Belangrijke veiligheidsvoorschriften

• Dit apparaat is uitsluitend voor gebruik binnenshuis.

• Gebruik dit apparaat uitsluitend voor het doel waarvoor het is
ontworpen (het ventileren van een huishoudelijk ruimte) en op de wijze,
zoals in dit boekje beschreven. Elk ander gebruik kan gevaarlijk zijn en
kan brand, verwondingen, schade, elektrische schok enz. veroorzaken,
en doet de garantie vervallen.

• Controleer ventilator, stekker en elektrokabel voor gebruik op
beschadigingen.

• Zet de ventilator eerst volledig in elkaar, voor u hem gebruikt. Altijd de
stekker uit het stopcontact bij monteren/demonteren.

• Stel het apparaat niet in werking wanneer u beschadigingen
constateert aan apparaat, elektrokabel of stekker, of wanneer het
slecht functioneert, is gevallen of op andere wijze een storing vertoont.
Breng het complete apparaat terug naar uw leverancier of een erkend
elektricien voor controle en/of reparatie. Vraag altijd om originele
onderdelen. Het apparaat (incl. elektrokabel en stekker) mag uitsluitend
worden geopend en/of gerepareerd door daartoe bevoegde en

gekwaliceerde personen. Voer nooit zelf reparaties uit.

• Verwijder de stekker uit het stopcontact en schakel de ventilator meteen
uit wanneer je vreemde geluiden hoort, iets ruikt of rook ziet.

• Controleer voor gebruik of de spanning die het stopcontact, waarop u
de ventilator wilt aansluiten, afgeeft, gelijk is aan het voltage dat op het
typeplaatje van de ventilator staat: 220/240V-50Hz..

• Voorkom het gebruik van verlengkabels. Is dat onvermijdelijk, gebruik
dan een goedgekeurde kabel van voldoende capaciteit en ontrol hem
helemaal.

• Voorkom dat de elektrokabel in contact komt met scherpe-, hete- of
bewegende voorwerpen. Wind hem niet om de ventilator en rol hem
niet te strak op.

• Gebruik de ventilator nooit met een beschadigde elektrokabel.
Repareer deze nooit zelf, maar wend u tot uw leverancier of een erkend
servicepunt ter reparatie.

• Zorg ervoor dat de ventilator op een stevige, vlakke en horizontale
ondergrond staat tijdens gebruik.

• Laat een werkende ventilator niet zonder toezicht in een ruimte.

• Dit apparaat is niet geschikt voor gebruik in natte of vochtige ruimtes
als badkamers, wasruimtes enz. Plaats hem niet in de nabijheid van
een kraan, badkuip, douche, zwembad, fonteintje o.i.d., zorg ervoor
dat hij nooit in water kan vallen en voorkom dat water het apparaat
binnendringt. Mocht het apparaat tóch ooit in water vallen, neem
dan éérst de stekker uit het stopcontact! Een inwendig nat geworden
apparaat niet meer gebruiken maar ter reparatie aanbieden.

• Dompel apparaat, snoer of stekker nooit in water of andere vloeistof en
raak het apparaat, snoer of stekker nooit met natte handen of voeten
aan.

• Plaats het apparaat niet in een open raam i.v.m. regen, niet op natte
oppervlakken en voorkom dat er vocht op wordt gemorst.

• Hang niets over of aan de ventilator en gebruik hem niet in de nabijheid
van gordijnen, kleding of andere materialen die de motor kunnen doen
vastlopen. Dat kan oververhitting of brand tot gevolg hebben.

• Let erop dat lang haar niet in de ventilator wordt gezogen.

• Houd de aanzuig- en uitblaasrooster schoon en stofvrij en zorg voor
minimaal 30 cm vrije ruimte rondom de ventilator.

• Zorg ervoor dat er zich geen objecten in de buurt van de ventilator
bevinden die e oscillatie (zwenken) kunnen verhinderen.

• Steek nooit een vinger, pen, stokje of wat voor voorwerp dan ook door
het beschermrooster de werkende ventilator in!

• Spuit geen middelen (anti-insect, schoonmaak of wat dan ook) op of
in de ventilator; dat kan lichamelijke klachten veroorzaken (i.h.b. bij
kinderen!) of onderdelen beschadigen.

