Dieses Gerät ist zum Ver treiben von Fliegen konzipiert. Die drehenden, glitzernden Flü
gel ste llen eine Bedro hung für die Flieg en dar und werden s omit vertr ieben. Eine andere
Verw endung als die ange gebene ist nicht zulässig! Bei S chäden, die dur ch unsachgemä
ßer Verwendung und/oder Nichtbeachtung der Bedienungsanleitung und/oder durch
nicht er laubten Umba u entstehen , wird keine Haf tung für einen e ntstanden en Schaden
oder Fo lgeschäden üb ernommen und es e rlischt der Ge währleist ungsanspru ch.
2. Sicherheitshinweise
• Elektrogeräte, Verpackungsmaterial usw. gehören nicht in den Aktionsbereich von Kindern.
Kinder dürfen nicht mit dem Gerät spielen.
• Reinigung und Benutzer-Wartung dürfen nicht
durch Kinder ohne Beaufsichtigung durchgeführt werden.
• Gerät nur mit der dafür vorgesehenen Spannung
betreiben: 3 V, 2 x AA Mignon

4. Inbetriebnahme
Mit Zeitung, Hand oder Fliegenklatsche versucht man die Fliegen und Mücken von gegrilltem Fleisch
und Salaten auf dem Gartentisch fernzuhalten. Recht anstrengend, wenn man bedenkt wie viele
Fluginsekten sich im Sommer um uns herumtummeln und diese von dem köstlichen Duft angezogen
werden. Man wedelt sie fort und schon sind sie auch wieder da. Lassen Sie den Job des Verscheuchens von jemand anderem übernehmen – unserem Gardigo Fliegen-Wedler. Die dekorative Pyramide
macht ihren Job dauer- und gewissenhaft. Stellen Sie das Gerät mittig auf den Tisch und schalten Sie
es ein. Die Flügel fangen an sich zu drehen und wedeln somit die Fliegen weg vom Tisch fort in die
Ferne. Die Schimmerstreifen auf den Flügeln haben einen zusätzlichen Abwehreekt.
Önen Sie die Abdeckung auf der Unterseite und legen Sie die Batterien gemäß ihres Plusund Minuspoles ein.
Schalten Sie das Gerät mit dem On-Schalter ein.
Der Kopf mit den Flügeln beginnt sich zu drehen.
Die Flügel entfalten sich und halten durch ihre Drehbewegung die Fliegen von darunter stehenden Speisen fern.
Zum Vertreiben von Fliegen kann das Gerät auch hängend verwendet werden. Klappen Sie
dazu einfach den Aufhängering an der Unterseite des Fliegen-Wedlers aus.

1. Designated use
This de vice is design ed to repel flie s from your tab le. The rota ting shimmerin g wings
simulate a threat to flies and they will therefore stay away. Any other use as the
menti oned is not per mitted! N o liabilities w ill be taken for d amages or cons equential
damages or claims resulting out of not reading and/or not following the user guide

2. Safety instructions
• Electrical appliances, packaging materials,
etc. do not belong in the hands of children.
• Children are not allowed to play with the device.
• Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be
done by children without supervision.

4. Getting started
During the summer months, flies will circle the food around the table and all the people
at the table will start swatting at them with their hands or with folded newspapers.
They are irritating and keeping them o the food is quite a dicult and tedious task,
considering the number of flies that can gather during the summer. They are just a
nuisance. The solution lies in the Gardigo Fly Scare. Just place the decorative pyramid
onto the middle of the table and switch it on. The rotating propeller with its glistening
stripes simulates an attack on the flies and shoos them away. Even though the smell
of the food might be luring, the constant movement will irritate them so much, that
they will eventually stay away.
Open the battery compartment at the bottom of the device. When inserting the batteries, make sure that the polarity is correct and as shown in the battery compartment. (The negative end the battery is always connected to the spring)
Switch the device ON. The switch is next to the battery compartment.
The propeller will start rotating.
The wings will expand and keep away the flies from the food in the vicinity.
The fly scare can also be installed hanging. Simply fold out the hanging ring on
the underside of the fly device and hang it up.

2. Consignes de sécurité et avertissements

4. Mise en route
Pendant l’été, les mouches se mettent à voler autour de la table lorsque le repas est
servi. Il est fréquent de voir les personnes attablées agiter les mains ou brandir un
journal plié en deux afin de faire fuir les mouches. Les mouches sont dérangeantes
et il n’est pas facile de les garder à l’écart de la nourriture, en particulier en raison de
la quantité de mouches présentes en été. Elles sont une nuisance. La solution est la
pyramide à Automatique Chasse-Mouche de Gardigo. Posez simplement la pyramide
décorative au milieu de la table et allumez-la. Les pales rotatives et leurs bandes lumi
neuses eraient les mouches et les font fuir. Même si l’odeur du repas est alléchante, le
mouvement continu agace tellement les mouches qu’elles finissent par rester à l’écart.
Ôtez le couvercle du compartiment à pile situé sous le dispositif et placez les piles en
respectant leurs pôles positif et négatif.
Allumez le dispositif en plaçant l’interrupteur sur ON.
La tête avec les pales commence à tourner.
Les pales se déploient et gardent les mouches à l’écart de la nourriture qui se
trouve en dessous.
Pour repousser les mouches, vous pouvez aussi suspendre l’appareil. Tirez sim
plement l’anneau situé au bas de l’appareil.

