Vehicle Disassembly:

1. Remove pla stic rivets on either side of stock console.

2. Remove stock console by lifting from back and sides. It is held in by snaps.

3. Remove the rear mounting bolts (10mm socket) (Fig. 1).

4. Remove front e-brake mounting nuts (13mm socket) (Fig 2).

5. Detatch wire harness clip by pressing it down (Fig 3).

Console Installation:

1. Place 3/8" washer over e-brake stud. Install hex standoffs onto front e-brake stud(one per
side). Tighten with 1/2" wrench or socket.

2. Place consol e box into car and secure with M8 bolts and lock washers in the front and M6
bolts, washer and spacers in the rear. The spacer is placed between the vehicle and the console
box to take up the gap.

Additon al Accessories :

The console box provides mounting provisions for a Gamber-Johnson lo wer p ole
(DS-LOWER-5 or similar) for center mounting a computer or display. Instal l the lower pole
using the provided hardware.

The console box provides mounting provisions for a Gamber- Johnson Brother Printer Mount
(7160-0126). Install the printer mount using hardware supplied with the printer mount. Note:
A pole cannot be mounted when using the Brother Printer Mount.

The conosle box provides mounting provisions for a 4.5" Ac cessory Mounting Box
(7110-1000). The box can be mounted in an outer or inner position depending on need. A
knocko ut is provided to run wiring to the Accessory Mounting Box.

The console box provides mounting provisions for two armrests [7110-0999 (Driver Side) &
7110-0998 (Passenger Side)]. Install the armrest with the hardware supplied with the armrest.
