Leistungsschild

OPT/TU Mounting Set WF-D H740

Die am Fahrwagen aufgebaute Schweißanlage kann mittels OPT/TU Mounting
Set WF Dual auch mit einem Kran transportiert werden.

Beispiel:
Leistungsschild der OPT/TU Mounting Set WF Dual H740 mit Angabe der maximalen Traglast.

Das Leistungsschild der OPT/TU Mounting Set WF Dual H510 ist gleich aufgebaut.

Sicherstellen, dass die Schweißanlage, die Option Montage-Set WF Dual und

der Drahtvorschub korrekt am Fahrwagen aufgebaut und fixiert sind.
Gasflaschen von den Systemkomponenten abschließen und vom Fahrwagen

▶

abnehmen
Beim WF 25i Dual mit Spulenhalterung D300 sicherstellen, dass

▶

a) die Drahtspulen / Korbspulen samt Korbspulen-Adapter fest auf den
Drahtspulen-Aufnahmen sitzen;
b) die Seitenteile der Spulenhalterung wahrend des Krantransportes ge­schlossen und gesichert sind.
Beim WF 25i Dual mit Spulenhalterung D450 ohne Spulenabdeckung vor

▶

dem Krantransport die Drahtspulen entfernen.
Ketten oder Seile nur an den vier Aufhängungspunkten (1) einhängen

▶

Ketten oder Seile immer an allen vier Aufhängungspunkten (1) einhängen

▶

Ketten oder Seile in einem möglichst geringen Winkel zur Senkrechten

▶

führen
Für den Krantransport nur geprüfte, den nationalen Richtlinien entsprechen-

de Anschlagmittel verwenden.

Die Montage der OPT/TU Mounting Set WF Dual wird anhand einer Standard­Konfiguration mit Kühlgerät, Stromquelle, OPT/TU Mounting Set WF Dual H740
und einem Doppelkopf-Drahtvorschub beschrieben.
Die Montage für Konfigurationen mit OPT/TU Mounting Set WF Dual H510 er­folgt auf die gleiche Weise ohne Kühlgerät.

Disconnect the gas cylinders from the system components and remove from

the trolley
For the WF 25i Dual with D300 spool holder, ensure that

a) the wirespools/basket-type spools, including basket-type spool adapters,
are firmly seated on the wirespool holders;
b) the side parts of the spool holder are closed and secured during crane
transport.
For the WF 25i Dual with D450 spool holder without spool cover, remove the

wirespools before transporting by crane.
Attach chains or ropes only to the four suspension points (1)

Guide chains or ropes so that they are at the smallest angle possible to the

The installation of the OPT/TU Mounting Set WF Dual is described based on a
standard configuration with cooling unit, power source, OPT/TU Mounting Set
WF Dual H740, and a dual-head wirefeeder.
Installation for configurations with OPT/TU Mounting Set WF Dual H510 is carri­ed out in the same way without cooling unit.
