Vor Beginn der Arbeiten alle beteiligten Geräte und Komponenten ausschal-

Nach dem Öffnen des Gerätes mit Hilfe eines geeigneten Messgerätes si-

cherstellen, dass elektrisch geladene Bauteile (beispielsweise Kondensatoren) entladen sind.

Gefahr durch unzureichende Schutzleiter-Verbindungen.
Schwere Personen- und Sachschäden können die Folge sein.
Die Gehäuse-Schrauben stellen eine geeignete Schutzleiter-Verbindung für

die Erdung des Gehäuses dar.
Die Gehäuse-Schrauben dürfen keinesfalls durch andere Schrauben ohne

zuverlässige Schutzleiter-Verbindung ersetzt werden.

Vorbereitung

Die Roboter-spezifische Aufnahme für das WireSwitch-Schlauchpaket am

Roboter montieren
Stahlseele 86 mm aus dem Lieferumfang der OPT/i WireSwitch Schlauchpa-

ket bis auf Anschlag in die Antriebseinheit einschieben.
Die Stahlseele ragt dann ca. 20 mm aus der Antriebseinheit heraus.
Das WireSwitch-Schlauchpaket auf die WF Robacta Drive Antriebseinheit

WF Robacta Drive auf Roboter montieren

WICHTIG! Das WireSwitch-Schlauchpaket muss frei von Zug- oder Druck-Belas-
tungen im PAP-Roboterarm verlegt werden!
Die Montage der Antriebseinheit WF Robacta Drive auf einen PAP-Roboter ist in
der Bedienungsanleitung TPSi Robotics PushPull beschrieben.

WICHTIG! Beim Einsetzen der Schlauchführung WireSwitch die Planfläche an
der Schlauchführung beachten.
Die Planfläche muss an der gekennzeichneten Führung aufliegen.

Korrekt eingesetzte Schlauchführung:
Planfläche an der Führung und jeweils 2 Rillen des Wellen-Schutzschlauches im Adapter positioniert.

The housing screws provide a suitable ground conductor connection for

Preparation

Fit the robot-specific support for the WireSwitch hosepack to the robot

Insert the 86 mm steel inner liner from the scope of supply of the OPT/i
2
WireSwitch hosepack into the drive unit as far as it will go.
The steel inner liner then protrudes approx. 20 mm from the drive unit.
Fit the WireSwitch hosepack onto the WF Robacta Drive drive unit

Fit the WF Robacta Drive onto the robot
4
IMPORTANT! The WireSwitch hosepack must be routed in the PAP robot arm
free of tensile or compressive loads!
Instructions for mounting the WF Robacta Drive drive unit on a PAP robot are
contained in the TPSi Robotics PushPull Operating Instructions.

ten it.
You must still be able to move the components.

face on the hose guide.
The flat surface must rest on the marked guide.
