This document explains step by step how to obtain a return shipping label for authorized Solar Energy product
returns on our UPS platform.
Please have your Fronius case number (CAS-xxxxxx-xxxxxx) and product serial number available and make
sure your internet browser accepts cookies.
Instructions

Please click the “Continue as
Guest” button.
Enter your Case Number and
corresponding Serial Number.
If you receive an error code,
please recheck your entry. If
