BELANGRIJK!
Lees de gebruiksaanwijzing zorgvuldig voordat u het apparaat gaat gebruiken.
Bewaar deze goed om indien nodig te raadplegen.
1. Houdt het apparaat buiten het bereik van kinderen, zowel als het aan- of
uitgeschakeld is.
2. Dit apparaat is een kwalitatief precisie-instrument waarmee u voorzichtig dient
om te gaan.
3. Let op trillingen en schokken.
4. Berg het toestel steeds na gebruik op in de transportkoer.
5. Let op dat de koer en het toestel droog zijn, zoniet kunnen deze condensatie in
het apparaat veroorzaken.
6. Zorg voor zuivere vensters en reinig deze enkel met een zachte doek en glasreiniger.
7. Bij het transporteren, dient u steeds het toestel volledig uit te schakelen.
8. Controleer regelmatig de nauwkeurigheid van het toestel, zeker bij aanvang van
belangrijke uitpaswerkzaamheden. De juistheid van uw werk valt volledig onder
uw verantwoordelijkheid.
9. Gebruik geen optische materialen om naar de laserstraal te kijken, zoals een
vergrootglas en let op voor spiegelende objecten om oogletsels te voorkomen.
10. Plaats de laser zo zodat niemand opzettelijk of onopzettelijk in de laserstraal
kan kijken.
11. Demonteer in geen geval dit apparaat, dit kan leiden tot blootstelling aan sterke
laserstraling.
12. Gebruik het toestel alleen voor het projecteren van laserlijnen.
13. Gebruik de toestellen niet bij extreem natte weersomstandigheden of bij
ontvlambare stoen.
14. Technische veranderingen of wijzigingen aan de apparaten kunnen zonder
voorafgaande kennisgeving aangebracht worden.
15. In geen enkel geval kan de aansprakelijkheid van de fabrikant de waarde van de
reparatie of vervangingskosten van het apparaat overschrijden.
16. Respecteer het milieu en gooi het apparaat, accu’s of batterijen NIET bij het huisvuil,
maar geef deze af bij een recyclagecentrum.

Eerste ingebruikname
• Verwijder eventuele beschermfolies.
• Laad de accu’s in de batterijlader op. Wanneer het laadtoestel is aangesloten op het
net, lichten de controlelampjes op. Deze gaan uit wanneer de accu’s geladen zijn.
• Open het batterijvak en plaats de batterijen zoals de polarisatie aangeeft.
• Let op: gebruik steeds oplaadbare batterijen in het laadtoestel.
• Open het batterijvak en plaats de accu’s zoals de polarisatie aangeeft.
• Schakel vervolgens het toestel aan, de power indicator brandt continu, wanneer
de accu’s bijna leeg zijn gaat de power indicator knipperen.
• Let op: dat het apparaat niet te schuin staat (binnen de 4°). Staat het toestel buiten
deze 4° gaan de lasers automatisch uit, of knipperen deze.
• Gebruik de verstelbare pootjes (5) of plaats het statief zo zodat de
nivelleringsindicator binnen een 10-tal seconden continu brandt en de laserlijnen niet
meer knipperen.

Horizontale uitlijning
• Zodra het toestel zich binnen zijn nivelleringsbereik bevindt, staat de horizontale lijn
automatisch waterpas.
• De horizontale lijn kan u aan of uitschakelen d.m.v. de toets “H”.
• Het is raadzaam om de horizontale lijn, indien mogelijk, op uw werk hoogte te
plaatsen. Dit verhoogt de kwaliteit van uw werk.
• Let op: kruis- en lijnlasers kunnen enkel op in hoogte verstelbare statieven gebruikt
worden, zoals spindel- en telescoopstatieven.
• Voordat u het toestel op een statief plaatst, dient u de statiefadaptor op het apparaat
te monteren, kies enkel statieven met een schroefdraad van 5/8”.
• Belangrijk: de keuze van het statief bepaalt in grote mate de
gebruiksvriendelijkheid van het apparaat.
• Indien de werkplaats een hoge lichtintensiteit heeft, bv. bij buitenwerkzaamheden,
kan het noodzakelijk zijn de laserontvanger te gebruiken.
Verticale uitlijning
• Zodra het toestel zich binnen zijn nivelleringsbereik bevindt, kan u d.m.v. toets “V”
de verticale laserlijnen inschakelen. Deze staan 90° haaks t.o.v. elkaar.
• De laserlijnen staan dankzij de automatische nivellering in het lood en haaks t.o.v.
de horizontale laserlijn.
• Voor de positionering van de verticale lijn kan u gebruik maken van de draaibare
behuizing en van de jninstelling.
• De jninstelling maakt het zelfs mogelijk om op grotere afstanden zeer precies en
snel de laserstraal op uw markering te plaatsen.
• Dankzij de krachtige laserdiode en de stompe hoekprojectie is de laserstraal tot
achter het apparaat zichtbaar en ontstaat op het plafond een laserkruis. Hoe lager
het toestel geplaatst wordt en hoe dichter tegen de wand, des te langer is de laserstraal. Bv bij het plaatsen van wanden.
• Indien de werkplaats een hoge lichtintensiteit heeft, bv. bij buitenwerkzaamheden,
kan het noodzakelijk zijn de laserontvanger te gebruiken.

Loodpunt
• Het loodpunt is zichtbaar zodra een verticale laser is ingeschakeld.
• Gebruik het loodpunt als hulp om in bepaalde omstandigheden de verticale
laserstraal eenvoudiger te positioneren of om haakse hoeken uit te tekenen.
• Start door het apparaat met het loodpunt boven uw 1 ste markering te plaatsen,
draai vervolgens de verticale lijn door tot op markering nr. 2, gebruik de
jninstelling om sneller en eenvoudiger bij te stellen.
• Het loodpunt staat in het lood met het verticale laserkruis op het plafond.
Hellingsfunctie
Om de hellingsfunctie te activeren dient men in de eerste plaats het apparaat parallel
met het hellingsvlak te positioneren. Dit doet men door het loodpunt (7) en een laserlijn
te gebruiken.
• Schakel het toestel aan, en laat het nivelleren.
• Om de hellingsfunctie in te schakelen drukt men een aantal seconden op de aan/uit
schakelaar totdat de middelste LED rood oplicht.

