Allgemeines
Sicherheit
Gerätekonzept Das Steuergerät VR IGM kommt bei automatisierten Anwendungen zum Einsatz und dient
je nach Ausstattung zur Ansteuerung von bis zu 3 PushPull-Systemen. Das Steuergerät VR IGM ist serienmäßig mit einem Shunt zur Strommessung im Schweiß­Stromkreis, einem Print SR 43 und einem Print PM 43 ausgestattet.

- Einbau-Set SR43 IGM zum Einbau von weiteren Prints SR43, sodass mit einem Steuergerät max. 3 Draht­vorschübe angesteuert werden können
- Einbau-Set PM43 Pullmig-Regler IGM zum Einbau von weiteren Prints PM43, sodass mit einem Steuergerät max. 3 Push­Pull-Systeme angesteuert werden können

Das Steuergerät VR IGM ist mit einem Wahlschalter zur Einstellung des Drahtvor­schub-Hauptmotors ausgestattet. Für jede Option SR43 IGM steht ein Wahl­schalter zur Verfügung.
Der Wahlschalter muss für jeden anzusteu­ernden Drahtvorschub-Hauptmotor ent­sprechend eingestellt werden:

Safety
Device concept The VR IGM control unit is used in automated applications and, depending on the fittings,
controls up to 3 push-pull systems. The VR IGM control unit is fitted as standard with a shunt for measuring current in the weld­ing circuit, with a SR 43 PC board and with a PM 43 PC board .
Description of the device

WARNING! An electric shock can be fatal. Before opening the device
- Turn the mains switch to the "O" position
- Unplug the machine from the mains
- Put up an easy-to-understand warning sign to stop anybody inadvertently switching it back on again
- Using a suitable measuring instrument, check to make sure that electrically charged components (e.g. capacitors) have discharged
WARNING! Work that is carried out incorrectly can cause serious injury and dam­age. The following activities must only be carried out by trained and qualified per­sonnel. Read the "Safety rules" chapter in the power source and system components operating instructions.

The VR IGM control unit has a selector switch for adjusting the wire-feed unit main motor. There is a selector switch for every SR43 IGM option.
The selector switch must be adjusted ac­cordingly for every wire-feed unit main mo­tor to be controlled:
