TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY FOR THE FRONIUS COMPETITION: "WIN A TRANSSTEEL PULSE"
1. Organizer
The competition is organized by Fronius International GmbH, based in A-4643 Pettenbach, Froniusstrasse 1, Austria with its Business Unit Perfect Welding, hereinafter referred to as Fronius. The competition will be hosted on a microsite created for the competition and will be promoted on the social media channels operated by Fronius (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and on the social media channels of Fronius brand ambassadors. This competition is not connected to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and is not sponsored, supported, or organized by Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn in any way.
For the sake of legibility, these Terms and Conditions of Entry largely use the neutral or male form of the term "participant" and "winner". Of course, this always refers to the corresponding female form as well. Mistakes and printing errors reserved.

2. Terms and Conditions of Entry
All natural persons aged 18 and over are eligible to participate. For the purposes of the competition, the participant is the natural person who fills out and submits the competition form on the competition microsite:
Each participant who completes and submits the competition form during the entry period will participate in the competition. The competition entry period begins on September 15th, 2020 (00:00 CET) and ends on October 05th, 2020 (23:59 CET). Participation in this competition is free of charge and is not subject to any purchase. Participation does not create any legal claims and Fronius does not assume any liability.
3. Exclusion from competition
Employees of Fronius and other persons involved in the design and implementation of this competition are excluded from participating.
Fronius expressly reserves the right to exclude individual persons from the competition if they violate the Terms and Conditions of Entry.
4. Prize and determination of winner
The winner will be a participant drawn at random from among all the participants at the end of the entry period. The winner will receive a TransSteel Pulse.

The winner will be contacted by e-mail. If the winner does not confirm the prize within five working days, the prize will be forfeited and another participant will be selected as the winner by a new draw. The prize is non-transferable. Legal action and cash payment are excluded. The winner agrees to be named by Fronius as part of various marketing activities related to the competition.
5. Data security and data protection
The personal data of the participants will be used and collected by Fronius in compliance with data protection regulations. The personal data initially includes the e-mail address, the first and last names, the country, the zip code and the fact of participation – in case of a win also the home address. The participant's personal data will only be used to conduct the competition and to deliver the prizes. By means of an extra checkbox, participants can agree to the sending of advertising content. The personal data will not be published. Each participant has the right to information, rectification, deletion, restriction, objection, revocation, transferability and complaint with Fronius or the Austrian data protection authority in connection with their personal data, depending on the case at issue. By entering this competition, the participant agrees that Fronius may contact the winner via their e-mail address.
The participant may revoke this declaration of consent at any time, by e-mail to contact@fronius.com or by post to Fronius International GmbH, A-4643 Pettenbach, Froniusstrasse 1, Austria.
Fronius is committed to complying with the legal requirements for European and Austrian data protection.
6. Withdrawal and change of the competition
Fronius reserves the right to cancel the competition at any time without notice and without giving any reason. In particular, the competition will be terminated prematurely if proper execution cannot be guaranteed due to technical (e.g. errors or tampering affecting the hardware and/or software used) or legal reasons. If an early termination of the competition is due to deliberate behavior by a participant or another third party, Fronius may claim compensation.
7. Miscellaneous
Austrian law shall apply exclusively, with the exception of the Act on International Private Law (IPRG) and its provisions regarding conflict of laws. Should individual provisions of the Terms and Conditions of Entry be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. These Terms and Conditions of Entry may be changed at any time by Fronius, following advance notification to the participants in good time.
