Thank you for selecting the DocuWide 6035/6055 (hereafter referred to as
the "machine").
This guide explains how to operate the machine and the precautions that
must be followed during operation. To get the most out of the machine and
to use it effectively, be sure to read this guide before use.
This guide assumes that an operator has a basic knowledge of the
operating environment of the personal computer in use, networking
environments, and how to operate a personal computer. For information on
the environment of the personal computer in use, basic knowledge of
networking environments, and how to operate a personal computer, refer to
the manuals provided with the personal computer, operating system, and
network system.
Types of Manuals
The following manuals are provided with the machine.
● User Guide
This guide describes all the necessary steps for copy/print/scan,
clearing paper jams, daily care, various settings items and safety
information.
● Quick Guide (This Document)
Introduces the main features of the machine, as well as simple
operating instructions.
● DocuWide 6035/6055 Utilities help
A guide to installing the printer driver, configuring the printer
environment, etc. This help is included in the CD-ROM provided
with the machine.

Preface
If the power does not come on, check if the
power breaker (main power switch) is switched
to [ | ].
If you do not use the machine for a certain period of time, it enters the Power Saver Mode, and the screen
becomes completely dark. To cancel the Power Saver mode, press the <Power Saver> button.

You can scan directly to TWAIN-compliant applications on
your computer connected to the machine via USB, by
using a USB TWAIN driver.
You can adjust the image quality and edit the images of
scanned documents on the screen displayed on your

Printing Using the Printer Driver
● The Printer Driver must be installed on the computer using the provided CD-ROM.
Select [Print] from the application's
