ROBACTA TC 2000

/ Touchless welding-torch cleaning system

/ Robacta TC touchlessly cleans the torch in automated steel applications. The surfaces of the wearing parts remain

undamaged, and the lifespan of the gas nozzle is prolonged. The constantly defined cleaning power has a magnetic flux

density of up to 4.7 Tesla, giving a standard plain washer a mass equivalent to around 3 kg (6.61 lb).

TOUCHLESS CLEANING

/ Spatter build-up is removed electromagnetically, meaning that no

damage is done to the surfaces of the wearing parts.

/ Has no influence on the tool centre point (TCP), ensuring that the end

of the welding wire is precisely positioned.

/ The cleaning results achieved by the Robacta TC 2000 are unique.

Two magnet coils clean the gas nozzle and the outlet openings simulta-

neously, in one and the same cleaning-position.

/ Gas nozzle with spatter build-up.

/ Gas nozzle after touchless cleaning.

ENHANCED PROFITABILITY

/ Ensures high availability of the robot

installations, as less maintenance is

needed than with mechanical cleaning

equipment.

/ The touchless magnetic action means

chanically.

PRINCIPLE

/ Two magnet coils clean the whole area around the gas nozzle

in one cycle. The force applied in this way gives a standard

plain washer a a mass equivalent to approx. 3 kg (6.61 lb).
