3. Produktbeschreibung
Werkbank-Aufbauten können aus mehreren verschiedenen Komponenten
wie z. B. Trägersäulen, Lochwänden, Behälterleisten, Ablageböden, Beleuchtungseinheit usw. bestehen, die montiert werden müssen. Jeder Werbankaufbau kann mit verschiedenem Zubehör aus dem Hauptkatalog und
Betriebseinrichtungskatalog der Hoffmann Group ausgestattet werden.
Die Ausführung ist abhängig von der Bestellkonfiguration und kann von
den hier gezeigten Beispielen abweichen.

4. Montage
Die Arbeitsplatte ist für die Montage der Werkbank-Aufbauten nicht
vorgebohrt.
▶
Zum Anbringen der Werkbank-Aufbauten auf eine Arbeitsplatte müssen
die benötigten Bohrungen in die Arbeitsplatte gebohrt werden.
Verwenden Sie nur die mitgelieferten Schrauben.
Werkbank-Aufbauten sind gegen Kippen zu sichern.

Auslieferzustand Workstation:
Der Werkbank-Aufbau der Workstation wird montiert geliefert wenn die
Gesamthöhe von 2,25 m nicht überschritten wird.
Die Medienschiene ist bei Auslieferung nicht mit der Hubeinheit verbunden.
LED-Beleuchtungseinheit seitlich und Ablageboden mit Beleuchtung
wird lose ausgeliefert wegen Gefahr von Transportschäden.
4.1 Trägersäulen / Trägersäulen zum Einhängen
(92 3000, 93 8000)

Trägersäulen gemäß Bohrbild auf der Arbeitsplatte mit den mitgelieferten Schrauben befestigen.

Knotenbleche sind für Trägersäulen nicht mehr notwendig.
Einfache Kabelverlegung innerhalb der Trägersäulen möglich, es gibt
2 Kunststoffabdeckungen (oben und unten) an den Trägersäulen.
Bei Gr. 962 u. 1362 sind beide Säulen baugleich (keine rechte oder linke
Säule).
Einbau von Medien-Modulen in die Trägersäulen möglich.
Es können pro einzelne Trägersäule maximal zwei Steckdosen verbaut
werden.

Montage durch Einhängen an Lochwand für eine zusätzliche Unterteilung.

4.2 Tragarm-Konsole inklusive Querverstrebung mit integriertem

Tragarmkonsole mit integriertem Kabelkanal ➁ wird an den oberen
Enden der Trägersäulen mit je zwei Sechskantschrauben (M8×20) und
Beilagscheiben pro Tragarm angeschraubt.
Bei Trägersäulen Gr. 200 und 481 ist eine Anbringung der Tragarm-Konsole /
Querverstrebung nicht möglich.
4.3 Aufbau-Teiler

Befestigung an Arbeitsplatte mittels Sechskant-Holzschraube 6×30,
Befestigung an Querverstrebung ➀ mittels Schraube mit abgeflachtem

4.4 Lochwände

Die Lochwände können an verschiedenen Positionen zwischen den Trägersäulen mit je 2 Halbrundkopfschrauben mit Innensechskant und Bund
(M6×16) pro Seite angeschraubt werden, und aufgrund der Langlöcher in
der Höhe verändert werden.
Nr. 92 3021 und Nr. 938009: Lochwand in zweiseitiger Ausführung kann
auf beiden Seiten unabhängig voneinander bestückt werden.

Gewindestift mit Innensechskant und Zapfen (M6×25) zur Befestigung
zwischen Lochwandvorderseite und –rückseite.

4.5 Medienschiene

Die Medienschiene kann an den Trägersäulen eingehängt werden.

Zur Tiefenverstellung sind unten an den Einhängekonsolen Langlöcher ,
in denen die Medienschiene in einem Bereich von 60 mm verstellt werden
kann. Dafür die Schrauben lösen, Medienschiene verschieben und Schrauben wieder festziehen.
Jedes Modul für die Medienschiene wird mit vier Anschraubpunkten ➁
befestigt. Alte Module aus Energieschienen sind mit neuen Modulen kompatibel.

kann in 3 verschiedenen Neigungen verstellt werden .

Die Multifix-Schiene kann auch an der Lochwand eingehängt werden
in Verbindung mit 2 x Easyfix Grundplatte Nr. 96 3054 Gr. 2.
Hierfür müssen die seitlichen Abdeckkappen ohne Verstellbleche

3. Product description
Workbench assemblies can be made up of several different components
that need to be installed, such as support columns, perforated panels,
storage container racks, shelves, a lighting unit etc. Each workbench
assembly can be equipped with different accessories from the main
catalogue and the workstations and storage catalogue published by the
Hoffmann Group.
The design is dependent on the configuration ordered and may vary from
the examples shown here.

The worktop is not pre-drilled for the installation of workbench assemblies.

To attach the workbench assemblies to a worktop, the required bores
must be drilled into the worktop.
Only use the screws provided.
Workbench assemblies must be secured against tipping.

Workstation delivery condition:
The workbench assembly of the workstation is delivered pre-assembled
if the total height does not exceed 2.25 m.
The media track is not connected to the lifting unit when delivered.
The laterally fixed LED lighting unit and shelf with lighting are shipped
loose due to risk of damage during transportation.

The media track can be mounted on the support columns.

To adjust the depth, there are slots on the underside of the mounting
brackets where the media track can be adjusted within a range of 60 mm.
To do this, remove the screws, move the media track and re-tighten the
screws.
Each module for the media track is fitted with four screw points ➁.
Old modules from power tracks are compatible with new modules.

