SOLAR.WEB QUERY API Data Plan
The fee is calculated monthly based on the number of data points retrieved, which are
listed in the following table:

* Free of charge until July 2023. From July 1, 2023 on the stated fee is charged for this amount of data points. The first
invoice is issued in August.
Data points: for the calculation of the data points, see API terms of use.
Fees: All fees plus statutory VAT.
Contractual term: 1 year. The agreement shall be automatically renewed for a further
year in each case unless one of the contracting parties gives written notice of
termination to the other contracting party at least 3 months before the end of the
contractual term to the last day of the month.
Terms of payment: 30 days net for API services, subject to other payment
arrangements with Fronius.
Invoicing: Fronius will invoice the fee within the first working days for the previous
month. The contract partner agrees to invoicing by e-mail only.
Start of use: After returning the fully completed and signed order form, use of the API
will be enabled within 5 working days.
Agreement: The contractual relationship is concluded under the conditions of this
order form, the current Terms of use available at
https://www.fronius.com/~/downloads/Solar%20Energy/Terms%20and%20Conditions/S
E_TERMS_API_EN.pdf (as amended from time to time) and the current data privacy
statement available at https://www.fronius.com/en/data-privacy-statement, which are
integral parts of the contract.