• LET OP: Enkel de horizontale en de voorste verticale laserlijnen zijn zichtbaar.
• LET OP: Indien u gebruik wenst te maken van de laserontvanger, dient u deze
functie eerst te activeren via de outdoor knop, vooraleer de hellingsfunctie in te
schakelen.
• LET OP: Indien u een hoek van 90° wenst uit te zetten, dan doet u dit best vooraleer
u de hellingsfunctie activeert.

• Zodra de hellingsfunctie geactiveerd is, branden er zowel bij knop “H” als knop “V”
2 groene LED’S. Deze LED’S duiden de eerste as-richting aan. (X-as)
• Om de helling van de laserstraal aan te passen dient men op toets “H” of “V” te
blijven drukken. Dit blijft u doen tot de gewenste helling verkregen wordt.

• Om de as-richting te veranderen drukt men kort op de “outdoor” toets.
Merk op dat de groene LED bij “H” verspringt naar “outdoor”.

• De LED’S bij “V” en “outdoor” duiden nu de volgende as-richting aan. (Y-as)
• Om de helling van de laserstraal aan te passen dient men op toets “V” of “outdoor”
te blijven drukken. Dit blijft u doen tot de gewenste helling verkregen wordt.

Veiligheidsvoorschriften
ALGEMEEN
Beschrijving
Deze aanwijzingen dienen om exploitanten en gebruikers van het instrument in staat
te stellen om tijdig op eventuele gebruiksgevaren in te spelen en indien mogelijk te
vermijden. De exploitant moet er op toezien, dat alle gebruikers deze aanwijzingen
begrijpen en opvolgen.
Onjuist Gebruik
• Gebruik van het instrument zonder de noodzakelijke instructie;
• Toepassing buiten de gebruiksgrenzen;
• Het uitschakelen van veiligheidsvoorzieningen;
• Het verwijderen van aanwijzings- en waarschuwingsstickers;
• Openen van het instrument met gereedschap (schroevendraaier, enz.), tenzij dit
nadrukkelijk is toegestaan voor bepaalde functies;
• Modicatie of aanpassing van het instrument;
• Gebruik na ontvreemding;
• Gebruik van instrumenten met duidelijk zichtbare schade of defecten;
• Gebruik van accessoires van andere fabrikanten zonder de nadrukkelijke
voorafgaande toestemming van FUTECH;
• Onvoldoende veiligheidsmaatregelen op de meetlocatie, bijvoorbeeld bij
metingen op of langs wegen.
• Andere personen met opzet verblinden;
• Het besturen van machines, bewegende objecten en dergelijke monitoring
toepassen zonder aanvullende controle- en veiligheidsvoorzieningen.
WAARSCHUWING
Bij ondeskundig gebruik bestaat gevaar voor letsel, het niet functioneren of het
ontstaan van materiële schade. Het is de taak van de exploitant om de gebruiker te
informeren over gevaren en hoe deze te vermijden.
Het instrument mag pas in gebruik worden genomen, nadat de gebruiker de
betreende instructies heeft ontvangen.

BEPERKINGEN IN HET GEBRUIK
Omgeving
Geschikt voor gebruik in atmosferen bestemd voor permanente menselijke bewoning;
niet geschikt voor gebruik in een corrosiegevoelige of explosieve omgeving.
GEVAAR
Alvorens te gaan werken in een gevaarlijke explosieve omgeving, of vlak
bij elektrische installaties of dergelijke situaties, moet de exploitant de plaatselijke
veiligheidsautoriteiten en experts raadplegen.
VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN
Fabrikant van het instrument
Laseto N.V.: Ondernemersstraat 4 - 2500 Lier - BELGIUM hierna genoemd FUTECH,
is verantwoordelijk voor de veiligheidstechnische en onberispelijke levering van het
instrument, inclusief gebruiksaanwijzing en originele accessoires.
Fabrikanten van niet-FUTECH accessoires
Fabrikanten van niet-Futech accessoires voor het instrument zijn verantwoordelijk voor
het ontwikkelen, invoeren en communiceren van veiligheidsconcepten voor hun
producten en voor het functioneren daarvan in combinatie met het FUTECH instrument.
Exploitant van het instrument
De beheerder van het instrument heeft de volgende verplichtingen:
• Hij begrijpt de veiligheidsinformatie op het instrument en de instructies in de
gebruiksaanwijzing;
• Hij is bekend met de plaatselijke voorschriften met betrekking tot veiligheid en
preventie van ongelukken;
• Hij stelt FUTECH er onmiddellijk van op de hoogte, zodra veiligheidsgebreken
aan de uitrusting optreden.

WAARSCHUWING
De exploitant is er verantwoordelijk voor, dat het instrument conform de voorschriften
wordt gebruikt. Deze persoon moet tevens zorgen voor een goede training en inzet van
het personeel, dat het instrument gebruikt en voor de veilige toepassing van de
apparatuur.

GEBRUIKSRISICO'S
WAARSCHUWING
Ontbrekende of onvolledige instructie kan leiden tot een onjuiste bediening of
ondeskundig gebruik. Daarbij kunnen zich ongelukken voordoen met ernstig
lichamelijk letsel, aanzienlijke materiële en nanciële schade en schade aan het milieu.
Voorzorgsmaatregelen:
Alle gebruikers dienen de veiligheidsaanwijzingen van de fabrikant en de instructies
van de beheerder op te volgen.
VOORZICHTIG
Pas op voor foutieve meetresultaten nadat een instrument is gevallen, misbruikt,
gemodiceerd, opgeslagen is geweest gedurende een langere periode of
getransporteerd.
WAARSCHUWING
Als het instrument wordt gebruikt met accessoires, bv.: masten, baken,
meetstokken, kan het risico van blikseminslag worden vergroot.
Voorzorgsmaatregelen:
Gebruik het instrument niet tijdens onweer.
WAARSCHUWING
Onvoldoende beveiliging van de werklocatie kan leiden tot gevaarlijke situaties,
bijvoorbeeld in het verkeer, op bouwlocaties en op industriële installaties.
Voorzorgsmaatregelen:
Zorg er altijd voor, dat de werklocatie voldoende veilig is. Volg de voorschriften
betreende veiligheid en ter voorkoming van ongelukken en voor wegverkeer strikt
op.
VOORZICHTIG
Als de met het instrument gebruikte accessoires onvoldoende worden vastgezet en
het instrument bloot wordt gesteld aan mechanische schokken, bijvoorbeeld stoten
of vallen, dan kan het instrument beschadigd raken of kunnen mensen worden
verwond.

