Before installation of any equipment always check area for routing of wires / cables and if

drilling is required check area where drilling above and below the drilling area.
High speed vehicle turns may cause a motion attachment product to swivel, interfering with the

driver or other equipment.
The Vehicle Base, Upper Pole, Motion Attachment and Dock or Cradle should not be positioned

in the area where the airbag will be deployed if it is activated. DO NOT postion the equipment in
front of an airbag. Equipment positioned in front of an airbag can cause serious injury or death if
and airbag was activated, such as in an accident.
The installer and user of this product(s) are responsible for installing and using Upper Pole,

Motion Attachment and Dock or Cradle assemblies outside the airbag deployment zone. (See

If installation of the equipment requires that the equipment be placed in front of an airbag,

deactivate the airbag in the vehicle so it cannot be activated in and accident. In order to secure
permission for deactivating the airbag in these circumstances, contact the National Highway Traffic

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
Remove the two front seat bolts with a T-50 bit. See Figure 1.1.
Slide the base between the seat mounts and the floor. See Figure 22.
Put the seat bolts back but do not completely tighten them (this would allow some3.
flexibility/movement for completing the installation of the base).
With a hex head bolt and washer provided, through the slot in the top of base, attach 4.
the L-bracket to the base. Again do not completely tighten the bolt. See Figure 3.
Now, allign the holes of the L-bracket with the rectangular holes of the seat mount and 5.
the base pems. Bolt the remaining hardware through these holes and tighten them
completely. See Figure 1 and Figure 3.
Tighten the hex head bolt on the top and finally tighten the seat bolts. 6.
The base is now ready to install the lower pole, upper pole and motion attachments7.

Use the remaining hardware to install a pole to the base.8.