4. Puesta en servicio
En los meses de verano, las moscas rodean la mesa del comedor y todos los comensales
empiezan a espantarlas con sus manos o diarios doblados. Las moscas son molestas y ale
jarlas de la comida puede ser una tarea muy difícil y fastidiosa, sobre todo si se tiene en
cuenta la gran cantidad de moscas que se pueden reunir a lo largo del verano. Las moscas
son muy desagradables. La solución es el ahuyentador de moscas de Gardigo. Simplemente
coloque la pirámide decorativa en la parte central de la mesa. Las hélices giratorias y sus
rayas brillantes simulan un ataque contra las moscas y las espantan. A pesar de que el olor
a comida las atrae, el movimiento continuo las fastidia tanto que dejan de aparecer.
Abra la cubierta ubicada en la parte inferior del dispositivo e introduzca las pilas
según su marca de polaridad (+/–).
Encienda el dispositivo con el interruptor On/O.
Las hélices empiezan a girar.
Las hélices se extienden y, mediante su movimiento giratorio, alejan las moscas
de los alimentos ubicados debajo de ellas.
Para ahuyentar moscas, el dispositivo también puede utilizarse colgado. Para
ello, basta con desplegar la anilla ubicada en la parte inferior del ventilador
repelente de moscas.

Indicaciones sobre la eliminación de las pilas

4. Avviamento
Durante i mesi estivi le mosche attorniano il tavolo da pranzo e tutte le persone che
mangiano cominciano ad agitare le mani o cercano di scacciarle con giornali arrotolati.
Le mosche sono irritanti e tenerle lontane dal cibo può risultare un compito abbastanza
lungo e dicile. In special modo se si tiene in considerazione il numero delle mosche
che si possono radunare durante l’estate. Creano solo disappunto. La soluzione è Scac
ciamosche Automatico di Gardigo. Posizionare semplicemente la piramide decorativa al
centro del tavolo e accenderla. Le eliche rotanti, grazie alle sue strisce luccicanti, simu
lano un attacco alle mosche scacciandole. Sebbene l’odore del cibo le attiri, il costante
movimento irrita le mosche così tanto che esse rimarranno alla larga.
Aprire lo sportello presente nel lato inferiore e posizionare le batterie in base ai poli
positivi o negativi.
Accendere il dispositivo tramite l’interruttore posizionandolo su „on“.
La testa con le ali comincerà a girare.
Le ali si dispiegheranno e attraverso il movimento rotatorio terranno le mosche
lontane dai cibi sottostanti.
Se si desidera scacciare solo le mosche, il dispositivo può anche essere appeso
tramite l‘anello apposito situato nella parte inferiore.

Suggerimenti importanti
per le batterie
Le batterie contengono sostanze inquinanti e il loro trattamento è soggetto a disposizioni di
legge. Per questo motivo è necessario restituire le batterie esauste al punto di vendita oppure
ai centri di raccolta per le sostanze inquinanti presenti nel vs comune di residenza. Non smaltire
mai la batteria nei rifiuti domestici o nei contenitori per la raccolta die altri materiali (plastica,
vetro, organico o simili). Gettare le batterie esauste esclusivamente nel contenitore previsto per
le batterie, avendo cura di evitare corto circuiti (ad esempio, coprendo i poli con nastro adesivo).
Avvertenze per la protezione
dell’ambiente
Prima dello smaltimento del dispositivo rimuovere, qualora possibile, le batterie/accumulatori e smaltirli separatamente. Questo apparecchio, alla fine della sua vita, non potrà essere
smaltito attraverso il normale ciclo dei rifiuti domestici, bensì dovrà essere conferito presso
un punto di raccolta per il recupero di apparecchiature elettriche ed elettroniche, come indicato dal simbolo riportato sul prodotto stesso, nel manuale di istruzioni oppure sulla confezione.
I diversi materiali potranno essere riciclati secondo le modalità riportate sulla loro marcatura.
Attraverso il riutilizzo, il riciclaggio dei diversi materiali oppure altre forme di recycling delle
apparecchiature usate, apporterete un valido contributo alla protezione del nostro ambiente. Siete pregati di informarvi presso le vostre amministrazioni comunali circa l
di detti punti di raccolta.

