CONDITIONS FOR EVENTS

REGISTRATION:

/ Your registration is deemed to be binding and will be

used for invoicing purposes. Registrations are processed

on a rst-come, rst-served basis. An event will only take

place if the minimum number of participants required for

the event register.

REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION:

/ Subject to places being available, every registration

becomes a xed reservation and the registrant will receive

an e-mail conrmation at least two weeks before the start

of the seminar. If the place is booked within two weeks

of the seminar, conrmation will be sent within three

business days. The registration conrmation contains all

the necessary information (e.g. start time, location map,

local hotels, etc.). Invoices will be sent to the address given

on the registration form.

CONFIRMATION OF PARTICIPATION:

/ Where possible, conrmation of participation will be

issued at the end of the seminar. If this is not possible,

certicates will be issued by post after completed

participation at the event.

FEES & PAYMENT CONDITIONS:

/ Please see the Fronius UK website for details of seminar
fees - www.froniustraining.co.uk. Invoices are to be paid

immediately on receipt, no discounts.

CANCELLATION OF PLACE:

/ Cancellations must be notied in writing or by

telephone at least seven working days before the event

begins. Any fees already paid will be refunded in this

instance. Failure to observe the cancellation deadline

will result in the entire fee being forfeited unless it is due

to medical reasons or another delegate cannot attend in

their place. In the event of a course being free of charge,

a £100 ex VAT charge will be applied to those who do

not attend or fail to observe the cancellation deadline.

CANCELLATION OF EVENTS:

if not enough participants have registered. Any fees

already paid will be refunded in this instance. Requests

for additional compensation will not be entertained.

This also applies in the case of last-minute cancellations,

even if it is impossible to inform participants in advance.

LIABILITY:

/ Fronius UK, the owners of seminar rooms or persons

contracted by them accept no liability for any damage,

particularly damage caused by accident, injury, loss or

theft, unless such damage can be attributed to deliberate

or grossly negligent actions on the part of Fronius UK or

its agents.

DATA STORAGE:

/ By registering, you consent to your personal data being

stored by Fronius UK and distributed to the speaker(s) at

the event. For Fronius UK, protection of your personal

data has the very highest priority. Fronius UK reserves the

right to make reasonable changes to these participation

conditions.
