1. Select the paper size on the[Paper Size] screen
2. Press Enter button to display the [Paper Type] screen.
3. Select the required option.
4. Press Enter.
1. Press the arrow key to display [Reduce/Enlarge] on the Copy screen.
2. Select [Reduce/Enlarge] using the<Select> button.
3. Select the required option.

You can use the following ways to fax out:-

Enter the first number

1. Press Address Book button on the panel
2. Select the required address book

3. Select the required option : (text/fine/superfine/superfine halftone/super halftone/halftone)

Multi-Up
Print 2, 4 or eight (up to 32) independent documents onto one sheets of paper. The machine will automatically reduces/enlarge the images as needed to print them on one page.
Choose Tray / Layout
Click Multi-Up – Choose ( x Up) – then click OK
Poster
Divide & enlarge a document then print each divided part onto multiple sheets of paper. Paste together to make one large poster.
Booklet Creation
Create a document with the pages in correct order to make a booklet when
the document is folded.
Transparency Separator
Insert a divider page after each printed transparency.

Indicates the total number of pages used for print jobs

Indicates the total number of pages used for all jobs except Print jobs

Indicates the toner/drum is getting low and the cartridge should be replaced soon

Replacing new drum cartridge:
1. Place the cartridge in position and slide it into the machine until it clicks
2. Pull out the tape and close all the covers until it latches
Replacing the toner cartridge:
1. Shake the new cartridge before placing it in position
2. Slide until it clicks
3. Close the front cover

Clearing Paper Jams
Cover A
Open the Cover A while lifting up the release lever.
If the jammed paper is inside the fuser unit, press the lever toward you to remove the jammed paper.
If the edge of the jammed paper does not reach the fuser unit, remove the paper in the direction of the arrow.
Cover B
Open the left center cover while lifting up the release lever.
Remove the jammed paper
Cover C
Open the Cover C while lifting up the release lever.

Open the bypass tray.
Open the Cover D while lifting up the release lever.
Remove the jammed paper inside the duplex unit.
