezpečí života úrazem elektrickým proudem!
Respektujte výše uvedené pokyny, zabráníte tím životu nebezpečným situacím a nebezpečí požáru!
