Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
Die Steckdosenleiste dient dazu, mehrere Geräte an einer einzigen Steckdose betreiben zu können.
Weiterhin ist ein Überspannungsschutz eingebaut.
Als Besonderheit ist eine Master-/Slave-Funktion integriert. Wird der an der Master-Steckdose angeschlossene Verbraucher eingeschaltet, dann werden die Slave-Steckdosen automatisch ebenfalls
eingeschaltet. Die Schaltschwelle der Master-Steckdose ist von 8 - 80 W einstellbar.
Eine andere Verwendung als zuvor beschrieben, führt zur Beschädigung dieses Produktes, darüber
hinaus ist dies mit Gefahren, wie z.B. Kurzschluss, Brand, elektrischer Schlag etc., verbunden. Das
gesamte Produkt darf nicht geändert bzw. umgebaut werden!
Dieses Produkt erfüllt die gesetzlichen, nationalen und europäischen Anforderungen.
Die Sicherheits- und Bedienhinweise dieser Bedienungsanleitung sind unbedingt zu beachten.
Sie dienen nicht nur dem Schutz des Geräts, sondern besonders dem Schutz Ihrer Gesundheit.

Aus Sicherheits- und Zulassungsgründen (CE) ist das eigenmächtige Umbauen und/
oder Verändern des Produkts nicht gestattet.
Das Produkt darf nur an einer Netzspannung von 230V~/50Hz des öffentlichen
Versorgungsnetzes betrieben werden, der Schutzleiter muss angeschlossen sein.
Das Produkt ist kein Spielzeug, es gehört nicht in Kinderhände. Lassen Sie deshalb
in Anwesenheit von Kindern besondere Vorsicht walten.
Das Produkt ist nur für trockene Innenräume geeignet, es darf nicht feucht oder nass
werden, andernfalls besteht die Gefahr eines lebensgefährlichen elektrischen Schlages!
Betreiben Sie das Produkt niemals im Außenbereich oder in Feuchträumen, fassen
Sie es niemals mit feuchten oder nassen Händen an!
Verlegen Sie das Kabel so, dass niemand darüber stolpern kann. Treten Sie nicht auf
das Anschlusskabel. Verlegen Sie das Kabel so, dass es nicht durch scharfe Kanten
beschädigt wird. Knicken Sie das Kabel nicht.
Wenn Sie die Steckdosenleiste verwenden, so wickeln Sie das Anschlusskabel
vollständig ab.
Überlasten Sie die Steckdosenleiste nicht, beachten Sie die max. Gesamt-
Anschlussleistung (3680W, 230V~/50Hz, ohmsche Last). An der Master-Steckdose
darf nur ein einziger Verbraucher angeschlossen werden; dessen Leistungsaufnahme
muss mindestens 8W betragen, sie darf jedoch 550W nicht überschreiten. Andernfalls
funktioniert die Master-/Slave-Schaltung nicht!
Kaskadieren Sie Steckdosenleisten nicht. Verbinden Sie den Netzstecker der
Steckdosenleiste mit einer Wandsteckdose, schließen Sie Geräte/Verbraucher direkt
an die Steckdosen der Master-/Slave-Steckdosenleiste an.
Gehen Sie vorsichtig mit dem Produkt um, durch Stöße, Schläge oder dem Fall aus
bereits geringer Höhe wird es beschädigt.
Falls das Gehäuse des Produkts oder das Kabel beschädigt ist, betreiben Sie das
Produkt nicht mehr! Falls es noch mit der Netzspannung verbunden ist, so berühren
Sie weder die Steckdosenleiste noch angeschlossene Geräte! Schalten Sie zuerst
den Stromkreis, an dem die Steckdosenleiste angeschlossen ist, stromlos (Sicherungsautomat abschalten). Erst dann dürfen die angeschlossenen Geräte und abgesteckt
werden; ziehen Sie dann den Netzstecker der Steckdosenleiste aus der Netzsteckdose.
Bringen Sie das Produkt in eine Fachwerkstatt oder entsorgen Sie es umweltgerecht.
Ziehen Sie niemals einen Netzstecker am Kabel aus der Netzsteckdose. Fassen Sie
den Netzstecker direkt an den seitlichen Griffflächen an und ziehen Sie diesen dann
aus der Netzsteckdose.
Lassen Sie das Verpackungsmaterial nicht achtlos liegen, dieses könnte für Kinder zu
einem gefährlichen Spielzeug werden.

