Connect up the lead from the black power
supply to the actuator. Plug in the silver
control box and use the remote control to
operate the lift.
It will just use OUT, IN and STOP.

Stage 2
Fitting the Screen
Place the insert into the mechanism.
Put the mechanism in the box but don't secure at
this stage.
The screen can be secured in place. Rest it carefully on the
upper arm and bolt in plate. Use spacers if the screen has
recesses in the back.

Stage 3
Fitting Lid and Switches
The lid can be fitted using screws and washers
through the 10 holes in the Lid Mounts.
See the technical sheet showing the cabinet
dimensions, to determine the gap above the
screen.
The four safety switches can be screwed to
the side of the box. They line up with the cut
outs in the Top Panel. Set up so that the safety
edge can move down 3 to 5mm and operate
the switches. When plugged into the control
box they will stop the mechanism.

Stage 4
Setting Up
When you take the machanism down for the first
time with the lid on, be prepared to press
if it goes down to far. It should ideally stop short
of hitting the safety edge by about 2mm.
Adjusting the length of the strut bar will adjust how
horizontal the lid will be in the down position. Adjust
this first.
To change the height of the lid in relationship to the
box, adjust the two link bars equally, or lift the
mechanism up on shims. In the down position line
up the lid with the box by moving the mechanism.
Then fix in place.
