Sicherheit

Verwendung Die Option „Drahtvorschub-Aufnahme Doppelkopf“ nur in Verbindung mit dem Drahtvor-

schub VR 5000 verwenden.

WARNUNG! Fehlbedienung und fehlerhaft durchgeführte Arbeiten können
schwerwiegende Personen- und Sachschäden verursachen.
Alle in diesem Dokument beschriebenen Arbeiten und Funktionen dürfen nur von
geschultem Fachpersonal ausgeführt werden, wenn folgende Dokumente voll­ständig gelesen und verstanden wurden:

- sämtliche Dokumente der Systemkomponenten, insbesondere Sicherheits­vorschriften

WARNUNG! Ein elektrischer Schlag kann tödlich sein. Vor Beginn der Arbeiten

- Netzschalter der Stromquelle in Stellung - O - schalten

- Stromquelle vom Netz trennen

- ein verständliches Warnschild gegen Wiedereinschalten anbringen

Nach dem Öffnen des Gerätes mit Hilfe eines geeigneten Messgerätes sicher­stellen, dass elektrisch geladene Bauteile (z.B. Kondensatoren) entladen sind.

VORSICHT! Verbrühungsgefahr durch heißes Kühlmittel. Vor Beginn der Arbei­ten die wassergekühlten Systemkomponenten und das Kühlmittel auf Zimmer­temperatur (+25 °C, +77 °F) abkühlen lassen.

Option „Drahtvor­schub-Aufnahme
Doppelkopf“

Das Montageset „Verteiler Doppelkopf“ ist für den Schlauchpaket-Träger „Human“ nicht
geeignet.

Die Option „Drahtvorschub-Aufnahme Dop­pelkopf“ ist nicht im Lieferumfang des Mon­tagesets „Verteiler Doppelkopf“ enthalten.

Für die Montage zweier Drahtvorschübe (1)
und (2) ist das Montageset „Drahtvorschub­Aufnahme Doppelkopf“ erforderlich.

Der Betrieb zweier Drahtvorschübe (1) und
(2) ist auch ohne „Drahtvorschub-Aufnah­me Doppelkopf“ möglich (z.B. Abbildung).

Safety

Usage Only use the "Twin-head wirefeeder holder" together with the VR 5000 wire-feed unit.

WARNING! Incorrect operation or shoddy workmanship can cause serious injury

or damage.
All functions described in this document may only be carried out by trained and

WARNING! An electric shock can be fatal. Before starting work:

- turn the power source mains switch to the "O" position

- disconnect the power source from the mains

- put up an easy-to-understand warning sign to stop anybody inadvertently
switching it back on again

After opening the device, use a suitable measuring instrument to check that elec­trically charged components (e.g. capacitors) have been discharged.

CAUTION! Danger of scalding by hot coolant. Before carrying out any work, allow
the water-cooled system components and the coolant to cool to room tempera­ture (+25 °C, +77 °F).

The "Twin-head distributor" assembly set is not suitable for the "Human" hosepack boom.

The "Twin-head wirefeeder holder" is not
supplied with the "Twin-head distributor"

Sur la face avant se trouve le sélecteur (1) :

1. Sélecteur en position 1 (vers la
gauche) :

- le premier dévidoir est sélectionné

2. Sélecteur en position 2 (vers la droite) :

- le deuxième dévidoir est sélecti-

Une connexion LocalNet (2) est également disponible sur la face avant (par ex. pour le rac­cordement d'une télécommande).

Lors de la commutation entre le dévidoir 1 et le dévidoir 2, les paramètres réglés sont sup­primés et doivent être saisis à nouveau.
