4.2. Bedingungen zur korrekten Regalmontage
▶
Ausreichende Tragfähigkeit des Bodens.
▶
Montagegerechtes Fundament / Estrich.
▶
Ein sicherer Halt der Bodenanker muss gewährleistet sein:
Stärke des Betonbodens mindestens 180 mm
(Minimum 200 mm vom Rand)
Widerstand des Betons mindestens B25, obere Schicht 35 mm stark.
Wichtiger Hinweis
Alle Ständerrahmen des Regals müssen mittels mitgelieferten Bodenankern
befestigt werden.
4.3. Montage des Grundfeldes
4.3.1 Anfangsphase
▶
Befestigungshaken (a) in die obersten und untersten Löcher einsetzen (c),
Schrauben M6 (b) nur einige Gewindegänge einschrauben.
▶
Bei den untersten Schubladenführungen (e, f) die Kunststoffsicherung
(d) entnehmen und die Führungen demontieren.
Hierdurch wird ein leichtes Einsetzen des Grundrahmens gewährleistet.

4.3.2 Zusammenbau: Montage beginnen
▶
Säulenrahmen aufstellen.
▶
Grundrahmen auf die bereits eingesetzten Haken auflegen.
▶
Säulenrahmen anbringen, Grundrahmen befestigen.
▶
Untere Rückwand (oder Diagonalstrebe) in den Grundrahmen
einstecken, mittels Zusatzhaken befestigen, Schrauben nur leicht
anziehen.
▶
Obere Rückwand (oder Diagonalstrebe) in die unterste einstecken,
mittels Zusatzhaken befestigen, Schrauben nur leicht anziehen.
▶
Oberen Fachboden mit Rückwand verbinden und auf die bereits
eingesetzten Haken auflegen.
▶
Zwischenböden ebenfalls mittels Befestigungshaken montieren.

4.3.3 Nivellierung und Verankerung
▶
Regal in waagrechte und senkrechte Position mittels Schrauben
M16 (a) ausrichten.
▶
Wenn nötig Ausgleichbleche einsetzen (c).
▶
Säulenrahmen im rechten Winkel zu Grundrahmen ausrichten.
▶
Schrauben M16 entnehmen.
▶
Löcher Ø 14 mm bohren, Säulenrahmen mittels Bodenanker am Boden
befestigen (e, d).
▶
Alle Schrauben der Rückwände (oder Diagonalstrebe) fest anziehen.

4.3.4 Ergänzung
▶
Wenn vorhanden, Stege (a, b, c) anschrauben.

Wenn vorhanden, Flügel- bzw. Leiterführung montieren.

Die entnommenen unteren Schubladenführungen erneut montieren,

5. Montage der Schliessgruppen, Schubladen
und Auszugböden
5.1. Zusammenbau einfacher Zentralverschluss (von der Mitte nach unten)
▶
Schrauben von dem oberen Fachboden lockern.
▶
Positionierungsfeld der Schließstange spannen (1).
▶
Schließstange einsetzen.
▶
Schrauben von dem oberen Fachboden fest anziehen.
5.2. Zusammenbau doppelter Zentralverschluss
Vorgehensweise wie bei einfachem Zentralverschluss, jedoch zusätzlich
nach oben aufbauend.
5.3. Schloss Gruppe
▶
Verbindungsstange (4-Kant-Stange, 6) mit schwarzem Kunststoffmitnehmer (5) in die Schließstange einsetzen (4).
Wichtiger Hinweis
Bitte beachten Sie bei der Montage der Verbindungsstange die Nullstellung
wie im Bild angegeben.

Schlossblende in den Ausschnitt (6) bis zur völligen Kupplung
einschieben.

Wichtiger Hinweis
Für eine einwandfreie Funktion der Schubladen und Auszugböden, ist eine
100 % Nivellierung der Grundkonstruktion Voraussetzung.
6. Montage der Flügel- oder Schiebetüre
6.1. Flügeltüre
Langlöcher in Fachböden und Grundrahmen dienen der besseren Justierung der Türen.
▶
Untere Traverse besitzt längere Scharnierhülse (e)!
Diese an den Fachböden (c) anschrauben.
Wichtiger Hinweis
Schrauben nicht festziehen, erst nach Einhängen der Türen über die Langlöcher ausrichten und verschrauben.
▶
Rechte Stütze: in den vorgesehenen Sitz der unteren Traverse einstecken
(II).
▶
Linke Stütze: in den vorgesehenen Sitz der unteren Traverse einstecken
(III).

6.2. Schiebetüre (oben einsetzen)
Langlöcher in Fachböden und Grundrahmen dienen der besseren Justierung der Türen.

Laufrollen montieren (müssen zur Gehäuseinnenseite ausgerichtet sein),
Abstand zwischen Laufrolle und Schiebetür 2 – 3 mm.