Voorzorgsmaatregelen:
Zorg er bij het opstellen van het instrument voor, dat accessoires correct
worden bevestigd, aangesloten en voldoende gexeerd zijn. Vermijd het blootstellen
van het instrument aan mechanische belasting.
VOORZICHTIG
Tijdens vervoer, verschepen of verwijderen van accu's bestaat de mogelijkheid dat
onvoorziene mechanische invloeden brandgevaar veroorzaken.
Voorzorgsmaatregelen:
Voor verscheping of vernietiging van het instrument, de accu's eerst ontladen door
het instrument aan te laten staan tot de accu's leeg zijn. Als accu's worden verscheept
of vervoerd, moet de exploitant van het instrument er voor zorgen, dat aan de van
toepassing zijnde nationale en internationale regels en voorschriften wordt voldaan.
Neem vooraf contact op met uw plaatselijke agent of vrachtvervoersbedrijf.
WAARSCHUWING
Hoge mechanische belasting, hoge omgevingstemperaturen of onderdompeling in
vloeistoen kan lekkage, brand of explosie van de accu's veroorzaken.
Voorzorgsmaatregelen:
Bescherm accu's tegen mechanische invloeden en hoge omgevingstemperaturen. Laat
accu's niet in vloeistoen vallen of dompel ze daarin onder.
WAARSCHUWING
Kortsluiten van accupolen kan oververhitting, brand of verwondingen veroorzaken,
bijvoorbeeld tijdens bewaren of vervoer in (jas)zakken kunnen de accupolen in contact
komen met sieraden, sleutels, gemetalliseerd papier of andere metalen voorwerpen.
Voorzorgsmaatregelen:
Zorg er voor, dat accupolen niet in contact komen met metalen voorwerpen.

VOORZICHTIG
Tijdens de werking van het instrument bestaat het gevaar voor beknellen van vingers
door bewegende delen.
Voorzorgsmaatregelen:
Houd een veilige afstand aan naar bewegende delen.

WAARSCHUWING
Bij het ondeskundig vernietigen van het product kan het volgende zich voordoen.
• Verbranden van polymere onderdelen kan giftige gassen produceren, die de
gezondheid kunnen schaden.
• Als batterijen of accu's beschadigd raken of sterk worden verwarmd, dan kunnen zij
exploderen en vergiftiging, brand, corrosie of milieuvervuiling veroorzaken.
• Verwijdering van het instrument op een onverantwoorde wijze kan er voor zorgen,
dat onbevoegden door incorrect gebruik de wet overtreden.
Hierdoor kunnen zij zichzelf en derden blootstellen aan ernstige verwondingen en het
milieu vervuilen;
Voorzorgsmaatregelen:
Het product mag niet samen met het huisvuil worden weggegooid.
Het verwijderen van het instrument moet in overeenstemming zijn
met de geldende regels in uw land. Bescherm het product te allen
tijde tegen het gebruik door onbevoegden.
LASERCLASSIFICATIE
Algemeen
De onderstaande richtlijnen (in overeenstemming met de geldende internationale
normen IEC 60825-1(2007- 03) en IEC TR 60825-14 (2004-02)) bieden instructie en
trainingsinformatie voor de exploitant van het instrument en de persoon die de
apparatuur werkelijk gebruikt, ten einde op werkrisico's te anticiperen en deze te
vermijden.
De beheerder moet er op toezien, dat alle gebruikers deze aanwijzingen begrijpen en
opvolgen. Instrumenten geclassiceerd als laser Klasse 1, Klasse 2 en Klasse 3R
vereisen geen:
• betrokkenheid van een laserveiligheidspersoon,
• beschermende kleding en veiligheidsbril,
• speciale waarschuwingsborden binnen het werkgebied van de laser, indien
gebruikt en bediend zoals beschreven in deze gebruiksaanwijzing vanwege het
lage risiconiveau voor oogletsel. Instrumenten geclassiceerd als laser Klasse 2 of
klasse 3R kunnen verblinding, itsblindheid en nabeelden veroorzaken, vooral
indien gebruikt bij weinig omgevingslicht.

Horizontale nivellering controleren
1. Kies een kamer die ±10m lengte heeft.
2. Plaats het toestel bij wand nr. 1.
3. Schakel het apparaat aan en laat het nivelleren.
4. Markeer de horizontale lijn in het midden van het kruis op wand nr. 1.
5. Draai het toestel 180° en markeer de laserstraal in het midden van het laserkruis
op wand nr. 2.
6. Verplaats het apparaat zo dicht mogelijk bij wand nr. 2.
7. Stel de laser op hoogte in, zodat het midden van het laserkruis op de markering
van wand nr. 2 staat.
8. Draai het toestel vervolgens 180° en controleer het verschil tussen het midden
van het laserkruis en de markering op wand nr. 1.
9. Dit verschil mag niet groter zijn dan 2 mm.
10. LET OP: de tolerantie is afhankelijk van de afstand van de muren waartussen u
de controle heeft uitgevoerd. Deze afstand dient u te vermenigvuldigen met 2.
Dus indien uw apparaat een nauwkeurigheid heeft van 2mm / 10m, dan is de
berekening in ons voorbeeld 10m afstand X 2 = 20m. De tolerantie is 4mm / 20m.

Horizontale laserlijn controleren
1. Plaats het apparaat op ongeveer 5m van een wand.
2. Schakel het apparaat aan en laat het nivelleren.
3. Markeer het midden van het laserkruis.
4. Draai de horizontale laserlijn 2,5m door naar links of naar rechts.
5. Controleer de tolerantie tussen de markering en de positie van de laserlijn.
6. In ons voorbeeld dient deze 1mm te zijn.
Verticale laserlijn controleren
1. Plaats het apparaat op ongeveer 5m van een wand.
2. Hang tegen de wand een schietlood met een lengte van 2m.
3. Schakel het apparaat aan en laat het nivelleren.
4. Plaats de verticale laserlijn op de schietloodlijn.
5. In ons voorbeeld dient de tolerantie 1mm te zijn.
LET OP: indien uw toestel de vereiste tolerantie niet haalt, dient u het apparaat
naar uw servicepunt of dealer terug te sturen voor onderhoud.
Reparaties uitgevoerd door niet geautoriseerde personen doen de garantie
automatisch vervallen.