Inbetriebnahme, Einstellung der Schaltschwelle für das Master-Gerät
Wickeln Sie das Anschlusskabel vollständig ab.
Schalten Sie alle Geräte aus.
Stellen Sie die Steckdosenleiste an einer geeigneten Stelle auf (eine Wandbefestigung mittels
Schrauben ist durch die Ösen (B) an der Steckdosenleiste ebenfalls möglich).
Stecken Sie den Netzstecker in eine Wandsteckdose. Die grüne Kontrollleuchte (C) leuchtet auf, die
Schutzfunktion ist aktiv.
Drehen Sie den versenkt angeordneten Einstellregler (A) mit einem geeigneten Schraubendreher
vorsichtig ganz nach links (entgegen dem Uhrzeigersinn). Wenden Sie dabei keine Gewalt an.
Verbinden Sie ein Gerät mit der „MASTER“-Steckdose (E).
Das Gerät muss eine Leistungsaufnahme von mindestens 8W haben, andernfalls kann
die Master-/Slave-Steckdosenleiste keine Ein-/Ausschaltschwelle erkennen.
Eine maximale Leistungsaufnahme von 550W für das an der „MASTER“-Steckdose
angeschlossene Gerät darf nicht überschritten werden!
Drehen Sie den Einstellregler (A) langsam nach rechts (im Uhrzeigersinn). Stoppen Sie, wenn die
blaue Kontrolleuchte (D) aktiviert wird. Dies zeigt an, dass die Slave-Steckdosen eingeschaltet sind.
Drehen Sie den Einstellregler jetzt noch ein kleines Stück weiter nach rechts. Andernfalls
könnten bereits leichte Schwankungen in der Leistungsaufnahme des an der „MASTER“-Steckdose angeschlossenen Geräts die Slave-Steckdosen ausschalten.
Verbinden Sie weitere Geräte mit den Slave-Steckdosen (F).
Schalten Sie die Geräte ein.
Wird nun das Gerät, das an der „MASTER“-Steckdose (E) angeschlossen ist, ausgeschaltet, so
werden automatisch alle anderen 5 Slave-Steckdosen (F) abgeschaltet, die blaue Kontrollleuchte
(D) erlischt.
Beim Einschalten des Geräts an der „MASTER“-Steckdose (E) werden die 5 Slave-Steckdosen (F)
und die daran angeschlossenen Geräte automatisch eingeschaltet, die blaue Kontrolleuchte (D)
leuchtet auf.
Wenn Sie feststellen, dass die Slave-Steckdosen ausgeschaltet werden (blaue
Kontrollleuchte (D) erlischt), obwohl das Gerät an der „MASTER“-Steckdose immer noch
eingeschaltet ist, so drehen Sie den Einstellregler erneut ein kleines Stück nach rechts
im Uhrzeigersinn, um die Schaltschwelle zu verändern.
Wartung & Pflege
Das Produkt ist für Sie wartungsfrei, öffnen/zerlegen Sie es niemals.
Vor einer Reinigung ist die Steckdosenleiste von der Netzspannung zu trennen, entfernen Sie auch alle
an der Steckdosenleiste angeschlossenen Stecker/Kabel.
Reinigen Sie die Außenseite nur mit einem trockenen, sauberen, weichen Tuch. Verwenden Sie auf
keinen Fall aggressive Reinigungsmittel oder chemische Lösungen, da dadurch das Gehäuse angegriffen oder die Funktion beeinträchtigt werden könnte.
Entsorgung
Elektronische Produkte enthalten viele Wertstoffe. Entsorgen Sie deshalb das Produkt
am Ende seiner Lebensdauer gemäß den geltenden gesetzlichen Bestimmungen und
Vorschriften (beispielsweise bei einer kommunalen Sammelstelle abgeben).

Intended Use
The multiple socket outlet allows several devices to be operated from a single mains socket. There is
also an integrated overload circuit breaker.
As a further special feature is the integrated master/slave function. If an end device connected to the
master socket is turned on then the slave sockets will also be automatically turned on. The switching
threshold for the master socket can be adjusted between 8 and 80 W.
Any other use than that described above will lead to damage to the product and may involve other risks,
such as short circuits, fire, electric shocks. No part of the product may be modified or rebuilt!
This product complies with the applicable National and European specifications.
All safety instructions and notes on operation in this manual must be observed. These
instructions not only protect the device but they also serve to protect your health and safety.