• Bewaar of gebruik het apparaat niet:

- Op plaatsen waar het nat kan worden of in water kan vallen

- In de buurt van licht-ontvlambare-, explosieve- of gasvormige
stoffen

- In de buurt van zuren, alkali, olie en andere stoffen die corrosie
kunnen veroorzaken.

• Sluit de ventilator niet aan op een timer of een dimmer.

• Gebruik de ventilator niet bij temperaturen boven de 40°C, niet in de

buurt van verwarmingsapparatuur en niet in stofge ruimtes.

• Neem altijd de stekker uit het stopcontact voordat u de ventilator
verplaatst, schoonmaakt of er onderhoud aan uitvoert. Doe dat ook
wanneer de ventilator niet in gebruik is. Pak de stekker daartoe in de
hand; trek nooit aan het koord!

• Neem na gebruik altijd de stekker uit het stopcontact.

• Wees ervan overtuigd dat de stekker uit het stopcontact is genomen
voordat u het beschermrooster van de ventilator verwijderd voor
schoonmaak- of onderhoud werkzaamheden.

• Dit apparaat kan worden gebruikt door kinderen van 8 jaar en ouder
en personen met beperkte fysieke, sensorische of mentale vermogens
of gebrek aan ervaring en kennis als ze toezicht hebben gekregen of
instructies over het gebruik van het apparaat op een veilige manier en
begrijpen de gevaren die ermee gepaard gaan.

• Kinderen mogen niet met het apparaat spelen.

• Voorkom dat het apparaat continue op kleine kinderen, patiënten of
mensen die zich moeilijk kunnen verplaatsen blaast.

• Reiniging en gebruikersonderhoud is niet toegestaan door kinderen
zonder toezicht.

Samenstelling

Stap 1 Verwijder het verpakkingsmateriaal en houd het buiten bereik van
kinderen.
Stap 2 Controleer voordat u verder gaat of de stekker niet in het stopcon
tact is geplaatst en de bedieningsknop op ‘0’ (uit) staat.
Stap 3 Monteer de plastic voet aan het motorhuis (inclusief de standaard).
Leid de elektrokabel met stekker door de opening in de plastic voet
en bevestig met drie meegeleverde schroeven de plastic voet.
Stap 4 Leid de elektrokabel door houder en door de opening in de plastic
voet.
Stap 5 Draai de plastic schroefdop (ventilatorblad bevestiging) van de
as van de ventilator, let op rechtsom draaien om de deze
schroefdop te demonteren. (LOOSEN).
Stap 6 Draai de plastic schroefwartel (beschermrooster bevestiging) van
het motorhuis, linksom draaien om deze schroefwartel te demonte
ren. (LOOSEN).
Stap 7 Plaats het achterste beschermrooster tegen de voorkant van het
motorhuis met de draaggreep op het beschermrooster naar boven
gericht. Zorg ervoor dat de positioneerpennen op het motorhuis
correct in de sleuven van het beschermrooster zijn geplaatst.
Stap 8 Draai nu de plastic schroefwartel (beschermrooster bevestiging)
stevig rechtsom vast op het schroefdraad van het motorhuis.
Stap 9 Verwijder de PVC-huls van de motor as.
Stap 10 Plaats het ventilatorblad op de motor as. Belangrijk!, zorg er voor
dat de pennetjes op de motor as correct in de daar voorbestemde
uitsparingen in het ventilatorblad vallen.
Stap 11 Draai de plastic schroefdop (ventilatorblad bevestiging) stevig links
om vast op de motor as om het ventilatorblad te borgen.
Stap 12 Controleer of het ventilatorblad goed roteert.
Stap 13 Draai het schroefje van de klemring bijna helemaal los. En plaats de
plastic klemring losjes met de achterste gleuf om het achterste
beschermrooster.
Stap 14 Plaats nu het voorste beschermrooster in de voorste gleuf van de
plastic klemring en draai de schroef nu stevig vast.
Beide beschermrooster delen zijn nu stevig aan elkaar verbonden.

Werking

• De ventilator pas in gebruik nemen wanneer:

- de ventilator volledig in elkaar is gezet;

- alle verbindingen stevig vastgedraaid zitten;

- alle veiligheidsvoorschriften in acht genomen zijn;

- de ventilator op een stabiele vlakke ondergrond is geplaatst.

• Controleer of de ventilatorsnelheid op staat.

