The 7160-0210 keyboa rd tray is a universal key b oard mount that can be used to hol d just about an y size
keyboard. The keyboard tray has a hole patt ern that matches the current Panasonic keyboar d th at is used with the
PDR C display. There are strips o f adhesive backed Dual lock lo cated in the ha rdware bag fo r customers that
choose to use the k eyboard tray with keyboards other than Panasonic.

ttaching a Panasonic or TG3 Keyboard to the Keyboard Tray:

Attach th e Panasonic keyboard to the keyboard tray assembly with the (8) M3 x 8MM flat head machine screws
found in ha r dware bag 71 20 -0473.

Attach th e TG3 keyboard to the keyboard tray assembly with the (4) 8-32un c x 3/8 flat head machine screw s
found in ha r dware bag 71 20 -0473.

Attaching a universal Keyboard to the Keyboard Tray:

Attach th e keyb oard to the keyboard tray with the 1" x 10" strips of Dual lock found in hard ware bag 7120-0473.
There are (4) 10" long pieces of dual lock in the hardware bag.

1. If

not preassembled by the factory; attach the pieces of dual lock toget h er to fo r m two pie ces that hav e the

releas e liners on the out side.

2. Without removing the release liners place the pair of dual lock strips on the keyb oard tray and place the
keyboard on top to ma ke sure the Dual lock is lo cated in the correct pl ace for your a pplication.

3. Once th e location of the keyboard has bee n determined , r emove the releas e liner from one side of the dual
lock strips and attach the strips to the keyboard tray.

4. Remove the re maining release lin ers from the top sides of the dual lock strips and attach the keyboard.

Removing the Keyboard Tray from the base:

The k e yboard tray with the keyboard attached ca n be removed fro m the base mount by loosening the thum b
screws located on the bottom side of the base.