7. Rollladen Montage
7.1. Positionierung des Rollkastens
▶
Zuerst montieren Sie die Säulenrahmen, den Grundrahmen, den mittleren Fachboden, den obersten Fachboden mit Fenster und die Diagonalstreben.
▶
Legen Sie den Rollladen-Kasten komplett auf den Kopfboden:

Verbinden Sie die Befestigungswinkel mit den Säulenrahmen.
▶
Verfahren Sie mit der 2. Schiene ebenso.
Gleitschiene nach oben schieben,

8. Demontage

Schubladenregal von losen Teilen freiräumen und säubern.
▶
Schubladenregal in umgekehrter Reihenfolge der Montage
demontieren.
9. Instandhaltung
▶
Regelmäßig alle Komponenten und Verschraubungen des Schubladenregals auf festen Sitz, Unversehrtheit und Funktion prüfen.
▶
Bei Schäden an dem Schubladenregal, an Komponenten und Zubehörteilen sowie bei Einschränkungen der Sicherheit:
Schubladenregal sperren und gegen Verwendung sichern.
Schäden sofort beheben lassen.
Beschädigte Komponenten und Zubehörteile sofort ersetzen lassen.
10. Reinigung und Pflege
▶
Keine Scheuermittel zum Reinigen der Oberfläche verwenden.
▶
Schlösser, Laufrollen etc. mit Multifunktionsöl reinigen und ölen.
▶
Seitenteile und Metallfronten, Schubläden und Füße mit Lackreiniger
reinigen.
11. Entsorgung
▶
Schubladenregal und alle Zubehörteile gemäß den örtlich geltenden
Vorschriften entsorgen.

4.2. Conditions for correct installation of shelves
▶
Sufficient loading capacity of the ground.
▶
Ready-to-install foundation / screed.
▶
Ensure the ground anchors are stable:
Strength of concrete floor should be at least 180 mm
(Minimum 200 mm from the edge)
Resistance of the concrete should be at least B25, with the top layer 35
mm thick.
Important note
All upright frames of the shelves must be secured using the ground anchors
supplied.
4.3. Installation of the base unit
4.3.1 Initial phase
▶
Insert mounting hooks (a) into the top and bottom holes (c),
only screw
screws (M6) (b) in by a few convolutions.
▶
On the bottom drawer runners (e, f), remove the plastic lock (d) and
disassemble the runners.
This will make it easy to insert the baseframe.

4.3.2 Assembly: starting installation
▶
Install side frame.
▶
Hang up the baseframe on the hooks already attached.
▶
Attach side frame, secure baseframe.
▶
Insert lower back panel (or diagonal strut) into the baseframe, secure
using additional hooks, only fasten screws gently.
▶
Insert upper back panel (or diagonal strut) into the lower back panel,
secure using additional hooks, only fasten screws gently.
▶
Connect upper storage shelf with back panel and hang on the hooks
already attached.
▶
Also install intermediate shelves using mounting hooks.

4.3.3 Levelling and anchoring
▶
Align the shelf horizontally and vertically using screws M16 (a).
▶
Use shims if necessary (c).
▶
Align side frame at a right angle to the baseframe.
▶
Remove M16 screws.
▶
Drill Ø 14 mm holes, and attach side frame to the ground using ground
anchors (e, d).
▶
Tightly fasten in all screws on the back walls (or diagonal strut).

▶
Screw on panels (a, b, c) if available.

Install the wing guide or ladder guide if available.
▶
Attach front or full covers of the baseframes (a - g).
▶
Reinstall the removed lower drawer runners.

5. Installation of lock groups, drawers
and pull-out shelves
5.1. Assembly of a single central lock (from the middle to the bottom)
▶
Loosen the screws of the top storage shelf.
▶
Clamp positioning field of the locking rod (1).
▶
Insert locking rod.
▶
Securely fasten screws of the top storage shelf.
5.2. Assembly of a double central lock
Proceed as for the single central lock, but also assemble to the top.
5.3. Lock group
▶
Insert connecting rod (square rod, 6) with black plastic carrier (5) into
the locking rod (4).
Important note

7.1. Positioning of the roller shutter cabinet

First install the side frames, the baseframe, the middle storage shelf, the
upper storage shelf with the window and the diagonal struts.