• Zet de ventilator in de juiste positie.

• Steek de stekker in een passend stopcontact.

• Kies met de bedieningsknop de gewenste snelheid ( uit, laag,
middel, turbo, silent).

• De ventilator zal zijn werking starten en de Ledverlichting gaat branden.

• Druk indien gewenst de oscillatie (zwenk) knop (6) in: de ventilator zal
nu in een hoek van 45° gaan zwenken. Door deze knop weer uit te
trekken schakelt u de oscillatie (zwenk) functie weer uit.

• Om de ventilator uit te schakelen zet u de vermogen knop op 0 (uit).
Wanneer u de werking langer dan enkele minuten wilt onderbreken
dient u ook de stekker uit het stopcontact te nemen.

Schoonmaak en onderhoud

Schakel de ventilator uit en neem de stekker uit het stopcontact wanneer u
hem wilt reinigen of onderhoud wilt uitvoeren.

De ventilator vraag alleen wat algemeen, uitwendig onderhoud. Stof hem
regelmatig af met een zachte doek of plumeau of zuig hem schoon met een
zacht stofzuigerborsteltje. Is hij erg vuil, open dan het voorste rooster ( let
op, stekker uit het stopcontact nemen!)en neem roosters en bladen af met
een licht bevochtigde doek met een zacht huishoudelijk reinigingsmiddel.
Droog alles goed na, laat de ventilator goed drogen en zet hem weer vol­ledig in elkaar voor u hem weer in gebruik neemt. Zorg ervoor dat er geen
water op andere delen dan rooster en bladen terechtkomt! Spoel of spuit
de ventilator nooit af!

Om aantasting, beschadiging of vervorming van het materiaal te voor­komen nooit schurende, agressieve of bijtende (schoonmaak)-middelen
gebruiken.

Wanneer u de ventilator aan het eind van het seizoen wilt opruimen, doe
dat dan in de originele verpakking: die biedt de beste bescherming. Ruim
hem weg op een veilige, droge, niet extreem warme of koude plaats.

Problemen en oplossingen

Het ventilatorblad draait niet terwl de ventilator aangezet is

• Zit de stekker wel goed in het stopcontact?

• Staat er wel stroom op het stopcontact?

• Wordt het ventilatorblad niet ergens geblokkeerd, bijv. door een
beschadiging, een vervorming van het beschermrooster of een vreemd
voorwerp?

Er doet zich een abnormaal geluid voor b het opstarten

• Controleer of het ventilatorblad correct op de motor-as is bevestigd.

• Controleer of er zich wellicht jne braampjes rond het ventilatorblad
bevinden.

• Controleer of het ventilatorblad misschien een vervorming van het
beschermrooster raakt.

Waarschuwing: Reparaties dienen door daarvoor opgeleide monteurs te
worden uitgevoerd. Dat geldt ook voor vervanging of reparatie van de elek­trokabel en de stekker. Vraag bij reparatie altijd om originele onderdelen.
In het apparaat aangebrachte wijzigingen en ondeskundig uitgevoerde
reparaties doen de garantie en de aansprakelijkheid van leverancier, impor­teur en fabrikant vervallen.

RECYCLING

Binnen de EU betekent dit symbool dat dit product
niet met het normale huishoudelijke afval mag wor­den afgevoerd. Afgedankte apparaten bevatten
waardevolle materialen die hergebruikt kunnen en
moeten worden, om het milieu en de gezondheid
niet te schaden door ongereguleerde afvalinzame­ling. Breng afgedankte apparatuur daarom naar een
daarvoor aangewezen inzamelpunt of wend u tot het
bedrijf waar u het apparaat gekocht hebt. Zij kunnen
er voor zorgen dat zoveel mogelijk onderdelen van
het apparaat hergebruikt worden.

General safety guidelines

• This device is only to be used indoors.

• Before using the fan, assemble it completely. Always keep the plug out
of the socket when assembling/dissembling.

• This device should only be used for the purposes (ventilating a domestic
space) and in the way as set out in the booklet. Any other usage may

be dangerous (could cause re, injury, damage, electric shock etc.), will

invalidate the guarantee.

