5. PARAMETERS DESCRIPTION
Datalogger operation mode
This indicates how the data storage device operates:
Always OFF Always ON Manual operation
Offset indication
Allows it to compensate for eventual temperature misreading, usually due to a sensor replacement.
Minimum setpoint allowed to the end user
Electronic limit whose purpose is prevent that too low setpoint temperatures are regulated.
Maximum setpoint allowed to the end user
Electronic limit whose purpose is prevent that too high setpoint temperatures are regulated.
Control differential (hysteresis)
It is the difference of temperature (hysteresis) between to turn OFF and turn ON the refrigeration output.
Delay to turn the cooling output on
cooling output
Cooling time
Defrosting time
Initial state up on energizing the instrumen
Indication of the temperature locked during defrost
It is the minimum time that will keep on, it means, space of time between the last drive and the next stop.
(defrosts interval)
It is the time which compressor will turn on and turn off only by sensor temperature. After passed this
time, the controller will enter in defrost mode.
It is the minimum time that the cooling output will keep off to make natural defrost. After passed this time,
the controller will enter in cooling mode.
Indicates what mode the controller will work when turned on :
Cooling Defrost
This function prevents the visualization of temperature elevation during defrost, maintaining the last temperature indication prior to defrost. At the beginning of the refrigeration cycle, a normal temperature indication will again take place after fan delay.
No Yes
When the instrument is powered on, its control is kept disabled during a time, delaying the start of process. During this time, it works only as temperature indicator.
Complement time at the first refrigeration cycle to certify that the first defrost cycle do not be started very early.
temperature and the cooling outputs status.
Indicates whether the change in the cooling output will force the recording of data in memory regardless of the time of sampling set in F13:
Delay on the activation of the instrument
Additional time at the end of the first cycle
Datalogger sampling interval
Time period in which the controller will register a sample of the
Variation of the temperature to force data recording
Temperature difference to forces the recording of data in the memory, independently of the sampling time configured at F13. To desable this function, just decrease the value until the message appears in the display.
Variation of the output to force data recording
6. FUNCTIONS WITH FACILITATED ACCESS
6.1 - Maximum and minimum temperature logs
Press the key. The minimum and maximum temperatures registered will appear. Note: To restart the logs you just have to keep the key pressed during the viewing of the minimum and maximum temperatures until to be displayed.
OFF ON
Memory overwriting?
This allows you to start overwriting data from datalogger memory beginning when the memory is full. This prevents the latest data recorded from equipment being erased first.
No Yes
Address of the instrument on the network RS-485
®
This is the device address for communication with Sitrad software. Note: You cannot have two or more devices with the same address in the network.
6.3 - Clearing datalogger memory:
Press the and keys for 4 seconds to display . The display shows . If you don't want to clear the memory press . To clear the memory press until is displayed and press to confirm and exit the function.

6.5 - Manual defrost:
- To change from “cooling” to “defrost” or vice-versa, irrespective of the programming, hold key in for four seconds, until or appears in the display. To visualize the status and the elapsed time, press . Initial delay Refrigeration Defrosting
7. SIGNALLING
REFRIG - Cooling output on DEFROST - Performing natural defrost
- Sensor disconnected or temperature out of the specified range.
8. SELECTION OF THE UNIT (Cº / Fº)
In order to define the unit that the instrument will operate in, enter function “F01” with the access code “231” and confirm with the key. Press the key and the indication will appear. Press to choose between or and confirm. After selecting the unit the message will appear, and the instrument will return to the function “F01”. Every time that the unit is changed, the parameters should be reconfigured, since they assume the “standard” values.

IMPORTANT
According to the chapters of norm IEC 60364:
1: Install protector against overvoltage on the power supply. 2: Sensor cables and signal cables of the computer may be joined, but not in the same electric conduit
through which the electric input and the activation of the loads run. 3: Install transient suppresors (RC filters) parallel to the loads as to increase the product life of the relays.