4.2. Conditions requises pour un montage correct du rayonnage
▶
Charge admissible suffisante du sol.
▶
Chape / fondations adaptées au montage.
▶
Il est nécessaire de garantir une fixation sûre des tirants d'ancrage :
épaisseur du sol en béton d'au moins 180 mm
(minimum 200 mm du bord)
Résistance du béton d'au moins B25, couche supérieure de 35 mm
d'épaisseur.
Remarque importante
Tous les cadres-supports du rayonnage doivent être fixés à l'aide des tirants
d'ancrage fournis.
4.3. Montage de la travée
4.3.1 Phase initiale
▶
Insérez le crochet de fixation (a) dans les trous supérieurs et inférieurs (c),
ne serrez les vis (M6) (b) que de quelques tours.
▶
Pour les glissières de tiroirs inférieures (e, f), retirez la sécurité en plastique (d) et démontez les guides.
Cette opération facilite l'insertion du cadre de base.

4.3.2 Montage: début
▶
Installez les échelles.
▶
Posez le cadre de base sur les crochets déjà montés.
▶
Mettez en place les échelles, fixez le cadre de base.
▶
Insérez la paroi arrière inférieure (ou l'entretoise diagonale) dans le
cadre de base, à l'aide de crochets supplémentaires ; serrez légèrement
les vis.
▶
Insérez la paroi arrière supérieure (ou l'entretoise diagonale) dans la
partie inférieure, à l'aide de crochets supplémentaires ; serrez légèrement les vis.
▶
Assemblez la tablette supérieure avec la paroi arrière et posez-la sur les
crochets déjà montés.
▶
Montez également les planchers à l'aide de crochets de fixation.

Alignez le rayonnage à l'horizontale et à la verticale à l'aide des vis M16
(a).

Si nécessaire, utilisez des tôles de compensation (c).

Retirez les vis M16.
▶
Percez des trous de Ø 14 mm, fixez les échelles au sol à l'aide de tirants

5. Montage des groupes de fermeture, des tiroirs
et des plateaux extensibles
5.1. Assemblage de la fermeture centralisée simple (du centre vers le bas)

Desserrez les vis de la tablette supérieure.

Tendez la zone de positionnement de la barre de fermeture (1).
▶
Insérez la barre de fermeture.
▶
Serrez à fond les vis de la tablette supérieure.
5.2. Montage de la fermeture centralisée double
Procédez comme pour la fermeture centralisée simple, mais en remontant.
5.3. Groupe de serrures
▶
Insérez la barre de liaison (barre carrée, 6) avec le tenon d'entraînement
en plastique noir (5) dans la barre de fermeture (4).
Remarque importante
Lors du montage de la barre de liaison, respectez la position zéro telle
qu'elle est illustrée sur le schéma.

6. Montage des portes battantes ou coulissantes
6.1. Portes battantes
Les trous oblongs dans les tablettes et le cadre de base servent à l'ajustement des portes.

La traverse inférieure est munie d'un manchon de charnière plus long

Vissez-la aux tablettes (c).
Remarque importante
Ne bloquez pas les vis. Effectuez l'alignement via les trous oblongs seulement après l'accrochage des portes, puis vissez.

Bloquez l’armoire à outils et empêchez-en toute utilisation.
Faites immédiatement réparer les dégâts.

10. Nettoyage et entretien

N'utilisez pas de produits abrasifs pour nettoyer la surface du plan de
travail.

Nettoyez et huilez les serrures, roulettes, etc. avec de l'huile multi-usage.

Utilisez un polish nettoyant pour les parties latérales, les façades métalliques, les tiroirs et les pieds.
11. Mise au rebut

Mettez l’armoire à outils et tous les accessoires au rebut conformément
aux dispositions locales en vigueur.

2.1. Trasporto e montaggio

4.2. Condizioni per il corretto montaggio degli scaali
▶
Portata adeguata del pavimento.
▶
Fondazione/massetto idonei al montaggio.
▶
Occorre garantire una tenuta sicura degli ancoraggi a terra:
Spessore del pavimento in calcestruzzo min. 180 mm
(min. 200 mm dal bordo)
Resistenza del calcestruzzo min. B25, strato superiore con uno spessore
di 35 mm.
Nota importante
Tutti i telai di supporto dello scaffale devono essere fissati con gli ancoraggi
a terra in dotazione.
4.3. Montaggio del modulo base
4.3.1 Fase iniziale
▶
Inserire i ganci di fissaggio (a) nei fori superiori e inferiori (c),
avvitare le
viti (M6) (b) solo di alcuni filetti.
▶
Rimuovere la protezione in plastica (d) dalle guide inferiori dei cassetti
(e, f) e smontare le guide.
In questo modo è possibile inserire con facilità il telaio base.

