Sicherheit

Funktionsprinzip Um einen Einsatz unter -10° C (14° F) zu ermöglichen, können die Stromquellen mit dem

Einbauset „Heizung Pipe“ ausgestattet werden. Die Heizung erzeugt Wärme sobald der
Geräte-Netzschalter eingeschaltet ist. Ein Thermoschalter überwacht die Temperatur und
schaltet die Heizung ab, sobald eine Geräte-Innenraumtemperatur von +15° C (59° F)
erreicht ist.

Die Funktion der Heizung ist bis zu einer Außentemperatur von -30° C (-22° F) gewährleis­tet. Bei diesen tiefen Temperaturen benötigt die Heizung ungefähr 60 - 80 Minuten, um die
Stromquelle auf die Einschalttemperatur zu bringen.

WARNUNG! Fehlerhaft durchgeführte Arbeiten können schwerwiegende Sach­und Personenschäden verursachen. Diese Montage darf nur von geschultem
Fachpersonal durchgeführt werden! Beachten Sie die Sicherheitsvorschriften in
der Bedienungsanleitung des Schweißbrenners und der Stromquelle.

WARNUNG! Ein elektrischer Schlag kann tödlich sein. Vor Öffnen des Gerätes:

- Netzschalter der Stromquelle in Stellung - 0 - schalten

- Stromquelle vom Netz trennen

- Deutlich lesbares und verständliches Warnschild gegen Wiedereinschal­ten anbringen

Nach dem Öffnen des Gerätes gegebenenfalls spannungsführende Bauteile (z.B.
Kondensatoren) entladen.

Safety

Functional prin­ciple

WARNING! Work performed incorrectly can cause serious injury and damage.

This installation must only be carried out by trained and qualified personnel.
Observe the safety rules in the welding torch and power source operating instruc­tions.

WARNING! An electric shock can be fatal. Before opening the device:

- Turn the power source mains switch to the - 0 - position

- Unplug the power source from the mains

- Attach a clearly legible and easy-to-understand warning sign to prevent
anyone switching it on again

After opening the device, discharge any electrically charged components (e.g.
capacitors).

The power source can be fitted with the „pipe heater“ installation set to enable it to be
used at temperatures below -10° C (14° F). The heater generates heat when the mains
switch for the device is turned on. A thermal circuit breaker monitors the temperature and
switches the heater off as soon as the interior temperature of the device reaches +15° C
(59° F).

The heater will continue to function down to an outside temperature of -30° C (-22° F). At
such low temperatures, the heater needs around 60 - 80 minutes to bring the power
source up to the starting temperature.
