CF19/Harley Police To ur-Pak M ount

Printing Spec: PS-001

These instructions cover installation of 7160-0352 CF19/Harley Police
Tour-Pak Mount.
The Tour-Pak itself should be installed on the motorcycle according to
Harley-Davidson Instructions.
Tools required for installing are a 7/16 Socket and Ratchet or a 7/16 Wrench
and a Phillips Drive Screwdriver

Fig 1 ­Remove the Upper & Lower mounting
plates and Hex standoffs, if installed
inside Tour-Pak.

Leave (5) Rubber Isolator Studs
assembled to bottom of Tour-Pak.

(5) Rubber Isolator Studs

Fig 2 ­Install the 7160-0352 CF19/Harley
Police Tour-Pak Mount over the
Rubber Isolator Studs and secure
with (5) .25-20 Nylok Nuts and
(5) .25 Flat Washers.

The mount will open out
toward the right side of the motorcycle.
