WARNING

Installed Colorado/Canyon Base
1. Remove the front in-board seat bolts from both Driver and Passenger seats.
2. Place the 7160-0249 Base on transmission hump and on top of the seat brackets.
3. Line-up the holes in vehicle base with holes in the seat brackets and re-insert the seat bolts.
4. In applications where the 7160-0249 Base is used with the 7160-0114 Passenger Side Base, longer bolts are required to replace the seat bolts, order Hardware Bag 7120-0504 seperately.

•The 7160-0249 Assembly should not be positioned in the area where the airbag may be deployed.
•DO NOT position the equipment in front of an airbag. Equipment positioned in front of an
airbag may cause serious injury or death if an airbag is activated.
If installation of the equipment requires that the equipment be placed in front of an airbag,
the airbag should be deactivated. In order to secure permission for deactivating the airbag you must contact the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration at gain permission to do so. If you have any questions or need assistance, call Gamber-Johnson at 1-800-456-6868.
High speed vehicle turns may cause parts of the assembly to swivel, interfering with the
driver or other equipment.
