Die Richtlinie 2011/65/EU des Europäischen
Parlaments und des Rates der Europäischen
Union (RoHS II-Richtlinie) zur Beschränkung der
Verwendung bestimmter gefährlicher Stoffe in
Elektro- und Elektronikgeräten wurde am 1. Juli
2011 im Amtsblatt der EU veröffentlicht.
Die von der RL betroffenen Geräte dürfen keine
der folgenden Schadstoffe oberhalb der
zulässigen Grenzwerte enthalten:
− Quecksilber (Hg), Blei (Pb), sechswertiges
Chrom (CR VI), polybromierte Biphenyle
(PBB), polybromierte Diphenylether (PBDE)
mit jeweils 0,1 Gewichtsprozenten, sowie
− Cadmium (Cd) mit 0,01 Gewichtsprozenten
bezogen auf den homogenen Werkstoff, in
dem sie enthalten sind.
− Seit 31. März 2015: Bis(2-ethylhexyl) phthalat
(DEHP), Benzylbutylphthalat (BBP),
Dibutylphthalat (DBP) und Diisobutylphthalat
(DIBP) mit jeweils 0,1% Gewichtsprozenten
bezogen auf den homogenen Werkstoff, in
dem sie enthalten sind.
Fronius verpflichtet seine Lieferanten, dass die
gelieferten Produkte den Beschränkungen
entsprechen und keiner der verbotenen Stoffe
oberhalb der geforderten Grenzwerte enthalten
ist. Anhang III der RoHS-Richtlinie regelt die
Ausnahmen für bestimmte Verwendungen und
Produktkategorien. Für unsere Produkte finden
die Ausnahmen 6(a), 6(b) sowie 6(c) Anwendung.

The devices affected by the Directive must not
contain above the permitted limit values of any
of the following hazardous substances:
− percent by weight of mercury (Hg), lead
(Pb), hexavalent chromium (CR VI),
polybrominated biphenyl (PBB),
polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDE),
and
− percent by weight of cadmium (Cd) relative
to the homogeneous material in which they
are contained.
− Since March 31st 2015: 0.1 percent by
weight of bis(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate
(DEHP), benzyl butyl phthalate (BBP),
dibutyl phthalate (DBP) and diisobutyl
phthalate (DIBP) relative to the
homogeneous material in which they are
contained.
Fronius places its suppliers under an obligation
to ensure that the products they supply comply
with the restrictions and do not contain above
the limit values of any of the prohibited
substances. Annex III of the RoHS directive
regulates the exceptions for certain uses and
product categories. Exceptions 6(a), 6(b) and
6(c) apply to our products.
La directive 2011/65/EU du Parlement européen
et du Conseil de l'Europe (Directive RoHS II),
relative à la limitation de l'utilisation de
certaines substances dangereuses dans les
équipements électriques et électroniques, a été
publiée le 1 Juillet 2011 au Journal officiel de
l'Union européenne.
Les appareils concernés par la directive ne
doivent pas contenir aucune des substances
dangereuses suivantes au-delà des valeurs
limites autorisées:
− mercure (Hg), plomb (Pb), chrome
hexavalent (CR VI), biphényle polybromé
(PBB), pentabromodiphényléther (PBDE)
avec un pourcentage pondéral de 0,1 ainsi
− que le cadmium (Cd) avec un pourcentage
pondéral de 0,01, rapporté à la matière
homogène dans laquelle ils sont contenus.
− depuis le 31 mars 2015 : Phtalate de bis(2-
éthylhexyle) (DEHP), phtalate de benzyle et
de butyle (BBP), phtalate de dibutyle (DBP)
et phtalate de diisobutyle (DIBP) avec
respectivement un pourcentage pondéral
de 0,1, rapporté à la matière homogène
dans laquelle ils sont contenus.
Fronius oblige ses fournisseurs à ne livrer que
des produits correspondant aux restrictions et
ne contenant aucune substance interdite
dépassant les valeurs limites admises.
III de la directive RoHS réglemente les
exceptions pour certaines utilisations et
catégories de produits. Les exceptions 6(a), 6(b)
et 6(c) s'appliquent à nos produits.

Stand der Technik und sind nicht als Zusicherung
im gewährleistungsrechtlichen Sinne zu
verstehen.