• Check fan, plug and cable for damage before use Do not turn on the
appliance if you have discovered damage to the appliance, cord or
plug, if the appliance is malfunctioning, if it has been dropped or if
there are signs of any other defect. Return the complete product to the

vendor or to a certied electrician for inspection and/or repair. Always

ask for original parts. The appliance (incl. cord and plug) may only be

opened and/or repaired by properly authorised and qualied persons.

• If you hear strange noises, smell something or see smoke, switch off the
fan immediately and remove the plug from the socket.

• Before every use, check that the voltage on the socket to be used

matches the voltage indicated on the device’s specication plate:

220/240V~50Hz.

• Avoid the use of extension cables. If unavoidable, use an approved

cable with sufcient power. Completely unroll the cable.

• The electrical cable may never come into contact with sharp, hot or
moving objects, must not be wound around the fan and must not be
bent or rolled up too tightly.

• If the electric cable of the plug is damaged, it needs to be replaced by

a qualied person. Never repair it yourself.

• Always ensure that the oor is sturdy, at and horizontal.

• Do not leave a fan operating unsupervised in a room.

• This device in not suitable for use in wet or damp spaces such as
bathrooms and laundry rooms. Do not place the device in the vicinity of
taps, bathtub, shower, pool, fountains or other sources of moisture.

• Make sure it cannot fall into water and prevent water from getting into
the device itself. If, at any time, the device does fall into water, unplug
it immediately! Do not use a device that has a damp interior but have it
repaired.

• Never immerse the device, cord or plug in water and never touch it with
wet hands or feet.

• Do not place the appliance in an open window to avoid rain or on wet
surfaces and avoid that no moisture spillage.

• Never hang things over the device. Ensure that curtains, clothings and
other materials do not come into the vicinity of the fan.

• Watch out that long hair is not sucked into the fan.

• Keep the suction and extraction grill clean and free from dust and make
sure that a minimum of 30 cm of free space is left around the fan.

• Make sure there are no objects in the vicinity of the fan that could
hinder it from oscillating (swivelling).

• Never insert a nger, pen or any other object through the protective
grille when the fan is in use!

• Never spray any products (anti-insect, cleaning agent etc) on or in the
fan.

• Do not store or use the fan:

- in locations where it could become wet or fall into water;

- near ammable, explosive or gaseous substances. A spark from the
switch can start a re;

- near acids, alkalis, oil or other corrosive substances.

• Never connect the fan to a timer or dimmer.

• Do not use the fan at temperatures above 40°C, not in the vicinity of
heating apparatuses and not in dusty areas.

• First turn off the fan and then remove the plug from the socket before
moving, cleaning or carrying out maintenance. Do that when the fan
is not in use as well. Pull on the plug to remove from the socket, never
pull on the cord!

• Make sure that the plug has been pulled out of the socket before you
remove the protective grill for cleaning or any maintenance tasks.

• Always remove the plug from the socket after use.

• This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above
and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or
lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision
or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and
understand the hazards involved.

• Children shall not play with the appliance.

• Be sure that the plug has been disconnected from the power outlet
before removing the protective grill from the fan for cleaning and
maintenance work.

• Prevent the fan from blowing continuously on small children, patients or

people that have difculties in moving aside.

• Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without
supervision.

Assembly

Step 1 Remove the packing material and keep it away from children.
Step 2 Before continuing, check that the plug is not plugged into the
socket and the control button is on ‘0’ (off).
Step 3 Mount the plastic base to the motor housing (including the stand).
Pull the electric cable with the plug through the opening in the

plastic base and afx to the base using the three screws included in

the delivery.
Step 4 Pull the electric cable through the holder and the opening in the
plastic base.

Step 5 Tighten the plastic screw cap (that afxes the fan blade) of the fan

axle.
Attention: you must turn it clockwise to dismount the screw cap
(to loosen it).

Step 6 Tighten the threaded turnbuckle (that afxes the protective grill) of

the motor housing; turn it counter-clockwise to dismount the guard
nut (to loosen it).
Step 7 Place the rear protective grill against the front side of the motor
housing with the carrier bracket on the protective grill
facing upwards. Make sure that the positioning pins of the motor
housing are placed correctly in the slots of the protective grill.

Step 8 Now tighten the guard nut (that afxes the protective grill) rmly

clockwise onto the screw thread of the motor housing.
Step 9 Remove the PVC sleeve of the motor axle.
Step 10 Place the fan blade onto the motor axle. Important! Make sure that
the pins of the motor align properly with the appropriate recesses in
the fan blade.