4.3.2 Assemblaggio: Inizio del montaggio
▶
Installare la spalla.
▶
Posizionare il telaio base sui ganci già inseriti.
▶
Applicare la spalla, fissare il telaio base.
▶
Inserire la parete posteriore (o diagonale di tenuta) inferiore nel telaio
base, fissarla con l'ausilio di ganci aggiuntivi, stringere leggermente le
viti.
▶
Inserire la parete posteriore (o diagonale di tenuta) superiore, fissarla
con l'ausilio di ganci aggiuntivi, stringere leggermente le viti.
▶
Collegare il ripiano superiore alla parete posteriore e posizionarlo sui
ganci già inseriti.
▶
Allo stesso modo montare i doppi fondi con l'ausilio dei ganci di
fissaggio.

4.3.3 Livellamento e ancoraggio
▶
Allineare lo scaffale in orizzontale e verticale tramite le viti M16 (a).
▶
Se necessario, utilizzare lamiere di compensazione (c).
▶
Allineare la spalla ad angolo retto rispetto al telaio base.
▶
Togliere le viti M16.
▶
Preparare i fori con un Ø di 14 mm, fissare la spalla al pavimento
mediante gli ancoraggi a terra (e, d).
▶
Stringere a fondo tutte le viti delle pareti posteriori (o diagonale di
tenuta).

Se presenti, avvitare le traverse (a, b, c).

5. Montaggio dei gruppi di chiusura, dei cassetti
e dei ripiani estraibili
5.1. Assemblaggio di una chiusura centralizzata semplice (dal centro verso
il basso)
▶
Fissare le viti a partire dal ripiano superiore.
▶
Serrare il modulo di posizionamento della barra di chiusura (1).
▶
Inserire la barra di chiusura.
▶
Stringere le viti a partire dal ripiano superiore.
5.2. Assemblaggio della chiusura centralizzata doppia
La procedura è uguale a quella descritta per la chiusura centralizzata semplice, con la differenza che si procede però verso l'alto.
5.3. Gruppo serratura
▶
Inserire l'asta di collegamento (asta quadra, 6) con trascinatore nero (5)
nella barra di chiusura (4).
Nota importante
Durante il montaggio dell'asta di collegamento, prestare attenzione alla
posizione zero, come mostrato nella figura.

Inserire il frontalino serratura nell'apertura (6) fino al completo accoppiamento.

Sbloccare le guide telescopiche.

Montare i cassetti e i ripiani estraibili.

Fissare nuovamente i supporti delle guide telescopiche.
Nota importante
Per un funzionamento ottimale dei cassetti e dei ripiani estraibili, occorre
livellare al 100 % la struttura di base.
6. Montaggio delle porte a battente o scorrevoli
6.1. Porte a battente
I fori longitudinali nei ripiani e nel telaio base permettono una migliore
regolazione delle porte.
▶
La traversa inferiore dispone di una bussola della cerniera (e) più lunga!
Questa va avvitata ai ripiani (c).
Nota importante
Non stringere le viti; allineare e avvitare solo dopo avere agganciato le porte attraverso i fori longitudinali.

Montante destro: inserire nella sede prevista sulla traversa inferiore (II).
▶
Montante sinistro: inserire nella sede prevista sulla traversa inferiore (III).

I fori longitudinali nei ripiani e nel telaio base permettono una migliore
regolazione delle porte.

Montare le ruote (che devono essere allineate al lato interno dell'alloggiamento), distanza tra la ruota e la porta scorrevole 2 – 3 mm.

7. Montaggio delle saracinesche
7.1. Posizionamento del cassonetto

Per prima cosa montare la spalla, il telaio base, il ripiano centrale, il
ripiano superiore con finestra e le diagonali di tenuta.

Posizionare il cassonetto completo sul pannello di testa:

8. Smontaggio
▶
Liberare l’armadio per utensili da tutti gli oggetti sopra di esso e pulirlo.
▶
Per lo smontaggio dell’armadio per utensili, seguire la procedura inversa
a quella di montaggio.
9. Riparazione
▶
Verificare con regolarità che tutti i componenti e i serraggi dell’armadio
per utensili siano stabili, integri e perfettamente funzionanti.
▶
In caso di danni all’armadio per utensili, ai componenti e agli accessori,
nonché nel caso in cui la sicurezza sia compromessa:
Bloccare l’armadio per utensili e assicurarlo contro l’utilizzo.
Far subito riparare i danni riscontrati.
Far sostituire immediatamente i componenti e gli accessori danneggiati.
10. Pulizia e manutenzione
▶
Non utilizzare prodotti abrasivi per la pulizia delle superfici.
▶
Pulire e oliare serrature, ruote, ecc. con olio multifunzione.
▶
Pulire i fianchi e le parti anteriori in metallo, i cassetti e i piedini con
detergente per verniciatura.
11. Smaltimento
▶
Smaltire l’armadio per utensili e tutti gli accessori secondo le norme
vigenti a livello locale.