Safety Instructions
The warranty/guarantee is rendered void in cases of damage resulting from failure

incorrect handling of the device or failure to observe the safety instructions. In
such cases the warranty/guarantee is rendered void.
The unauthorized conversion and/or modification of the product is inadmissible for
safety and approval reasons (CE).
The product may only be connected to a public mains network power supply with a
mains voltage of 230V~/50Hz, the fuse/circuit breaker must be connected.
The product is not a toy and should be kept out of the reach of children. Particular care
must therefore be exercised if children are around.
The product is designed for dry indoor rooms only. Do not expose it to dampness or
moisture as otherwise there is a risk of a life-threatening electric shock!
Never operate the product in outside areas or in damp rooms, never touch it with damp
or wet hands!
Install all cables in such a way that nobody may trip over them. Do not step on the
connection cable. Make sure that the cable is not laid in such a manner as it could be
damaged by sharp edges. Never kink the cable.
When you use the multiple socket outlet then completely unravel the connection cable.
Do not overload the multiple socket outlet, observe the maximum total connecting load
(3680 W, 230V~/50Hz, 16A resistive load). Only one device can be connected to the
master socket, the power consumption of the device must be at least 8W, it should not
exceed 550W. Otherwise the integrated master/slave function will not function!
Do not cascade multiple socket outlets. Connect the multiple socket outlet network
plug with a wall socket, attach the devices directly to the sockets on the master/slave
multiple socket outlet.
Handle the product with care. It can be damaged through impact, blows or by being
dropped even from a low height.
If the housing or the cable of the product is damaged, do not use the product any more!
If it is still connected to the mains, do not touch the multiple socket outlet or any of the
connected devices! First switch off the power circuit to which the multiple socket outlet
is connected (i.e. switch off/remove the circuit breaker). Only then may the connected
devices be disconnected, then remove the multiple socket outlet mains plug from the
mains socket.
Bring it to a specialized workshop or dispose of it in an environmentally friendly way.
Do not pull the plug from the mains socket by pulling on the cable. Grip the mains plug
directly on the grip surfaces on the side and pull it out of the socket.
Do not leave the packaging material lying around carelessly, as such materials can
become dangerous toys in the hands of children.

Initial Operation, Setting the Switching Threshold for the Master
Device
Unwind the mains cable completely.
Turn off all devices.
Place the multiple socket outlet in a suitable location (it can be wall-mounted with screws using the
eyelet (B) on the multiple socket outlet is also possible).
Plug the mains plug into a wall mains socket. The green control light (C) is lit, the safety function is
active.
Turn the inset setting control (A) with a suitable screwdriver carefully to the left (anticlockwise). Do
not use any force.
Connect a device to the “MASTER” socket (E).
The device must have a power consumption of at least 8W, otherwise the master/slave
multiple socket outlet cannot recognise a threshold for turning on and off.
A maximum power consumption of 550W must not be exceeded for the device attached
to the “MASTER” socket!
Turn the inset setting control (A) slowly to the right (clockwise). Stop if the blue control light (D) is
activated. This shows that the slave sockets are switched on.
Now turn the setting control a tiny amount more to the right. Otherwise even slight
variations in the power consumption of the devices connected to the “MASTER” socket
could switch the slave sockets off.
Connect further devices to the slave sockets (F).
Turn on the devices.
If the device attached to the “MASTER” socket (E) is switched off, then all other 5 slave sockets (F)
will automatically be switched off, the blue control light (D) is no longer lit.
When the device attached to the “MASTER” socket (E) is switched on, then all other 5 slave sockets
(F) will automatically be switched on, the blue control light (D) is lit.
If you ascertain that the slave sockets have been switched off (blue control light goes out)
although the device on the “MASTER” socket is still switched on then turn the setting
control a little further clockwise to the right to adjust the switching threshold.
Maintenance and Care
The product does not require any maintenance. You should never open it or take it apart.
Before cleaning, remove the multiple socket outlet from the mains power supply, remove all the plugs/
cables attached to the multiple socket outlet.
Clean the outer side with a dry, clean, soft cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaning agents or chemical
solutions which could damage the housing or impair operation.
Disposal
Electronic products contain many raw materials. Therefore you should dispose of the
product at the end of it serviceable life according to the relevant legal provisions and
regulations (e.g. return it to a special recycling facility in your town).