Step 11 Tighten the plastic spinner (for afxing the fan blade) rmly counter-

clockwise onto the motor axle to secure the fan blade.
Step 12 Check to see that the fan blade rotates properly.
Step 13 Turn the screw of the locking ring almost entirely loose and loosely
place the plastic locking ring with the rear groove around the rear
protective grill.
Step 14 Now mount the rear protective grill in the front groove of the plas

tic locking ring and tighten the screw rmly. Both protective grills

are now solidly connected to each other.

Operating

Use the fan only when:

- The fan is completed assembled;

- All the connections are tightened rmly;

- All the safety instructions have been observed;

- The fan is positioned on a stable and at ground.

• Check whether the fan speed is set to .

• Set the fan in the correct position.

• Insert the plug into an appropriate socket.

• Use the control button to choose the desired speed ( off,
low, medium, turbo, silent).

TURBO

SILENT

• The fan will start operating and the LED lighting will turn on.

• If necessary, press the oscillation (swivel) knob (6): the fan will now swivel
in an angle of 45°. By pulling out this knob, you stop the oscillation
(swivel) function.

• To switch off the fan, set the On/Off button to 0 (off). If you want to
disrupt the operation for longer than a few minutes, then also remove
the plug form the socket.

Cleaning and maintenance

Switch the fan off and remove the plug from the socket if you wish to clean
the device or perform maintenance.

The fan only needs general, exterior maintenance. Dust it regularly with a
soft cloth or duster or use a vacuum cleaner with a soft brush to clean. If it
is very dirty, open the grille and clean grilles and blades using a soft, damp
cloth and a mild household cleaning agent. Dry everything thoroughly and
allow the fan to dry properly before reassembling and using again. Ensure
that water does not come into contact with anything other than the grille
and blades. Never rinse or spray the fan!

In order to prevent material discolouration or deformities, never use aggres­sive or corrosive (cleaning) products.

If the fan is to be stored at the end of the season, repack in its original pack­aging: this offers the best protection. Store it in a safe and dry place that is
not subject to extremes of heat or cold.

Problems and solutions

The fan blades do not rotate even though the device is switched on

• Is the plug in the socket?

• Is there power to the socket?

• Is the blade blocked, e.g. by damage, a deformity on the grille or a
foreign object?

There is strange noise when starting

• Check to ensure the blades are placed as far over the motor axle as
possible.

• Check if there are any burrs around the edges of the blades.

• Check whether the blades have become deformed and are touching the
protective grille.

Warning: Repairs must be carried out by qualied engineers. This also ap-
plies to replacing or repairing the electrical cable and plug. Please request
original parts if the device needs to be repaired.

If the device is subjected to modications or repairs are carried out by un­qualied persons, the guarantees from the supplier, importer and manufac-

turer will become null and void.

Removal

In the EU this symbol indicates that this product may
not be disposed of as ordinary household waste. Old
equipment contains valuable materials, suitable for
recycling. These materials should be made suitable
for reuse in order to prevent any adverse effects to
health and the environment caused by unregulated
waste collection.
Therefore, please make sure that you bring old equip­ment to a designated collection point. Alternatively,
contact the original
supplier, who can make sure that as many of the com­ponents as possible can be recycled.

Consignes de sécurité importantes

• Cet appareil est destiné uniquement à une utilisation à l’intérieur.

• Assemblez d’abord entièrement le ventilateur avant de l’utiliser. Retirez

toujours la che de la prise de courant pour monter/démonter.

• Réservez cet appareil uniquement à l’usage prévu et de la manière
décrite dans ce livret. Tout autre usage peut représenter un risque
(incendie, blessures, dommages, choc électrique, etc.) et annule la
responsabilité du fournisseur ainsi que la garantie.

• Vériez d’éventuels dommages au ventilateur, à l’appareil, la che et au
câble électrique avant toute utilisation. N’allumez pas l’appareil lorsque

vous constatez des dommages à l’appareil, au cordon ou à la che, ou

lorsqu’il fonctionne mal, qu’il est tombé ou qu’il présente tout autre
dysfonctionnement. Rapportez l’appareil complet au fournisseur ou à
un électricien agréé pour contrôle et/ou réparation. Exigez toujours des

pièces d’origine. L’appareil (y compris le cordon et la che) peut être

ouvert et/ou réparé exclusivement par des personnes compétentes et

qualiées.

