FITTING INSTRUCTIONS POWER UNIT MCLT3 (43.0001.0947)
gültig für MAGIC CLEANER “Stand alone”
Achtung! Dieser Einbau darf nur von geschultem Elektro-Fach-
personal durchgeführt werden!
Vorgangsweise:
- Gerät abschalten und Netzstecker ziehen!
- Gerätemantel abschrauben.
- Eingebautes Leistungsteil abklemmen und ausbauen.
Achtung! Bei Ausführung mit altem Alu-Kühlblech muß der
Schlauch zwischen Flüssigkeitsbehälter und Ansaugseite
Schlauchpumpe ausgewechselt werden.
Flüssigkeitsbehälter vollständig entleeren!
Schlauchklemmen vom Ansaugschlauch lösen
Schlauch vorsichtig von Schlauchreduktion und Tankstutzen lösen
beigepackten Ersatzschlauch mittels den neuen Schlauchklemmen
montieren
Pumpenkassette durch Andrücken der seitlichen Haltekrallen 5mm
von der Motorwelle abziehen, um 90° im Uhrzeigersinn verdrehen und
anschließend wieder einrasten lassen.
Zusätzlich muß am Gehäuseboden ein Ø8,5m Loch für die Befestigung des Kunststoffankers gebohrt werden.
Leistungsteil richtig positioniert am Gehäuseboden aufsetzen und
Lochbild für Kunststoffanker übernehmen
Anschließend mit Ø8,5m aufbohren
Neues Leistungsteil einbauen und laut Schaltplan anschließen!
Kunstoffanker in die dafür vorgesehene Bohrung einrasten lassen
Pumpe auf neuem Alu-Kühlblech anschrauben und Schlauchreduk-
tionen mit Kabelbinder am Kunststoffanker fixieren (Abb. 1).
Gerätemantel mit Originalschrauben montieren!
Wichtig nach dem Einbau:
Isolationskontrolle u. Schutzleiterprüfung durchführen!
Magic Cleaner allgemein auf seine Funktion überprüfen.

Warning! This fitting must be carried out by trained electric
personnel!
Procedure:
Switch off the appliance and pull the power plug!
Unscrew the appliance case.
Pinch off the fitted power unit and dismount it.
Warning! At constructions with old alu-cooling plate the hose
between fluid holder and suction-side of the hose pump must be
changed.
Empty the fluid holder completely!
Loosen the hose clamps from the suction hose
Loosen the hose carefully from the hose reduction and the tank neck
Assemble the added spare hose with the new hose clamps
Remove the pump case by means of pressing the side-claws 5mm
from the motor wave, turn it 90° clockwise and lock it in again.
Additionally there must be drilled a Ø8.5 hole in the bottom of the
housing for the fixing of the plastic anchor.
Set up the power unit at the bottom of the housing in the right position
and transfer the hole pattern for the plastic anchor
Then drill open with Ø 8.5
Build in the new power unit and link it by means of the connection
diagram!
Engage plastic anchor in the drilling
Screw the pump on the new alu-cooling plate and fix the hose reduction
with a cable tie at the plastic anchor (fig. 1)
Assemble the appliance case with original screws
Important after fitting:
Check the insulation and the protective conductor!
Check the functions of the Magic Cleaner generally.