1. Gebruik volgens de voorschriften
Dit apparaat is ontworpen om vliegen weg te houden. De draaiende, glinsterende
vleugels vormen een bedreiging voor de vliegen en daardoor worden ze verdreven.
Een ander dan het aangegeven gebruik is niet toegestaan! Bij schade die ontstaat
door onjuist gebruik en/of niet-naleving van de gebruiksaanwijzing en/of door niettoegestane ombouw, word t geen aansprakelijkheid voor een onts tane schade of g e
volgschade voldaan en de garantie ver valt.
2. Veiligheidsinstructies
• Elektroapparaten, verpakkingsmateriaal horen niet in het actiebereik van kindern. Kinderen mogen niet met het apparaat spelen.
• Reiniging en onderhoud mogen niet worden uitgevoerd door kinderen zonder toezicht van volwassenen.
• Apparaat alleen met de daarvoor bestemde
spanning bedienen: 3 V, 2 x AA Mignon
• Bewaar deze handleiding en geef deze bij doorgave van het apparaat mee.
• Dit apparaat kan worden gebruikt door kinderen
vanaf 8 jaar of ouder en personen met beperkte fysieke, sensorische of mentale capaciteiten
of gebrek aan ervaring of kennis, als ze onder

4. Ingebruikname
Met een krant, hand of vliegenmepper probeert men de vliegen en muggen van vers ge
grild vlees en heerlijke salades op de tuintafel weg te houden. Vrij vermoeiend gezien de
hoeveelheden vliegende insecten die in de zomer om ons heen dartelen en ze worden,
net zoals wij, aangetrokken door de heerlijke geur. Je zwaait ze weg en ze zijn terug. La
ten we het werk van het verjagen aan iemand anders over - onze Gardigo Vliegenwaaier.
De decoratieve piramide doet zijn werk permanent en nauwkeurig. Plaats het apparaat
in het midden van de tafel en schakel het in. De vleugels beginnen te draaien en zwaai
en de vliegen weg van de tafel in de verte. De glanzende strepen op de vleugels hebben
een extra eect om vliegen weg te houden.
Open de klep aan de onderkant en plaats de batterijen in overeenstemming met
hun positieve en negatieve polen.
Schakel het apparaat in met de aanschakelaar.
Het hoofd met de vleugels begint te draaien.
De vleugels ontvouwen zich en houden de vliegen weg van het voedsel eronder
door hun draaiende beweging.
Om vliegen te verjagen, kan het apparaat ook hangend worden gebruikt. Om dit te
doen, klapt u gewoon de ophangring aan de onderkant van de vliegenzwengel uit.

• De CE-conformiteit werd bewezen, de overeenkomstige verklaringen zijn bij ons ge
deponeerd en kunnen daar worden geraadpleegd.

• Om veiligheids- en vergunningsredenen is het niet toegestaan om dit apparaat om te
bouwen en/of te veranderen en/of te misbruiken.
• Er zij op gewezen dat bedien- of aansluitfouten of schade die door niet-naleving van
de gebruiksaanwijzing ontstaat, buiten de invloedssfeer van de Gardigo liggen en
voor daaruit voortvloeiende schade geen enkele aansprakelijkheid kan worden aan
vaard. Dit geldt ook als wijzigingen of reparatiepogingen aan het apparaat werden
gedaan, circuits werden gewijzigd of andere onderdelen werden gebruikt en bij scha
de en gevolgschade die door onjuiste bedieningen, nalatige behandeling of misbruik
zijn ontstaan. In al deze gevallen vervalt ook de garantie.

Instructie voor milieubescherming
Dit product mag aan het einde van zijn levensduur niet met normaal huishoudelijk afval
worden afgevoerd. Het moet worden ingeleverd bij een inzamelpunt voor het recyclen van
elektrische en elektronische apparatuur. Het symbool op het product, de gebruiksaanwijzing of de verpakking geeft dit aan. De materialen zijn in overeenstemming met hun aanduiding recyclebaar. Met het recyclen, het verwerken van materiaal of andere vormen van
verwerking van oude apparaten levert u een belangrijke bijdrage aan onze milieubescherming. Raadpleeg de informatiebalie van uw gemeente voor het inzamelpunt.
Aanwijzingen voor het verwijderen van batterijen
Indien mogelijk, verwijder batterijen en accu‘s uit het apparaat voordat u het weggooit en
gooi ze apart weg. Op batterijen zijn wettelijke regels van toepassing. Op grond daarvan
moeten deze waar ze worden verkocht, bij een verzamelpunt voor afvalstoen of een
openbare verwijderaar van chemisch afval worden ingeleverd. In geen geval mogen batterijen bij het huisvuil of in de vuilniszak/container worden aangeboden. Lever batterijen
ontladen bij het verzamelpunt voor oude batterijen in, en neem maatregelen tegen kortsluiting (bijvoorbeeld door de polenw af te plakken).