• Retirez la che de la prise de courant et éteignez le ventilateur dès que
vous entendez des bruits étranges, sentez quelque chose ou voyez de
la fumée.

• Avant chaque utilisation, vériez que la tension de la prise que vous
allez utiliser est identique au voltage indiqué sur la plaque signalétique
de l’appareil : 220/240V~50 Hz.

• Évitez autant que possible les rallonges. Si une rallonge est inévitable,

utilisez un câble homologué d’une puissance sufsante. Dans le cas

d’une rallonge sur dévidoir, déroulez toujours complètement le câble.

• Le câble électrique ne doit pas toucher des objets acérés, chauds ou

mobiles, ne doit pas être enroulé sur le ventilateur et ne doit pas être

coudé ou roulé trop serré.

• Lorsque la che ou le cordon électrique est endommagé, il doit être

remplacé par une personne qualiée. N’effectuez jamais de réparations
vous-même.

• Toujours poser l’appareil sur une surface solide, plane et horizontale.

• Ne laissez jamais un fan en travail sans surveillance dans une chambre.

pas à proximité d’un robinet, bain, piscine, d’un lave-mains ou d’une
installation telle. Veillez à ce qu’il ne puisse jamais tomber dans l’eau et
évitez que de l’eau puisse pénétrer dans l’ appareil. Si l’ appareil tombe

néanmoins dans l’eau, retirez d’abord la che de la prise de courant.

N’utilisez plus un appareil si ses composants internes sont humides,
mais portez-le en réparation.

• Veillez à ce que des cheveux longs ne soient aspirés dans le ventilateur.

• Nettoyez et dépoussiérez la grille d’aspiration et de soufage et
prévoyez un espace libre d’au moins 30 cm autour du ventilateur.

• Veillez à ce qu’il n’y ait pas d’objets à proximité du ventilateur qui

peuvent gêner l’oscillation (pivotement).

• Ne passez jamais un doigt, stylo, bâtonnet, ou quelque objet que ce
soit, à travers la grille de protection du ventilateur en marche !

• Ne vaporisez pas de produits (insecticides, nettoyants) sur ou dans
le ventilateur. - Ne laissez pas un ventilateur en fonctionnement sans
surveillance.

• Ne pas utiliser ou ranger le ventilateur :

- à des endroits où il pourrait être mouillé ou tomber dans l’eau ;

- près de substances inammables, explosives ou gazeuses, une
étincelle de l’interrupteur pourrait l’enammer;

- près d’acides, alcali, pétrole et autres substances corrosives.

Assemblage

Étape 1 Retirez les matériaux d’emballage et tenez-les hors de
portée des enfants.

Étape 2 Avant de continuer, vériez si la che ne se trouve plus dans

la prise de courant et que le bouton de commande soit

sur ‘0’ (arrêt).

Étape 3 Montez le pied en plastique sur le bloc moteur (y compris le

support). Passez le cordon électrique avec che par
l’ouverture dans le pied en plastique, que vous xez avec

les trois vis fournies.
Étape 4 Passez le cordon électrique par le support et par l’ouverture
dans le pied en plastique.

Étape 5 Tournez le bouchon leté en plastique (xation de pale de

ventilateur) de l’axe du ventilateur, tournez dans le sens

horaire pour démonter ce bouchon leté (LOOSEN).
Étape 6 Tournez le presse-étoupe en plastique (xation de grille de

protection) du bloc moteur, tournez dans le sens antihoraire
pour démonter ce presse-étoupe (LOOSEN).
Étape 7 Placez la grille de protection arrière contre l’avant du bloc
moteur avec la poignée de transport sur la grille de protec
tion dirigée vers le haut. Veillez à ce que les goupilles de
positionnement sur le bloc moteur soient placées correcte
ment dans les fentes de la grille de protection.

Étape 8 À présent, serrez fermement le presse-étoupe (xation de
grille de protection) dans le sens horaire sur le letage

du bloc moteur.
Étape 9 Enlevez le manchon en PVC de l’axe du moteur.
Étape 10 Placez la pale de ventilateur sur l’axe du moteur. Important!
Veillez à ce que les goupilles sur l’axe du moteur tombent
parfaitement dans les ouvertures destinées à cet effet dans
la pale de ventilateur.

