WARNUNG! Fehlerhaft durchgeführte Arbeiten können schwerwiegende Perso-

nen- und Sachschäden verursachen. Nachfolgend beschriebene Tätigkeiten dür­fen nur von geschultem Fachpersonal durchgeführt werden! Beachten Sie die
Sicherheitsvorschriften in der Bedienungsanleitung der Stromquelle.

WICHTIG! Bei wassergekühlten Schweißanlagen mit externem Drahtvorschub müssen
die Kühlluftschlitze des Kühlgerätes in den offenen Raum weisen!
Kühlgerät nicht mit den Kühlluftschlitzen zur Wand auf der Wandhalterung montieren.

Bestimmungsge­mäße Verwen­dung

Die Wandhalterung ist ausschließlich für die Verwendung mit Fronius Stromquellen und
Kühlgeräten bestimmt.
Eine andere oder darüber hinausgehende Benutzung gilt als nicht bestimmungsgemäß.
Für hieraus entstehende Schäden haftet der Hersteller nicht.

Zur bestimmungsgemäßen Verwendung gehört auch

- das vollständige Lesen dieser Installationsanleitung sowie der Bedienungsanleitun­gen der Systemkomponenten

- das Befolgen aller Anweisungen und Sicherheitsvorschriften dieser Installationsanlei­tung

- die Einhaltung der Inspektions- und Wartungsarbeiten

HINWEIS! Schrauben, Dübel und Befestigungsmaterial sind nicht im Lieferum-

fang der Wandhalterung enthalten. Je nach Untergrund und Montageart entspre­chend geeignetes Befestigungsmaterial auswählen.
Die Schrauben müssen eine Mindest-Zugkraft von 800 N je Schraube aufweisen,
max. Schraubendurchmesser = 8 mm.

VORSICHT! Verletzungsgefahr durch herabfallende Objekte!

- Wandhalterung ausschließlich an einer senkrechten Fläche montieren.

- Wandhalterung ausschließlich horizontal in der Waage montieren.

- Wandhalterung mit 5 Schrauben an der Wand montieren

- max. Aufbauhöhe: 750 mm ab Oberkante der Wandhalterung (Stromquelle
+ Kühlgerät)

- max. Aufbaugewicht: 75 kg

Montagehöhe

Die Montagehöhe der Wandhalterung so wählen, dass eine Stromquelle oder eine Strom­quelle mit Kühlgerät noch vom Boden aus bedient werden kann.

die Wandhalterung korrekt an der Wand montiert sein!

Die Montage von Kühlgerät oder Stromquelle wird anhand einer Schweißanlage mit inte­griertem Drahtantrieb beschrieben.
Die Montage für Schweißanlagen mit externem Drahtvorschub erfolgt analog dazu.

fixiert werden!

IMPORTANT! For water-cooled welding systems with an external wirefeeder, the cooling
air openings of the cooling unit must point into the open room!
Don’t mount the cooling unit with the cooling air openings facing the mounting bracket.

ing units.
Any other use does not constitute proper use.
The manufacturer accepts no responsibility for any damage resulting from improper use.

NOTE! Screws, dowels and mounting materials are not included in the scope of

delivery of the mounting bracket. Choose suitable mounting materials depending
on surface and installation type.
The screws should have a minimum tensile force of 800 N per screw and a max­imum diameter of 8 mm.

CAUTION! Danger of injury from falling objects.

- Only mount the mounting bracket on a vertical surface.

- Only mount the mounting bracket horizontally when its balanced.

- Use five screws to mount the mounting bracket on the wall.

- Maximum installation height: 750 mm from the upper edge of the mounting
bracket (power source + cooling unit)

- Maximum installation weight: 75 kg

Installation Height

Choose the installation height of the mounting bracket so that a power source or a power
source with a cooling unit can still be operated from the ground.

The mounting of the cooling unit or the power source is described using the example of a
welding system with integrated wirefeeder.
Welding systems with external wirefeeders are mounted in the same way.
