Transparency Separators (Copy with a blank sheet inserted)

2. Load transparency in Bypass Tray

3. Select Next Recipient after each fax number

3. Select desire mailbox number
4. Select Enter/Change
5. Enter 4 digit password
6. Select Confirm Password
7. Select Enter/Change Name
8. Enter Name using the keyboard on the screen

How to Replace Drum/Toner Cartridge
Steps: 1. Lift and pull out the right hand cover of the machine
2. Open the front
3. Pull out the cartridge using the orange lever and slide out the cartridge slowly until it reaches the orange handle
4. Hold the orange handle on top of the cartridge and remove the cartridge completely
5. Insert and push in the new cartridge until yiu hear a click sound to lock
6. Pull out the toner sealing tape
7. Close the front door
8. Push back the right hand cover of the machine
Each Drum/Toner cartridge can print approximately 24,000 copies at 6% of coverage area

How to check Meter Reading
Steps: 1. Select Billing Meter on the Menu screen
2. The reading of the meter will appear shortly
3. Select Close to return to the Menu screen
