/ On the whole site you must comply with the Austrian
Road Traffic Act (StVO) and with the mandatory speed
limit.
/ Smoking is prohibited across all our sites, except in
designated outdoor areas or atria.
/ Ask your Fronius contact person before leaving the visitor group.
/ Remain on marked footpaths/traffic routes.
/ Do not enter forbidden areas.
ACTIONS TO BE TAKEN IN AN EMERGENCY
/ Observe the two different fire alarm signals and follow
the instructions of the fire safety team. The interrupted
fire alarm indicates a possible fire and alerts the fire safety team. The permanent fire alarm initiates the evacuation. Please use the emergency exits and go directly to
one of our assembly points.
/ In case of an accident or an environmental damage call
our internal on-call-service (0664/6213800) and in case
of imminent danger call directly the emergency services
(122, 133, or 144). Our on-call-service prompts further
actions. In case of fire use the fire alarm buttons to alert
the fire brigade.
/ Leave the building by using the escape routes in case of
danger. Help injured persons. Do not use any lift and
close all doors behind you. Follow the instructions of the
rescue and fire prevention staff.
/ Go directly to the assembly point and wait for further
instructions. Report missed persons to the “Emergency
Guides” at the assembly points.
/ In case of injuries you will find first aid kits in our
buildings. Ask your Fronius contact person for our first
responders which are available during the normal working hours.
/ Many Fronius sites provide an automatic external defibrillators (AED).
/ Our garages must be monitored for carbon monoxide. The
warning system is going to call attention to this danger at
the entrances. Leave the garage at once if the CO alarm is
displayed or can be heard.

you with important safety rules and our code of con-
duct. Please be sure to follow these instructions. We
wish you a pleasant and safe stay at our site.
ENTERING ANd LEAVING ThE COMpANY SITE
/ Please report to the reception or to your Fronius contact person
after arriving on our site. The Fronius contact person will clarify this
safety instruction. Please acknowledge the receipt in the first section
of this brochure.
/ Issued badges must be worn in a visible place.
/ At the end of your stay please check out at reception or to your
Fronius contact person. Return all badges, keys, etc..
/ Badges and keys are not to be handed over to other persons. A loss
has to be reported to your contact person at once.
NOTES ON CORpORATE pROTECTION
/ Filming and taking pictures is not allowed without permission.
/ Use of mobile phones in designated areas is prohibited.
/ Electronical devices must not be connected to our company LAN without authorization.
/ Outdoor areas and sensitive indoor areas are monitored
by CCTV.

Visitors have to be accompanied at all times. Offside of our administrative ar-
eas they must be instructed at least once a year regarding this brochure. If
needed an actual version of the parking rules has to be handed over.

By using the form above, the visitor has to confirm the receipt and understand-
ing of these safety notes. This section remains with the Fronius contact person
and has to be kept for at least one year.

Make sure that in case of evacuation, your guests also go directly to one of our
meeting points.
NOTES fOR YOuR SAfETY
/ Personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn in
many areas of our site. For your own safety you must wear
the appropriate safety equipment when entering these
areas. If you do not have the required PPE please inform
your Fronius contact person.
/ Electromagnetic fields are present in certain areas. The
access to these areas is forbidden to persons with pacemakers or other implants.
/ Pay attention to our internal traffic, especially on our
logistic paths and in our outdoor areas. Our industrial
trucks are powered electrically, therefore difficult to hear
and have priority over other road users.
