MOTION ATTACHMENT -

TS3 & TS5 QUAD-MOTION w/ (NEW CLEVIS)

The Quad-Motion series of products is designed to provide the user with slide, swivel and tilt control of their
mounted device. The motion attachment allows for 60 rotation of the arm and 60
TS3 motion attachment allows for 3.5 in. of horizontal travel. The TS5 motion attachment allows for 5.0 in. of
horizontal travel.

Tools Needed

• 7/16 Wrench or Socket

Assembly

Remove the (3) 1/4 in. nylon jam nuts from the bottom of the device.1.
Stack the plastic washers and metal washer as shown in Figure 1.2.
Secure the Quad-Motion device using the (3) 1/4 in. nylon jam nuts removed in step 1.3.
Tighten the (3) 1/4 in. nylon jam nuts to allow the desired rotational resistance of the arm.4.
Adjust the torque on the (4) 1/4 in. nylon jam nuts (Figure)2) on the slide to provide the desired sliding5.
resistance.
