FRONIUS AUSTRALIA REFER A FRIEND TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Offer and Eligibility
1. Subject to these Terms and Conditions, this “Refer a Friend” offer (Offer) is made by: Fronius Australia Pty
Ltd, ABN: 65 144 615 896 Address: 90-92 Lambeck Drive, Tullamarine, VIC 3043, Australia (Promoter).
2. This Offer is available to existing Fronius Solutions Partner Plus customers of Fronius Australia (Referring
Customers)
3. The offer is valid from 18 November 2021 to 18 February 2022.
4. Fronius employees will be deemed ineligible under this Offer in the following circumstances:
(a) where referring another Fronius Australia employee;
(b) where referring an ex-employee of Fronius Australia or
(c) in any other circumstance determined at the complete discretion of Fronius Australia
Taking up the Offer
5. The Referring Customers provide their contact details and contact details of such as a friend or relative
(Referred Person) via the Offer promotion page.
6. The Referred Person who, during the Offer Period is contacted by the Fronius Solutions Partner Plus
company, subsequently installs a Fronius Solar System and registers the system on Fronius Solar.web
7. The Referred Person will be contacted at the complete discretion of the Fronius Solutions Partner Plus
company.
8. In an event, the Fronius Solutions Partner Plus company cannot render its service to the Referred Person,
the Offer will be forfeited or pass on to another Fronius Solutions Partner Plus company.
Issuing of the eGift Card
9. The Referred Customer will receive one (1) gift card of $50 from Fronius Australia. There might be
additional benefits from the Fronius Solutions Partner Plus company.
10. Gift card is given out by the Fronius Solutions Partner Plus company.
Use of Personal Information
11. Any personal information you provide in the course of this Offer will be subject to these Terms & Conditions
and the Promoter’s Privacy policy. You agree that the Promoter and Fronius Solutions Partner Plus
company will use the contact details you provided to contact you and the Referred Person about this Offer
and to send the eGift Card.
12. Fronius Australia will not provide any Referring Customer with any information relating to any Referred
Person or Referred Customer, except for the fact that a Referred Person has become a Referred Customer
and that the Referring Customer is therefore entitled to receive an eGift Card from Fronius Australia, in
accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