FUTECH Multicross 8 High Precision Super Vision
Laser à réseau professionnel extrêmement précis avec rayons lasers ultravisibles grâce à
des diodes lasers superpuissantes. Nivellement automatique au moyen de moteurs de

IMPORTANT!

1. Gardez l’appareil hors de portée des enfants, qu’il soit allumé ou éteint.
2. Cet appareil est un instrument de précision de qualité que vous devez manipuler
avec soin.
3. Faites attention aux vibrations et aux chocs.
4. Après l’avoir utilisé, rangez toujours l’appareil dans son coret de transport.
5. Veillez à ce que le core et l’appareil soient au sec, sans quoi, de la condensation
pourrait apparaître dans l’appareil.
6. Veillez à ce que les fenêtres soient propres et ne les nettoyez qu’avec un chion
doux et du nettoyant pour vitres.
7. Lors du transport, vous devez toujours éteigner l’appareil pour le
transport.
8. Contrôlez régulièrement la précision de l’appareil, surtout lorsque vous débutez
d’importants travaux d’équerrage. La justesse de votre travail tombe entièrement
sous votre responsabilité.
9. N’utilisez aucun matériel optique pour regarder le rayon laser, comme par ex. une
loupe, et veillez à éliminer tous les objets rééchissants pour éviter des lésions
oculaires.
10. Placez le laser de manière à ce que personne ne puisse regarder dans le rayon laser
(expressément ou pas).
11. Ne démontez en aucun cas cet appareil, car vous pouvez vous exposer à des puis-
sants rayonnements laser.
12. N’utilisez l’appareil que pour la projection de lignes laser.
13. N’utilisez pas les appareils lorsqu’il pleut ou à proximité de produits inammables.
14. Des modications ou changements techniques apportées à l’appareil peuvent être
eectuées sans notication préalable.
15. La responsabilité du fabricant ne dépassera en aucun cas la valeur des coûts de
réparation ou de remplacement de l’appareil.
16. Respectez l’environnement et ne jetez PAS l’appareil, les batteries ou les piles dans
les ordures ménagères. Apportez-les dans un centre de recyclage.

Première mise en marche
• Ôtez les eventuels lms de protection.
• Chargez les batteries dans le chargeur. Lorsque le chargeur est branche au
reseau, les voyants de controle s’allument. Ceux-ci s’eteignent une fois que les
batteries sont chargees.
• Attention : utilisez toujours des piles rechargeables dans le chargeur.
• Ouvrez le compartiment a piles et introduisez-y les piles rechargeables en tenant
compte de la polarisation indiquee.
• Allumez ensuite l’appareil; le voyant d’alimentation reste allume en continu et
lorsque les batteries sont presque plates, le voyant d’alimentation va se mettre a
clignoter.
• Veillez à ce que l’appareil ne soit pas trop incline (dans les 3°). Si l’inclinaison de
l’appareil depasse ces 3°, les lasers s’eteignent automatiquement
(ou ils clignotent).
• Utilisez les pieds reglables (5) ou placez le statif de maniere a ce que l’indicateur
de niveau reste allume en continu durant une dizaine de secondes et que les
rayons laser ne clignotent plus.
Alignement horizontal
• Dès que l’appareil se trouve dans sa portée de nivellement, la ligne horizontale
est automatiquement à niveau horizontal.
• Vous pouvez activer ou désactiver la ligne horizontale au moyen de la touche “H”.
• Si cela est possible, il est conseillé de placer la ligne horizontale à votre hauteur
de travail. Cela augmente la qualité de votre travail.
Attention : les lasers lignes et croix ne peuvent être utilisés que sur des trépieds
réglables en hauteur, comme des trépieds à bobine ou des trépieds
télescopiques.
• Utilisez le boîtier pivotant (4) pour positionner la ligne horizontale.
• En cas de grande intensité lumineuse sur lieu de travail, p.ex. lors de travaux à
l’extérieur, il peut être nécessaire d’utiliser le récepteur laser.

Alignement vertical
• Dès que l’appareil se trouve dans sa portée de nivellement, vous pouvez activer les
lignes laser verticales au moyen de la touche “V”. Celles-ci forment un angle droit
(90°) entre elles.
• Grâce au nivellement automatique, les lignes laser sont parfaitement verticales et à
plomb sur la ligne laser horizontale.
• Pour le positionnement de la ligne verticale, vous pouvez utiliser le boîtier pivotant
(4) et le réglage n (5).
• Le réglage n (5) permet même de placer avec grande précision et rapidement le
rayon laser sur votre marquage à grande distance.
• Grâce à la puissante diode laser et la projection en angle obtus, le rayon laser est
visible jusque derrière l’appareil et une croix laser apparaît au plafond. Plus l’appareil
est placé bas et plus il est placé près du mur, plus le rayon laser est long. P. ex. lors du
placement du mur.
• En cas de grande intensité lumineuse sur lieu de travail, p. ex. lors de travaux à
l’extérieur, il peut être nécessaire d’utiliser le récepteur laser.
Faisceau d’aplomb
• Le faisceau d’aplomb (8) est visible dès qu’un laser vertical est activé.
• Utilisez le faisceau d’aplomb (8) pour vous aider, dans certaines situations,
à positionner avec plus de facilité le rayon laser vertical ou à dessiner des aingles
droits.
• P. ex. lorsqu’une ligne parallèle doit être projetée sur le mur ou sur le plafond.
Commencer à placer l’appareil avec son faisceau d’aplomb à votre premier marque.
Tournez ensuite la ligne verticale jusqu’au marquage n°2. Utilisez le réglage n (5)
pour tout faire correspondre plus rapidement et plus facilement.
• Le faisceau d’aplomb (8) est à plomp sur la croix laser verticale au plafond. Idéal
pour l’équerrage de points d’éclairage ou pour dessiner des murs.