Le rail d’alimentation peut être accroché dans les colonnes de support.

Pour le réglage en profondeur, les consoles à accrocher sont dotées de
trous oblongs dans le bas, ce qui permet de régler les rails d’alimentation
dans une plage de 60 mm. Pour ce faire, desserrer les vis, déplacer le rail
d’alimentation et resserrer les vis.
Chaque module pour rail d’alimentation est fixé par quatre points de
vissage ➁. Les anciens modules pour rails d’alimentation sont compatibles
avec les nouveaux modules.

3. Descrizione del prodotto
Le sovrastrutture per banco da lavoro possono essere costituite da più
componenti diversi che devono essere montati, quali ad es. piantane
di supporto, pannelli forati, mensole portavaschette, mensole, unità
d'illuminazione, ecc. Ogni sovrastruttura può essere allestita con vari
accessori del catalogo generale e del catalogo arredamento industriale di
Hoffmann Group.
L'esecuzione dipende dalla configurazione ordinata e può differire rispetto
agli esempi mostrati.

4. Montaggio
Per eseguire il montaggio delle sovrastrutture per banco da lavoro, tener
presente che il piano di lavoro non è preforato.
▶
Per montare le sovrastrutture su un piano di lavoro, praticare i fori
necessari su quest'ultimo.
Usare esclusivamente le viti fornite in dotazione.
Fissare bene le sovrastrutture per banco da lavoro in modo da evitare che si
ribaltino.

Stato di fornitura della postazione di lavoro:
La struttura del banco da lavoro viene fornita già montata se l'altezza
complessiva non supera i 2,25 m.
Al momento della consegna, la barra portaprese non è collegata
all'unità di sollevamento.
L'unità di illuminazione a LED laterale e la mensola con illuminazione
vengono fornite sciolte per evitare che subiscano danni durante il trasporto.
4.1 Piantane di supporto / piantane di supporto da inserimento

Possibilità di una semplice posa dei cavi all'interno delle piantane che
sono dotate di 2 rivestimenti in plastica (uno sopra e uno sotto).

distinzione tra piantana destra e sinistra).
Possibilità di montare moduli portaprese nelle piantane di supporto.

mensola per braccio di supporto né le traverse.
4.3 Divisorio per strutture

2 ad anello (M6×16) per ciascun lato, e possono essere regolati in altezza
grazie alle asole laterali.
N. art. 92 3021 e 93 8009: il pannello forato in esecuzione bifacciale può
essere attrezzato su entrambi i lati senza nessuna distinzione.

4.5 Barra portaprese

La barra portaprese può essere inserita nelle piantane di supporto.

Per regolare la profondità sono presenti delle asole laterali , situate sotto
alle mensole pensili, in cui è possibile regolare la barra portaprese in un
campo di 60 mm. Per eseguire questa operazione, allentare le viti, far
scorrere la barra portaprese e serrare nuovamente le viti.
Ogni modulo per la barra portaprese va fissato su quattro punti di
avvitamento ➁. I moduli precedenti composti da barre portaprese sono
compatibili con quelli nuovi.
IL PRIMO ALLACCIAMENTO, NONCHÉ LA CONNESSIONE DI SPINE O
PRESE AI CAVI, DEVONO ESSERE ESEGUITI SOLO DA ELETTRICISTI
QUALIFICATI!
Per la personalizzazione dei moduli accertarsi che la somma dei divisori dei

sono incluse nella dotazione. Per il fissaggio a muro si consiglia un foro con

3. Descripción del producto
Las superestructuras para bancos de trabajo pueden estar compuestas
de varios componentes, p. ej., columnas de soporte, paredes perforadas,
regletas para cubetas, estantes de almacenamiento, unidad de alumbrado,
etc., que se tienen que montar. Cada superestructura para banco de trabajo
se puede equipar con diferentes accesorios del catálogo principal y del
catálogo de mobiliario industrial de Hoffmann Group.
La ejecución depende de la configuración del pedido y puede diferir de los
ejemplos mostrados aquí.

4. Montaje
El tablero de trabajo no está pretaladrado para el montaje de las
superestructuras para bancos de trabajo.
▶
Para montar las superestructuras para bancos de trabajo en un tablero
de trabajo es necesario taladrar las perforaciones necesarias en el
tablero de trabajo.
Utilice únicamente los tornillos adjuntos.
Las superestructuras para bancos de trabajo se tienen que asegurar contra
el vuelco.

Estado de entrega estación de trabajo:
La superestructura para banco de trabajo de la estación de trabajo se
entrega en estado montado si no se supera una altura total de 2,25 m.
A la entrega, la regleta para equipos multimedia no está conectada con
la unidad de elevación.
La unidad de alumbrado LED lateral y el estante de almacenamiento con iluminación se entregan sueltos debido al riesgo de daños durante el transporte.

Atornillar las columnas de soporte con la chapa perforada, colocarlas en
la superficie de trabajo y centrarlas. La distancia entre la perforación y el
borde de la placa puede variar debido a las tolerancias en la producción.

Ya no se necesitan chapas de nudos para las columnas de soporte.
Los cables se pueden tender sencillamente en el interior de las
columnas de soporte; existen 2 cubiertas de plástico (arriba y abajo) en
las columnas de soporte.
En tam. 962 y 1362, ambas columnas tienen una construcción idéntica
(no hay columna derecha o izquierda).
Es posible instalar módulos de medios en las columnas de soporte.
Por cada columna de soporte suelta se pueden montar, como máximo,
dos tomas de corriente.

de brazo de soporte / el arriostramiento transversal.
