TP 1500 Erdstrom
Allgemeines
Funktionsprinzip Die Stromquelle „TP 1500 Erdstrom“ verfügt über eine Erdstromüberwachung. Diese
bewirkt ein sofortiges Abschalten der Stromquelle für den Fall, dass der Erdleiter
Schweißstrom führend wird. Dadurch ist ein bestmöglicher Schutz Ihrer Elektroinstallation
gewährleistet.

Ursache: Die Erdstromüberwachung hat die Sicherheitsabschaltung der Stromquelle
Behebung: Stromquelle ausschalten, 10 Sekunden warten und anschließend wieder
Warnung! Fehlbedienung kann schwerwiegende Personen- und Sachschäden
verursachen. Beschriebene Funktionen erst anwenden, wenn folgende Dokumente vollständig gelesen und verstanden wurden:

Behebung: Abkühlphase abwarten; Gerät schaltet nach kurzer Zeit selbständig wieder
ein; wenn nicht: Servicedienst verständigen
Ursache: Kühlluftzufuhr unzureichend
Behebung: für ausreichende Luftzufuhr sorgen
Ursache: Staubfilter verschmutzt
Behebung: Staubfilter reinigen
Ursache: Leistungsteil stark verschmutzt

Warning! Operating the equipment incorrectly can cause serious injury and
damage. Do not use the functions described here until you have read and
completely understood all of the following documents:

The „TP 1500 earth fault-current“ power source is equipped with an earth fault-current
watchdog. The watchdog cuts off the power source immediately, as soon as the earthing
cable starts to lead the welding current. Therefore the best possible protection of your
electrical installation is guaranteed.
No welding current
Mains switch is ON, indicator for selected welding process is lit up, malfunction indicator
(1) is lit up
Cause: The earth fault-current watchdog has triggered the safety cut-out of the power
source.
Remedy: Switch off the power source, wait for 10 seconds and then switch it on
again. If you have tried this several times and the error keeps on occurring contact After-Sales Service.
Cause: Maximum duty cycle exceeded - machine overloaded - fan is running.
Remedy: Observe duty cycle.
Cause: Thermostatic cut-out system has tripped - fan is running.
Remedy: Wait until cooling down period is over, machine will switch on automatically
- if not: contact After-Sales Service.
Cause: Insufficient cooling air reaching machine.
Remedy: Ensure sufficient supply of cooling air.
Cause: Dust filter is dirty.
Remedy: Clean the dust filter.
Cause: Power module is very dirty.
