Select from any of these accessories, all especially developed for the Galley®Line. Whether it be buffet, cafeteria, speedline, salad bar, or soup and salad, tailor your system to your own needs. Check accessories desired, but
refer to basic module specification page for accessory number and dimensions when writing specifications or
preparing original purchase order.
? Folding Trayslide*. To be full width x 11" wide, mounted
33" above the floor. To be constructed of 18 ga. stainless steel
and
to feature a three-rib reinforcement for extra strength and
durability. “Drop down” stainless steel shelf brackets to be spot
welded to underside of trayslide and bolted to side of basic
module. When in a folded position, the trayslide is not to
extend more than 3
1
/2" outward from side of basic unit. Each
trayslide specified to include alignment brackets for leveling in
serving line-up.
Available on all units except Tray/Silverware Module.
*Trayslides
for Corner In-Fill Modules are “lift-off” style.
Note:
A short trayslide must be used on the first module to the
right of the Corner In-Fill Module for inside turns. Specify by
width and catalog number.
? Cutting Board. To be full
width x 8" wide plastic “selfsealing” sanitary cutting
board. To be removable for
ease of cleaning plastic surfaces. Mounted with folding
supports, permitting shelf to
be folded down when not in
use. To be mounted so top of
surface is flush with Galley
Module table top. Available on
all modules except Cashierʼs
Stations, Corner In-Fills and
Tray/ Silverware Cart. Specify
width and catalog number.

? No. 8725 Low End Shelf. To
be 18 ga. stainless steel, 16"W x
28"D. Adds a place to stack trays
at the beginning of a line. Selfmounting...end of module. Shelf is
15" from the floor. Holds 50 trays.
? No. 8754 End Shelf. To be 18
ga. stainless steel, 16"W x 28"D.
Adds 16" additional working width
to any Galley Module. Self-mounting feature permits easy installation to either male or female
“Matelock” ends of module. Shelf
installs flush with module table top.
? Hot Food Protector. To be full width x 14"H x 9"D. Top shelf
to be one of three neutral colors, dove white, pewter tan or black
pearl. Made of ABS formed plastic material and supported by two
contoured stainless steel uprights. Acrylic “see-thru” breathguard
is easily removed for cleaning. Available on all Hot Food, Cold
Pan, Refrigerated Cold Pan and Utility Table Modules. Optional
with fluorescent lights, heat strips, or heat lamps.