La fonction d’inclinaison.
Pour activer la fonction d’inclinaison il faut d’abord placer l’appareil parallèle avec le
plan incliné.cela se fait en utilisant la mine de plomb (7) et une ligne laser.
• Après avoir positionné l’appareil correctement, on l’allume et on le laisse niveler.
• Pour mettre en marche la fonction d’inclinaison il faut appuyer quelques
secondes sur le bouton marche/arrêt jusqu’au moment où le LED devient rouge.

• Méez-vous: Toutes les lignes laser horizontales et seulement les lignes laser
verticales de l’avant sont visible.
• Méez- vous: Si vous souhaitez utiliser le récepteur laser il faut d’abord activer
cette fonction avant d’activer la fonction de pente.
• Méez-vous: Si vous voulez faire un angle de 90° c’est mieux de le faire avant
d’activer la fonction d’inclinaison.
• Dès que la fonction d’inclinaison est activé , il y a encore deux LED vert allumée.
Un chez le “H “et un chez le “V”. Ces deux leds vous indiquent la première direction
de l’axe. (axe X)
• Pour adapter la pente du ligne laser vous devez appuyer sur la touche “H” ou “V”.
Vous continuez à faire ceci jusqu’à la pente désirée est obtenue.

ATTENTION
Lors du transport, de l'expédition ou de l'élimination des batteries, il y a un risque
d'incendie dû aux inuences mécaniques non compatibles.

Avant d'expédier le produit, décharger les batteries en laissant le produit sous tension
jusqu'à ce que les batteries soient à plat. Pour l'expédition ou le transport des batteries,
le responsable du produit doit s'assurer que les réglementations nationale et
internationale en vigueur sont appliquées. Avant le transport ou l'expédition,
contacter la société chargée du transport.
AVERTISSEMENT
Des contraintes mécaniques fortes, des températures ambiantes élevées ou une
immersion dans des liquides peuvent entraîner des fuites, incendies ou explosions
des batteries. Protéger les batteries des chocs et des températures ambiantes trop
élevées. Ne pas laisser tomber les batteries et ne pas les plonger dans des liquides.
AVERTISSEMENT
S'assurer que les bornes des piles n'entrent pas en contact avec des objets métalliques.
ATTENTION
Pendant le fonctionnement du produit, on peut se coincer les doigts avec les pièces
mobiles.

CONTRÔLER LA PRÉCISION
Contrôler le nivellement horizontal
1. Choisissez une pièce qui fait ± 10 m de longueur.
2. Placez l’appareil à côté du mur n° 1.
3. Activez l’appareil et laissez-le se niveler.
4. Marquez la ligne horizontale au milieu de la croix sur le mur n° 1.
5. Tournez l’appareil de 180° et marquez le rayon laser au milieu de la croix sur
le mur n° 2.
6. Déplacez l’appareil le plus près possible du mur n° 2.
7. Réglez le laser en hauteur, an que le milieu de la croix laser se trouve sur le
marquage du mur n° 2.
8. Tournez ensuite l’appareil de 180° et contrôlez la diérence entre le milieu de la
croix laser et le marquage sur le mur n° 1.
9. Cette diérence ne peut pas dépasser 2 mm.
10. ATTENTION : la tolérance dépend de la distance des murs entre lesquels vous
avez eectué le contrôle. Vous devez multiplier cette distance par 2. Donc, si
votre appareil a une précision de 2 mm / 10 m, le calcul dans notre exemple est
donc : 10 m de distance x 2 = 20 m. La tolérance est de 4 mm / 20 m.

Contrôler la ligne laser horizontale
• Placez l’appareil à environ 5 m d’un mur.
• Activez l’appareil et laissez-le se niveler.
• Marquez le milieu de la croix laser.
• Tournez la ligne laser horizontale de 2,5 m vers la gauche ou vers la droite.
• Contrôlez la tolérance entre le marquage et la position de la ligne laser.
• Dans notre exemple, celle-ci doit être de 2 mm.
Contrôler la ligne laser verticale
1. Placez l’appareil à environ 5 m d’un mur.
2. Placez un l à plomb de 2 m de longueur contre le mur.
3. Activez l’appareil et laissez-le se niveler.
4. Placez la ligne laser verticale sur le l à plomb.
5. Dans notre exemple, la tolérance doit être de 1,5 mm.
ATTENTION : si votre appareil n’atteint pas la tolérance requise, vous devez le
renvoyer à votre point service ou à votre revendeur pour un entretien. Les
réparations eectuées par des personnes non autorisées annulent
automatiquement la garantie.

9. Locate the laser in such a way that it is not possible for any person to look at the
laser beam (intentionally or otherwise).
10. Under no circumstances take the instrument apart, since this may expose you to
powerful laser radiation.
11. The laser is only to be used for the projection of laser lines.
12. Do not use the instrument in rain or near ammable materials.
13. Technical modication or alterations to the instrument may be carried out
without prior notice.
14. The manufacturer's responsibility shall in no case exceed the value of the costs of
repair or replacement of the instrument.
15. Respect the environment and do NOT discard the instrument or batteries in
household waste. Take them to a recycling centre.

First steps
• Remove any protective plastic lm where applied.
• Charge the rechargeable batteries using the battery charger.
• The indicator lights come on when the charger is connected to the mains supply.
These go out when the batteries have been charged.
• NB: always use rechargeable batteries in the charger.
• Open the battery compartment and insert the batteries observing the polarity
indicated.
• Then switch on the instrument; the power indicator remains continuously lit. If
the batteries are nearly exhausted, the power indicator will ash.
• Take care not to place the instrument at too great an angle (less than 4°). If the
slope of the instrument should exceed 4°, the lasers will ash automatically or will
go out.
• Use the adjustable feet or place the support such that the level indicatoris
continuously lit for 10 seconds, and the laser beams no longer ash.
• NB: this instrument may also be used with a mains adaptor to operate directly
from mains power.
• Make sure that the mains cable does not lie in the road (damage caused by a fall).
Horizontal alignment
• Once the instrument is within its levelling range, then the laser lines are
automatically level.
• The horizontal lines may be turned on or o using button “H”.
• If possible, it is recommended that the horizontal line should be placed at
working height. This will improve the quality of your work.
• NB: cross and line lasers can only be used on supports of adjustable height, such
as telescopic and rod supports.
• Before placing the instrument on a support, the support adaptor should be
mounted on the instrument. Only use supports with a 5/8 screw thread.
• Important: to a large extent, choice of support will determine how easy the
instrument is to use.
• • If the workplace is very brightly lit, when working out of doors for example, it
may be necessary to use the laser receiver.

