If the edge of the jammed paper can be reached, pull the jammed paper to remove the jammed paper.
Gently close the cover.
Note
If paper is torn, make sure to remove any torn pieces from inside the machine

Replacing Toner Cartridg e
CAUTION: Before you begin the following steps, ensure machine has been allowed to cool
down. The machine parts are very hot to touch and remove, failure to do so may result in burns if certain parts of the machine are touched. Observe the warning labels inside the machine.
NOTE: Replace the Toner (Dry Ink) Cartridge while the machine is powered ON.

1: Ensure machine is idle
before opening Toner Cover. Select required Toner and grasp the handle on top of the cartridge.
2: Gently pull the cartridge
straight out of the machin e.
Info: Remove new Toner
Cartridge from the box. Gently shake cartridge 3 - 4 times from side to side.
3: Insert cartridge with the
arrow facing up
4: Slide cartridge into the
machine until y ou he ar a ‘click’. Close the Toner Cover.

1: Ensure machine is idle
before opening Front Cover. Remove new Waste Toner Container from it s packaging.
2: Open the Waste Toner
Container Cover located to the right of Paper Tray 1.
3: Grasp the gold / amber strip
handle of the container and pull the container out. Place the used container into the plastic bag provided.
4: Grasp the top, centre part of
the new Waste Toner Container and push it into the machine until it stops. Close the Waste Toner Container Cover & the Front Cover.

1-2: Open the Finisher Front Door. Rotate the Stapling Unit to the right 3: Pull out on the Staple Cartridge handle and remove the used cartridge.

4: Unpack and install the new Staple Cartridge. 5: The cartridge will click into place when it is installed correctly. 6: Insert the staples cartridge into the machine. Close the Finisher Front Door.
