Einheitliche Schrauben für Schweißbrenner-Griff­schalen

Nach einer geringfügigen kostruktiven Änderung
werden ab März 2002 die Griffschalen von MIG/MAG­bzw. WIG-Handschweißbrennern mit einheitlichen
Schrauben ausgestattet.

Die neue Griffschalen-Schraube

Bezeichnung: Delta PT 25 x 12 WN 5452
Schraubenkopf: Torx Plus
Länge: 12 mm
Werkzeug: 7046 Z Torx Plus Bit IP 8

(bei Fronius erhältlich)

Vorteile der neuen Griffschalen-Schraube

- Eine Schraube für MIG/MAG-Griffschalen und für
WIG-Griffschalen.

- Die Gewinde-Geometrie ist speziell für die Ver­schraubung in Kunststoff ausgelegt.

- Der Torx-Plus-Kopf der neuen Schraube kann mit
einem herkömmlichen Torx-Werkzeug bearbeitet
werden - ein spezielles Torx-Plus-Werkzeug ist
nicht erforderlich.

- Beim Torx-Plus-Kopf treten keine axialen Rück­schubkräfte wie z.B. beim Kreuzschlitz-Antrieb auf.

Was ändert sich bei den Griffschalen?

- Neue Griffschalen werden nur mehr paarweise aus­geliefert, d.h., die neue Artikelnummer beinhaltet
sowohl die linke als auch die rechte Griffschale für
einen Schweißbrenner.

- Für die Ersatzteilversorgung werden die neuen Griff­schalen in einem Griffschalen-Set zusammenge­faßt. Ein Griffschalen-Set setzt sich wie folgt zu­sammen:

- ein neues Griffschalenpaar

- entsprechende Anzahl an neuen Griffschalen-

Schrauben

- ein Informationsblatt

- ein Druckverschluß-Beutel

- Bisherige Griffschalen sind nach Aufbrauchen der
Lagerbestände nicht mehr verfügbar, die entspre­chenden Artikelnummern laufen aus. Bei Bestellung
auslaufender Griffschalen wird für jede Artikel­nummer ein neues Griffschalen-Set ausgeliefert.

- Bisherige Griffschalen können nicht mit den neuen
Griffschalen-Schrauben fixiert werden.

Bei den Griffschalen der K4-Absaugbrenner wird
zusätzlich zu den fünf Standardschrauben eine
kleinere Schraube 2,2 x 8 (Artikelnummer
42,0401,0877) eingesetzt. Diese Schraube wird nicht
geändert.

Uniform Screws for Weld Torch Handle Moulds

As the handle mould design has been slightly
modified, the handle moulds of MIG/MAG and TIG
manual weld torches will be equipped with
standardized screws as of March 2002.

The new handle mould screw

designation: Delta PT 25 x 12 WN 5452
screw head: Torx Plus
length: 12 mm
tool: 7046 Z Torx Plus Bit IP 8

The advantages of the new handle mould screw

- One screw for both, MIG/MAG handle moulds and
TIG handle moulds.

- The thread geometry was designed to suit plastic
screwed connections.

- A conventional torx tool can be used for the torx­plus head of the new screw - a special torx-plus tool
is not required.

- There are no axial shearing forces in the case of the
torx-plus head as there are e.g. in the case of the
cross recessed head.

What has changed regarding the handle moulds?

- The new handle moulds are supplied in pairs only,
i.e. the new article number comprises the left and
right handle mould for one weld torch.

- As regards to the spare parts, the new handle
moulds are supplied as one handle mould set. A
handle mould set comprises the following:

- one new pair of handle moulds

- corresponding number of new handle mould

crews

- an information sheet

- a re-sealable bag

- As soon as the stocks are used up, the old handle
moulds will no longer be available. The
corresponding article numbers are discontinued. If
the phased-out handle mould is ordered, a new pair
of handle moulds will be supplied for each article
number.

- It is not possible to use the new screws for the old
handle moulds.

For the handle moulds of the K4 exhaust torches a
smaller screw 2.2 x 8 (article number 42,0401,0877) is
used in addition to the five standard screws. This
screw will not be modified.

Vis Standardisees pour Poignees de Torches

Après une minime modification constructive, les
poignées de torches MIG/MAG et TIG seront pourvues
de vis standardisées à partir de mars 2002.

Nouvelle vis pour poignée

Dénomination : Delta PT 25 x 12 WN 5452

Avantages de la nouvelle vis pour poignée :

- une même vis pour poignées MIG/MAG et pour
poignées TIG

- la géométrie du filet est spécialement adaptée au
vissage dans des matières plastiques.

- la tête Torx-Plus de la nouvelle vis peut être visée
avec un outil Torx conventionnel - il n’est pas
nécessaire d’utiliser un outil Torx spécial

- avec la tête Torx-Plus il n’y a pas de forces de recul
comme par exemple avec le mécanisme à tête
fendue

Qu’y a-t-il de différent sur les poignées ?

- Les nouvelles poignées sont dorénavant livrées par
paire, c.-à-d. que la nouvelle référence comprend la
poignée gauche et la poignée droite d’une torche

- Les nouvelles poignées destinées au stock de
pièces de rechange seront maintenant fournies en
set. Un set comprend :

- une nouvelle paire de poignées

- le nombre correspondant de vis

- une fiche d’information

- un sac à fermeture à pression

- Après épuisement des stocks, les poignées
fournies jusqu’à présent ne seront plus disponibles,
les références correspondantes n’existeront plus.
Lors de la commande de poignées de fin de série,
un set de poignées sera fourni pour chaque
référence indiquée.

- Il n’est pas possible de fixer les anciennes poignées
avec les nouvelles vis pour poignées.

Sur les poignées des torches aspirantes K4, en plus
de cinq vis standard, on utilise également une vis plus
petite 2,2 x 8 (référence 42,0401,0877). Cette vis
reste inchangée.