Vertical alignment
• Once the instrument is within its levelling range, the vertical laser lines may be
turned on using button “V”. These are mutually at 90°.
• Owing to the automatic levelling, the laser lines are correctly level and are
perpendicular to the horizontal laser line.
• The rotatable case and ne adjustment may be used for positioning the vertical
line.
• The ne adjustment enables the laser beam to be located quickly and accurately
onto your marker at large distances.
• Owing to the powerful laser diode and projection at an obtuse angle, the laser
beam is visible behind the instrument and a laser cross appears on the ceiling.
The lower the instrument is located, the nearer it is to the wall, and the longer the
laser beam. E.g. for placing of walls.
• If the workplace is very brightly lit, when working out of doors, for example, it
may be necessary to use the laser receiver.
Plumb beam
• The plumb point is visible as soon as a vertical laser is turned on.
• Use the plumb point as an aid in simpler positioning of the vertical laser beam
under certain circumstances or for tracing perpendicular angles.
• For example: if a parallel line needs to be projected onto the wall or onto the
ceiling. Start by placing the instrument with its plumb point above the rst
marker; then rotate the vertical line as far as marker no. 2, using the ne
adjustment for faster and simpler setting.
• The plumb point is level with the laser cross vertical on the ceiling. This position is
ideal for adjustment of squaring points or for tracing out on the walls.

Slope function
To activate the slope function, you must position the device, paralell to the slope plane.
You can do this by using the plumb point (7) and a laserline.
• Turn the unit on, and wait untill it is levelled.
• To activate the slope function, press the on/o switch for a few seconds untill the
middle LED turns red.

• BEWARE: Only the horizontal, and the front vertical laserline are visible.
• BEWARE: If you want to use a laser receiver, activate this function by pressing the
outdoor button rst. You have to do this before setting a slope.
• BEWARE: If you want to set a 90° angle, please do this before activating the slope

• When the slope function (manual mode) is activated, the LED’s next to “H” and “V”
turns green. These LED’S indicate the rst axe. (X-axe)
• To adjust the slope, hold button “H” or “V”. Keep doing this untill the correct slope is

Monitor horizontal levelling
1. Choose a room ±10 m long
2. Place the instrument next to wall no. 1.
3. Switch on the instrument and let it self-level.
4. Mark the horizontal line in the middle of the cross on wall no 1.
5. Turn the instrument through 180° and mark the laser beam in the middle of the
cross on wall no. 2.
6. Move the instrument as close as possible to wall no. 2.
7. Adjust the height of the laser so that the middle of the laser cross is on the wall
no. 2 marker.
8. Then turn the instrument through 180° and note the dierence between the
middle of the laser cross and the marker on wall no. 1.
9. This dierence should not exceed 2 mm.
10. NB: The tolerance depends on the distance of the walls between which the
inspection has been carried out. This distance should be multiplied by 2.
Hence, if the instrument has an accuracy of 2 mm / 10 m, then in our example the
calculation is: 10 m distance x 2 = 20 m. Tolerance is 4 mm / 20 m.

Horizontal laser line
1. Place the instrument approximately 5 m from a wall.
2. Switch on the instrument and let it self-level.
3. Mark the middle of the laser cross.
4. Turn the horizontal laser line 2.5 m to the left or to the right.
5. Note the tolerance between the marker and the position of the laser line.
6. This should be 2 mm in our example.
Vertical laser line
1. Place the instrument approximately 5 m from a wall.
2. Place a 2 m long plumb-line against the wall.
3. Switch on the instrument and let it self-level.
4. Place the vertical laser line on the plumb-line.
5. This should be 1.5 mm in our example.
NB: If your instrument does not reach the required tolerance, it should be returned to
your service centre or to your reseller for service. Repairs carried out by unauthorised
personnel will automatically invalidate the guarantee.

WICHTIG!

1. Halten Sie das ein- oder ausgeschaltete Gerät stets außerhalb der Reichweite von
Kindern.
2. Dieses Element ist ein Präzisionsmessgerät, das vorsichtig behandelt werden muss.

8. Verwenden Sie für die Ansicht des Laserstrahls nie optische Instrumente wie eine
Lupe und achten Sie zur Vermeidung von Augenverletzungen darauf, dass sich
keine reektierenden Gegenstände im Messbereich benden.
9. Bringen Sie den Laser so an, dass niemand (absichtlich oder aus Versehen) in den
Laserstrahl blicken kann.
10. Bauen Sie das Gerät unter keinen Umständen auseinander, Sie würden sich bei
einem solchen Vorgang einem starken Laserstrahl aussetzen.
11. Verwenden Sie das Gerät ausschließlich für das Projizieren von Laserlinien.
12. Das Gerät darf bei Regen oder in der Nähe von entzündlichen Stoen nicht ver-
wendet werden.
13. Technische Änderungen oder Änderungen an den Geräten können ohne vorherige
Ankündigung vorgenommen werden.
14. Die Haftung des Herstellers überschreitet auf keinen Fall die Kosten für eine
Reparatur oder einen Austausch des Gerätes.
15. Schützen Sie die Umwelt: die Geräte und die Batterien dürfen nicht mit dem
Hausmüll entsorgt werden und müssen zu einem Wertstohof gebracht werden.

