HINWEIS! Beim Montieren von Steuergerät und Motorplatte darauf achten, dass
die Verbindungskabel nicht geknickt, eingeklemmet oder auf Zug belastet wer­den.

Steuergerät und Motorplatte mittels 6 Schrauben TX20 montieren

WARNING! An electric shock can be fatal. Before opening the device

- Turn the mains switch to the "O" position

- Unplug the machine from the mains

- Put up an easy-to-understand warning sign to stop anybody inadvertently
switching it back on again

- Using a suitable measuring instrument, check to make sure that electrically
charged components (e.g. capacitors) have discharged

WARNING! Work that is carried out incorrectly can cause serious injury and dam­age. The following activities must only be carried out by trained and qualified per­sonnel. Read the "Safety rules" chapter in the power source and system
components operating instructions.

Requirement The SR43 PC board must be installed in the wire-feed unit (VR 1550) in order to use the

Touch Pro installation kit.

Fix PC board in place using the M4 hexagon nut sup­plied, size 7 mm

Undo the six TX20 screws and disconnect the control
unit from the motor disc

Fit and secure the sensor module using the two TX25
x 10 mm screws supplied

Lay the cable and connect to X19 LHSB slave/sensor

Guide the cable with the blade terminal through the
rubber bushing and connect to the star on the positive
socket

NOTE! When fitting the control unit and motor disc, take care to ensure that the
connection cable is not kinked, trapped or strained.

Fit the control unit and motor disc using the six TX20 screws

Remove the 14-pin amphenol socket

Solder the sensor module cable to pin "J" of the amphenol socket

Refit amphenol socket

And finally... Bind cables together with cable ties

Trim the cable ties as required

Fixer le circuit imprimé à l'aide de l'écrou hexagonal
M4 de taille 7 mm fourni

Desserrer les 6 vis TX20 et désolidariser l'appareil de
commande de la plaque moteur

Installer le module de capteur et le fixer à l'aide de
2 vis TX25 x 10 mm fournies

Poser le câble et le brancher à l'esclave/le capteur X19
LHSB

Faire passer le câble et le connecteur plat dans le pas­se-câble en caoutchouc et le brancher à l'étoile de
douille de la douille positive

REMARQUE! Lors du montage de l'appareil de commande et de la plaque mo­teur, veiller à ne pas tordre, coincer ou exercer une traction sur le câble de rac­cordement.

Monter l'appareil de commande et la plaque moteur à l'aide de 6 vis TX20