Étape 11 Serrez fermement le bouchon leté en plastique (xation de

pale de ventilateur) dans le sens antihoraire sur l’axe du
moteur pour bloquer la pale de ventilateur.
Étape 12 Contrôlez si la pale de ventilateur tourne correctement.
Étape 13 Desserrez presque entièrement la vis de la bague de
serrage. Ensuite, placez la bague de serrage en plastique
avec l’encoche arrière autour de la grille de
protection arrière.
Étape 14 À présent, placez la grille de protection avant dans l’enco
cheavant de la bague de serrage en plastique, puis serrez
fermement la vis. Les deux éléments de la grille de
protection sont maintenant fermement assemblés.

Fonctionnement

Ne mettez en service le ventilateur que si :

- le ventilateur est entièrement assemblé ;

- tous les assemblages sont fermement serrés ;

- toutes les consignes de sécurité ont été respectées ;

- le ventilateur est placé sur un support plat et stable.

• Contrôlez si la vitesse de ventilateur est sûr .

• Mettez le ventilateur dans la bonne position.

• Insérez la che dans une prise de courant appropriée.

• Avec le bouton de commande, sélectionnez la vitesse souhaitée (

arrêt, basse, moyenne, turbo, silence).

• Le ventilateur se met en marche et l’éclairage LED s’allume.

• Si vous le souhaitez, enfoncez le bouton d’oscillation (pivotement) (6)
: le ventilateur pivote maintenant à un angle de 45°. En retirant ce

bouton, vous arrêtez à nouveau la fonction d’oscillation (pivotement).

• Pour éteindre le ventilateur, mettez le bouton de puissance sur 0

(arrêt). Si vous souhaitez interrompre le fonctionnement pendant plus
de quelques minutes, vous devez également retirer la che de la prise

de courant.

Nettoyage et entretien

Arrêtez le ventilateur, puis retirez la che de la prise murale lorsque vous

procédez au nettoyage ou à l’entretien.

Le ventilateur ne nécessite qu’un peu d’entretien général, et extérieur.
Dépoussiérez-le régulièrement avec un chiffon doux ou un plumeau, ou pas­sez la petite brosse de l’aspirateur. En cas de forte salissure, ouvrez la grille
de devant, puis nettoyez la grille et les ailettes à l’aide d’un chiffon légè­rement imbibé d’eau additionnée d’un nettoyant ménager. Essuyez bien,
laissez sécher le ventilateur, puis remontez-le entièrement avant de l’utiliser
à nouveau. Assurez-vous de ne pas mouiller d’autres éléments, en dehors
de la grille et des ailettes ! Ne rincez, ni n’arrosez jamais le ventilateur !

Pour éviter la décoloration ou la déformation du matériau, n’utilisez jamais
de nettoyants agressifs ou corrosifs.

Lorsque vous rangez le ventilateur à la n de la saison, remettez-le dans son

emballage d’origine : cet emballage offre la meilleure protection. Rangez-le
dans un endroit sûr, sec, à une température tempérée.

Problèmes et solutions

Les ailettes du ventilateur ne tournent pas, une fois l’appareil mis
en marche.

• La che est-elle bien insérée dans la prise murale ?

• La prise murale est-elle alimentée par du courant ?

• Les ailettes ne sont-ils pas bloquées ou endommagées quelque part,
par une déformation de la grille de protection ou par un corps
étranger ?

Le démarrage s’accompagne d’un bruit anormal

• Vériez que les ailettes sont poussées aussi loin que possible sur l’arbre
de transmission du moteur.

• Vériez l’absence de possibles petites bavures autour des ailettes.

• Vériez une possible déformation de la grille de protection, que les
ailettes touchent lorsqu’elles tournent.

Avertissement : Les réparations doivent être effectuées par des mon­teurs formés à cet effet. Ceci concerne également le remplacement ou

la réparation du câble électrique. Lors d’une réparation, exigez toujours

des pièces originales.

Toute modication de l’appareil ou réparation effectué sur l’appareil

par une personne incompétente annulent la garantie et la responsabili­té du fournisseur, de l’importateur et du fabricant.

Au sein de l’UE, ce symbole indique que ce produit

précieux recyclables, qui doivent être reconditionnés