Erste Inbetriebnahme
• Entfernen Sie die eventuell vorhandenen Schutzstreifen.
• Laden Sie die Akkus im Batterieladegerät.
• Wenn das Ladegerät mit dem Netz verbunden ist, leuchten die Kontrollleuchten.
Sobald die Akkus geladen sind, erlöschen diese Leuchten.
• Achtung: Im Ladegerät dürfen nur wiederauadbare Batterien verwendet
werden.
• Önen Sie das Batteriefach und setzen Sie die Akkus entsprechend der
angegebenen Polrichtung ein.
• Schalten Sie das Gerät ein, die Kontrollleuchte der Stromversorgung leuchtet
durchgehend. Bei fast leeren Akkus beginnt die Kontrollleuchte der
Stromversorgung zu blinken.
• Das Gerät darf nicht zu stark geneigt werden (weniger als 4°). Sollte die Neigung
des Gerätes mehr als 4° betragen, schalten sich die Laser automatisch aus oder
blinken.
• Verwenden Sie die höhenverstellbaren Füße oder eine Unterlage, um zu
gewährleisten, dass die Nivellieranzeige innerhalb der folgenden 10 Sekunden
beginnt, durchgehend zu leuchten und der Laser nicht mehr blinkt.
• Achtung: Das Gerät kann ebenfalls mit einem Netzadapter verwendet werden,
um direkt über die Netzspannung betrieben zu werden. Achten Sie darauf, dass
das Kabel nicht in einem Durchgangsweg liegt und zu einem Umsturz des Geräts
führen könnte.

Horizontale Ausrichtung
• Sobald das Gerät nivelliert ist, verlaufen die Laserstrahlen automatisch waagrecht.
• Durch Betätigung der Taste "H" können die horizontalen Linien aktiviert oder
deaktiviert werden.
• Es wird empfohlen, die horizontale Linie nach Möglichkeit auf ihre Arbeitshöhe
einzustellen, dies verbessert die Qualität Ihrer Arbeit.
• Achtung: Kreuz- und Linienlaser dürfen nur auf höhenverstellbaren Stativen wie
Teleskopstativen oder Stativen mit Stellstift verwendet werden.
• Vor dem Befestigen des Geräts auf einem Stativ muss der Adapter auf dem Gerät
angebracht werden. Verwenden Sie ausschließlich Träger mit 5/8”-Gewindegang.
• Wichtig: Das gewählte Stativ ist entscheidend für die mühelose Nutzung des
Geräts.
• Sollte die Arbeitsumgebung z. B. bei Arbeiten im Freien einem starken Lichteinfall
ausgesetzt sein, kann die Verwendung des Laser-Empfängers erforderlich sein.
Vertikale Ausrichtung
• Sobald das Gerät ausgerichtet ist, können die vertikalen Laserstrahlen durch
Betätigung der Taste "V" aktiviert werden. Diese verlaufen in einem 90°-Winkel
zueinander.
• Die Laserstrahlen verlaufen durch die Selbstnivellierung auf gleicher Ebene und
senkrecht zur horizontalen Laserlinie.
• Für die Positionierung der vertikalen Linie können das drehbare Gehäuse und die
Feineinstellung eingesetzt werden.
• Die Feineinstellung ermöglicht außerdem eine sehr schnelle und präzise
Einstellung des Laserstrahls auf Ihre in größerer Entfernung bendliche Markierung.
• Dank der starken Laserdiode und des Projizierens stumpfer Winkel ist der
Laserstrahl bis hinter das Gerät sichtbar und an der Decke erscheint ein Laserkreuz.
Je tiefer und näher an der Wand das Gerät positioniert wird, desto länger ist der
Laserstrahl, beispielsweise für den Einbau von Wänden.
• Sollte die Arbeitsumgebung z. B. bei Arbeiten im Freien einem starken Lichteinfall
ausgesetzt sein, kann die Verwendung des Laser-Empfängers erforderlich sein.

Lotstrahl
• Der Lotpunkt wird sichtbar, sobald ein vertikaler Laser aktiviert wird.
• Verwenden Sie diesen Lotpunkt unter bestimmten Umständen als Unterstützung
für eine einfachere Positionierung des vertikalen Laserstrahls oder für die
Erzeugung rechter Winkel, z. B. wenn eine parallele Linie an die Wand oder die
Decke projiziert werden soll. Positionieren Sie hierzu das Gerät mit dem Lotpunkt
über Ihrer ersten Markierung, drehen Sie die vertikale Linie bis zur Markierung
Nr. 2 und verwenden Sie dann die Feineinstellung für eine schnelle und einfache
Regulierung.
• Der Lotpunkt bendet sich auf einer Ebene mit dem Kreuz des vertikalen Lasers
an der Decke. Diese Position ist ideal für die Einstellung der Winkelhaltigkeit oder
für Linienverlauf an einer Wand.
Neigungsfunktion

WARNUNG
Fehlende oder unvollständige Instruktion können zu Fehlbe-dienung oder
sachwidriger Verwendung führen. Dabei können Unfälle mit schweren Personen-,
Sach-, Vermögens- und Umweltschäden entstehen.
Gegenmassnahmen:
Alle Benutzer befolgen die Sicherheitshinweise des Herstellers und die Weisungen des
Betreibers.
VORSICHT
Vorsicht vor fehlerhaften Messergebnissen beim Verwenden eines Produktes, nach
einem Sturz oder anderen unerlaubten Beanspruchungen, Veränderungen des
Produktes, längerer Lagerung oder Transport.
Gegenmassnahmen:
Führen Sie periodisch Kontrollmessungen und die in der Gebrauchsanweisung
angegebenen Feldjustierungen durch. Besonders nach übermässiger Beanspruchung
des Produkts, und vor und nach wichtigen Messaufgaben.
WARNUNG
Wenn das Produkt mit Zubehör wie zum Beispiel Mast, Messlatte oder Lotstock
verwendet wird, erhöht sich die Gefahr von Blitzeinschlag.

Verwenden Sie das Produkt nicht bei Gewitter.
WARNUNG
Ungenügende Absicherung bzw. Markierung Ihrer Baustelle kann zu gefährlichen
Situationen im Strassenverkehr, auf Baustellen, in Industrieanlagen usw. führen

Achten Sie immer auf ausreichende Absicherung Ihrer Baustelle. Beachten Sie die
länderspezischen gesetzlichen Sicherheits- und Unfallverhütungsvorschriften und
Strassenverkehrsverordnungen.
VORSICHT
Bei nicht fachgerechter Anwendung des Produktes besteht die Möglichkeit, dass
durch mechanische Einwirkungen, z.B. Sturz oder Schlag, oder durch nicht
fachgerechte Adaption von Zubehör Ihr Produkt beschädigt, Schutzvorrichtungen
unwirksam oder Personen gefährdet werden.

