Wireless Flash Trigger User Manual (PT-04ⅡRX)

1. Main parts of receiver of PT-04ⅡRX

(1) The L-bracket is aluminum
(2) Power switch
(3) LED indication light
(4) Channel Selector
(5) PC socket
(6) Hot shoe socket

2. Introduction

The PT-04 Transmitter emits a wireless radio signal to the Tetra PT-04 Receiver when the shutter
is triggered which, in turn, fires the flash using selective channel. This allows you to take pictures
with off-camera flash and not have to depend on your built-in flash as the trigger device.

5. Operating Instructions

A. for use of speed light flash

1) Put 2 AAA batteries into the receiver and close the battery cover

2) Plug the flash into the receiver’s hot shoe socket, and fix it; turn on the power of
receiver and flash

3) Set the channel selectors of both transmitter and receiver at same position, and
transmitter can send signal to receiver to trigger the flash

B. for use of studio flash light

1) Put 2 AAA batteries into the receiver and close the battery cover

2.) You can use the 3.5mm PC (with 6mm converter) Sync cord to connect the receiver
and studio light to trigger the studio light.

3) Set the channel selectors of both transmitter and receiver at same position, and
transmitter can send signal to receiver to trigger the studio flash

6. Notice of usage

1) Use batteries specified in this user guide, and to replace a new battery if the receiver’s

signal LED becoming dim.

2) Prevent the unit from falling and crushing.

3) Keep the unit dry, and avoid electric shock, rain and dampness.
