hereby certifies that the following inverters fulfil the requirements of protection class IP 65 according to
IEC 60529.
The inverters are approved for outdoor installation:

To avoid an additional thermal load on the inverters via direct sunlight, it is recommended that the
Fronius Symo 3.0-3 – 8.2-3 be installed in a protected position, e.g. under the solar modules or under a
roof overhang. In addition, the information in the operating instructions regarding installation location
selection must be followed.