Gegenmassnahmen:
Achten Sie bei der Aufstellung Ihres Produkts darauf, dass das Zubehör fachgerecht
adaptiert, montiert, xiert und verriegelt ist. Schützen Sie Ihr Produkt vor
mechanischen Einwirkungen.
VORSICHT
Beim Transport, Versand oder bei der Entsorgung von Batterien kann bei
unsachgemässen, mechanischen Einwirkungen auf die Batterie Brandgefahr entstehen.
Gegenmassnahmen:
Versenden oder entsorgen Sie Ihr Produkt nur mit entladenen Batterien. Betreiben Sie
dazu das Produkt, bis die Batterien entladen sind. Beim Transport oder Versand von
Batterien ist der Betreiber dafür verantwortlich, die national und international gültigen
Vorschriften und Bestimmungen einzuhalten. Kontaktieren Sie vor dem Transport oder
Versand Ihr lokales Personen- oder Frachttransportunternehmen.
WARNUNG
Starke mechanische Belastungen, hohe Umgebungstemperaturen oder das Eintauchen
in Flüssigkeiten können zum Auslaufen, Brand oder zur Explosion der Batterien führen.
Gegenmassnahmen:
Schützen Sie die Batterien vor mechanischen Einwirkungen und hohen Umgebungstemperaturen. Batterien nicht in Flüssigkeiten werfen oder eintauchen.
WARNUNG
Beim Kurzschluss der Batteriekontakte, z.B. beim Aufbewahren und Transportieren von
Batterien in der Tasche von Kleidungsstücken, wenn die Batteriekontakte mit Schmuck,
Schlüsseln, metallisiertem Papier oder anderen Metallgegenständen in Berührung
kommen, können Batterien überhitzen und es besteht Verletzungs- oder Brandgefahr.
Gegenmassnahmen:
Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Batteriekontakte nicht mit metallischen Gegenständen in
Berührung kommen.
VORSICHT
Beim Betrieb des Produkts können Gliedmassen von beweglichen Teilen eingeklemmt
werden.

Gegenmassnahmen:
Halten Sie einen entsprechenden Sicherheitsabstand zu den beweglichen Teilen.
WARNUNG
Bei unsachgemässer Entsorgung des Produkts können folgende Ereignisse eintreten:
• Beim Verbrennen von Kunststoteilen entstehen giftige Abgase, an denen
Personen erkranken können.
• Batterien können explodieren und dabei Vergiftungen, Verbrennungen,

LASERKLASSIFIZIERUNG
Allgemeines
Die folgenden Anweisungen, die den aktuellen internationalen Normen IEC 60825-1
(2007-03) und IEC TR 60825-14 (2004-02) entsprechen, enthalten Hinweise und
Informationen, welche die Betreiber und Benutzer des Produkts in die Lage versetzen,
allfällige Gebrauchsgefahren rechtzeitig zu erkennen und zu vermeiden. Der Betreiber hat sicherzustellen, dass alle Benutzer diese Hinweise verstehen und befolgen.
Produkte, die als Laserklasse 1, Laserklasse 2 oder Laserklasse 3R eingestuft sind,

Kontrolle der horizontalen Nivellierung
1. Wählen Sie einen Raum einer Länge von ± 10m.
2. Stellen Sie das Gerät neben Wand Nr. 1 auf.
3. Schalten Sie das Gerät ein und lassen Sie es die Nivellierung durchführen.
4. Markieren Sie die horizontale Linie in der Mitte des Kreuzes auf Wand Nr. 1.
5. Drehen Sie das Gerät um 180° und markieren Sie den Laserstrahl in der Mitte des
Laserkreuzes auf Wand Nr. 2.
6. Führen Sie das Gerät so dicht wie möglich an Wand Nr. 2 heran.
7. Nehmen Sie die Höheneinstellung des Lasers so vor, dass sich das Laserkreuz auf
der Markierung an Wand Nr. 2 bendet.
8. Drehen Sie das Gerät dann um 180° und kontrollieren Sie die Dierenz zwischen
der Mitte des Laserkreuzes und der Markierung auf Wand Nr. 1.
9. Diese Dierenz darf nicht mehr als 2 mm betragen.
10. ACHTUNG: Dieser Toleranzbereich ist abhängig vom Abstand zwischen den
Wänden, die für die Kontrolle verwendet wurden. Dieser Abstand muss mit 2
multipliziert werden. Daraus ergibt sich bei einer Messgenauigkeit von 2 mm / 10
m in unserem Beispiel die Rechnung: 10 m Abstand X 2 = 20m. Der Toleranzbereich
beträgt dann 4 mm / 20 m.

Kontrolle der horizontalen Laserlinie
1. Stellen Sie das Gerät in ca. 6 m Abstand zu einer Wand auf.
2. Schalten Sie das Gerät ein und lassen Sie es die Nivellierung durchführen.
3. Markieren Sie die Mitte des Laserkreuzes.
4. Drehen Sie die Laserlinie um 2,5 m nach links oder nach rechts.
5. Kontrollieren Sie die Abweichung zwischen der Markierung und der Position der
Laserlinie.
6. In unserem Beispiel darf sie 1 mm betragen.
Kontrolle der vertikalen Laserlinie
1. Stellen Sie das Gerät in ca. 5 m Abstand zu einer Wand auf.
2. Hängen Sie an der Mauer ein 2 m langes Lot auf.
3. Schalten Sie das Gerät ein und lassen Sie es die Nivellierung durchführen.
4. Positionieren Sie die vertikale Laserlinie auf dem Lotfaden.
5. In unserem Beispiel muss die Toleranz 1 mm betragen.
ACHTUNG: Wenn Ihr Gerät nicht innerhalb des erforderlichen Toleranzbereichs misst,
muss das Gerät zur Wartung in ihr Kundendienstzentrum oder zu Ihrem Händler
gebracht werden. Reparaturen, die von hierzu nicht befugten Personen ausgeführt
werden, ziehen automatisch den Verfall der Garantie nach sich.
